二、学习

三、锻炼

暑假的时间那么多，并且我还是那么喜欢运动的一个人，怎样能缺少了锻炼，在这个暑假我要报名游泳班，争取一个暑假，能够把游泳这项运动学会，并且这是项很好的运动，锻炼了身体也能体验到乐趣。学习要精力旺盛，就少不了身体的支持，所以更需要做好锻炼了。

还有周记。周记可是一道难题啊!许多同学都认为周记很难，不想写(包括我)。我现在明白了，知识会变魔术。写周记是把大脑里的知识全倒出来，变成一片好文章。作文写得好，说明他学习好、知识多。周记更多的是需要大脑来思考。把知识聚集在一起，在把知识运到“大脑加工器”里面，经过大脑的思考，加工器就会工作。然后，运出来的就是由杂乱的知识排序好后，变出来的一篇好文章。

读书笔记嘛，就是把书中的好词、好句记下来，在简写书中的内容，提高你的缩写能力。干完这些，还要写一篇读后感。读后感和周记并无两样，就是改了一下而已，所以在这就不多说了。

前面提到了周记，可是有一件必须做的事：读书。我决定暑假要读30本好书(不知能不能读这么多，先定下吧)。每天都要浏览书海的世界，躺在书上享受着故事的乐趣。书是终身受用的、终生也读不完的。书可是宝贝，书虽然没有金银财宝这么值钱，但书比金银财宝还可贵。金银财宝只能买买东西，而书却是包含着很多知识的。况且金银财宝也是靠看书，获取知识得来的。

My Happy Times During Winter Vacation

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. 女儿也还小，不会写字，也不会订计划，针对她身上的优缺点，和她的年龄特征，我给她量身制定了她的暑期计划：

1、每天早睡早起，每餐都要按时进食，不吃或少吃零食。

2、每天要坚持早起刷牙洗脸，睡前洗脸刷牙洗澡，尽早成为习惯。

3、每天背会一首诗或儿歌。

4、每天进行丰富多彩的活动，如：玩橡皮泥，画画涂色，折纸手工等各一个小时。

5、每天要读儿歌，故事书或听妈妈读故事书不少于一个小时。

6、每天坚持读写拼音，做趣味数学，写字各半个小时。

7、每天晚上室外玩耍不少于两小时。

唐僧的优点是取经的意志很坚定，不管路上遇到多少困难，他都勇往直前，从不退缩。他靠这种精神影响着他的徒弟们，一起帮助他取得真经。但唐僧也有缺点，他不辨真假，容易轻信别人的话，结果总是上当受骗，如果没有孙悟空，他可能早被白骨精吃了。

孙悟空的特点是本事大，一路降妖全靠他，他很忠诚，又嫉恶如仇。但是他性子气，不服管教，经常闯祸，比如推倒人参果树，所以师傅给了戴了个紧箍咒。

猪八戒是个懒虫，又贪吃又贪睡，一遇到困难就想散伙，回高老庄娶媳妇。但猪八戒在取经的路上也少不了，唐僧和孙悟空闹矛盾，总是他把猴哥请回来。

沙和尚好像没什么本领，一路上就看他挑个担子，打仗时也只能打几个小妖。但沙和尚做事最认真，如果没有他，有谁能安全地把担子挑到西天呢?

正因为有了唐僧的坚定意志，孙悟空的本领高强，猪八戒的八面玲珑，沙和尚的认真负责，师徒们共同努力，才终于取得了真经。

读了这本书，我还明白了一个道理。每个人都有优点和缺点，我们大家共同去做一件事，只要能把大家的优点发挥出来，把缺点控制住，就能集大家的力量，把事情做好。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year.
