第一部分：学习初三内容

时间：现在到八月份上旬

1.周一至周五排两个半天天时间学习初三数学，其中间隔一天。

(有条件找人辅导比较好，老师比较有经验，将基础打好。)

2.周一至周五排一个半天天学习初三物理。

(买参考书、试题自学或者找老师。)

3.周末排两个半天看文科书

(集中在一天恐怕挺烦的，看些散文、传记等，把好的句子记下来，研究一下好作文的结构。其次背一下中考所要求名著的大概故事情节。)

4.周末排一个半天看历史课本。

(因为初三学习忙，历史恐怕顾不上学了。)

第二部分：准备参加竞赛或其他比赛(或)加强第一部分学习内容

时间：结束第一部分计划至开学

(1)准备参加竞赛：正常来说初三下学习要进行数理化三科的竞赛，你如果有考虑拿奖就选一两科学习，理化两科竞赛内容多选自高中，对高中学习有帮助。

准备参加其他比赛：自己找找看，看看能不能中考加分。

1.一周内排出两个半天学习相关课程。再排出两个半天自己练习。

(2)加强第一部分学习内容：初三上化学比较简单，初三下出现酸碱盐、溶液比较难些，因此暑假不用预习化学，寒假再预习也来得及。

此项同第一部分内容时间上不改变，在内容上做调整：

1.数学开始学习中难题。

2.学习物理的中难题或学习化学

3.复习初一初二的语文(文言文、诗句)

虽然我打得很多但只是教详细，你不必担忧，时间还是比较宽松的，其余时间我建议：

1.自学英语

2.游泳/打球类/练习中考体育项目。

课外活动：一个星期两个晚上游泳，白天还可以打羽毛球，骑自行车，锻炼身体，星期六、日可以休息，自己做自已喜欢的事。

Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. 其次，是工作方面：一、认真完成老师和学校交给我的每一项工作。身为大队委的一员，我一定不要辜负众望，一如既往的去帮助同学，服务班级。在自己的能力范围内开展一些小活动，活跃班级学习气氛。二、尊敬老师，团结同学，爱护集体。在平时的学习生活中。在尊敬老师，同学和睦相处。既要帮助那些需要帮助的同学，也要虚心接受老师和同学提出的宝贵意见。做一个谦虚，不骄不躁，成绩优秀的大队委干部。我相信我会做到的。
