我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。

回家洗了个澡，才感觉浑身上下舒服了一些，但是一想到了明天的训练，我又感觉“天崩地裂”，但是又转念一想：“算了，为了身体好一些，吃点苦也不算什么!”

Journey to Australia

Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.

5。每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，但时间不能太长。

6。写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字。

第二，生活计划具体如下：

1。培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2。 要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出 ，不做危险违法的事。

3。要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假!

At the eve of the Spring Festival, my parents decide to go back to my grandparents’ house, we will spend the important day together. 终于放寒假了!! 好开心!! 这一学期在学校的喜怒哀乐、酸甜苦辣，即将在寒假来临前结束。

在寒假来临之前，我 还在思考要做什么事才能让我的寒假生活更有意义。突然我想到，这几年妈妈平日的辛劳，每天总是为我们洗衣服、煮饭、拖地......等家事。换成是我的话 可能会抱怨连连，可是妈妈连一句抱怨的话都没有，妈妈真的是很伟大呀!! 于是我决定来个“全家大动员”，想让妈妈好好休息，来慰劳她平日的辛劳。趁春节的时候，来个大扫除，让家里焕然一新，有如镜花水月般的美丽。

另外，我想要在寒假的时候，去阿姨家借阅几本好书。这样一来，有两种好处：一、可以增加我的知识。二、就不会去想到电脑，电脑就像个顽皮的小猴子，只会告诉我：“快来帮我开机，我在等你唷!”一不小心就会掉进深渊───增加我的近视度数!!

看!! 我的寒假计划很充实吧!! 我也觉得这样一来在这个暑假，我会过的很快乐、很开心的。愿这个寒假能带来给我更多的快乐!!

盼望已久的暑假马上要来了，我的好好计划一下我的暑假生活。

计划一：玩电脑

为了我的期末考试能考个理想的成绩，我已经有3个月没碰过电脑，与QQ堂彻底地拜拜了。现在我要活络活络我那被密密麻麻的习题搞得生锈了的脑子，玩玩电脑喽。一次，我在找作文时看见了小荷作文网就用了蓝雪伊儿这个用户名。我现在很喜欢上创网，只是拜读而不敢发表文章，今天，我终于鼓起勇气把我的新作拿出来现丑，一向不让我上网的妈妈这回也鼓励我多向大家学习交流。

计划二：睡懒觉

期末大考的这几天，语数两科的老师轮流站岗，大肆轰炸，那么多的习题，我稍微算了一下，天哪！足足有40多张！害得我们晚上作业都做到10点多，第二天，同学们都成了熊猫眼。惨哪！所以睡懒觉把复习时的晚点全都补回来！

计划三：做作业

我的辛苦也没白费，期末语数总成绩是全班第一，厚厚的一本《快乐暑假》不用做了！只要做语文老师布置的几篇日记和读书笔记就ok了，不过我妈妈可能要另外给我一些数学习题，我只能接受喽。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year.
