很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

[一个英语系毕业生的求职经历日记

今天，我跟杜逸轩去了英语班。去的路上太热了，我跟杜逸轩差点没能活着过去。

到了英语班，我们先检查背诵，然后把抄的单词和做的练习题给老师。然后听写，然后开始上课。

但是这一节英语课并没有这样，我们被韩老师训了一顿说我们上课说话，还没做练习题，最后，直接把上课时间提前十分钟，原来一点半上，现在要一点二十上。

被训完之后，我们苦事上课了。上课时因为被训了，所以都不是很活跃，有气无力地读单词。就这样，我们一直上到了外教来。

外教老师这节课教我们如何用英语来说我们在家里的称呼，我们这才有点活跃起来。

但是，外教上课的时间太短了。不过我们还好有一个温柔的小老师，她让我们非常开心，老师时不时还会开一两个玩笑使课堂变得不是那么枯燥乏味。

然后我们要听写，听写时非常紧张，手心都冒汗了。

就这样，一节英语课就过去了。

Last summer, I went to Beidaihe for my holiday with my family. We took a train because the way is not far. We lived in a big hotel where could see the sea . We stayed there for three days.

This worry is fairly unnecessary。 Why ？One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint—ventureworkers。 Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities。 Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exoticfestival。 By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family。

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China。 For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals。 For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year。 And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year。

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success。”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others。

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible。 While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it。

I want to be a service team, every dream this week, I finally realize this dream.

I and the value of a is three (6) class blackboard on the first floor, look have people on the run and not to let the students clean the blackboard. Today, I got up early I wanted to sleep more, but the thought of I want to be a service team, immediately got up.

I go out, looked at the sky, like a day not bright, but I want to make a service team, so I ran to school.

As soon as I get hand work in schools, to the blackboard. Theres a bit cold, but I thought to myself, I be a member of the service, I have to service for you, this cold fear what. One at this time, children walked to come over, I worship to a less on the stretcher, so I said to the young students: "you dont respect the stretcher to." So I hold the taught him. The small classmate said to me, thank you.

When the bell rang, I came to the class 3 (6). Their top really loud, so I wrote on the blackboard "good to do morning reading, praise". I walked a circle, no garbage on the ground, so I on the blackboard and wrote "the ground clean, praise, 19". 3 (6) class top increasingly rang, probably because I wrote a praise.

These days I am ready to service team is really not easy!

我每天做梦都想当服务队员，这个星期我终于实现这个梦想了。

我的值位是三(6)班和在一楼黑板报处，看有没有人在奔跑和不能让同学们擦到黑板报。今天，我早早地起床了，本想多睡一下，但一想起我要当服务队员，就立马起床了。

我一出门，看了看天空，好像天还没亮，但我要做服务队员，所以我立刻跑到了学校。

我一到学校交好作业，就到了黑板报处。那里有点冷，但我心里想，我是服务队员，我必须要为大家服务，这点冷怕什么。这时，有一位小朋友走了过来，向我敬了一个不太对的队礼，于是我对这位小同学说：“你敬的队礼不太对。”于是我手把手把教了他一下。这位小同学对我说谢谢。

铃声响了，我来到了三(6)班。他们的读书声可真响亮，于是我在黑板上面写了“早读好、表扬”。我走了一圈，地面没有一点垃圾，于是我在黑板上又写了“地面干净、表扬、服19”。三(6)班的同学读书声越来越响了，可能是因为我写了表扬吧。

这几天的服务让我感到做好服务队员可真不容易啊!

童年时代像一只幼狮，依偎在妈妈身边，与同伴无拘无束地玩耍;时光飞逝，光阴似箭，当幼狮以成雄师，就不在无忧无虑，虽时而位领土而战，但也忘不了那童年时光，人何尝不是如此呢?

别看我那么爱看书，但也是需要转变的，我也就有了一段刻苦铭心的经历。

小时候，妈妈跟我讲：“书是良师益友。”当时我似懂非懂。当我认识了近200多字时，我第一眼见到了书，就是这一眼，使我的人生产生了巨大变化，使我从一个年幼无知的小孩成为一个踏入社会的儿童。

我的第一本书是故事书，是图文本，内涵丰富，我看得如醉如痴，我先将书囫囵吞枣似的读一遍，只要遇到不懂的字，我就先绕过去，回过头来，问长辈。再记住好词，把感人肺腑的句抄下，知道作者就算精读了。

我还量了书的面积和长度，自己缝了个袋子，这样就可以随时随地钻入书的海洋了。可惜好景不长，这个我想方设法节约时间看书的方法很快得到我的否认，因为我读完一本书，就换一本，而袋子永远还是那么大，有的都装不下。

我又想了一个方法，我家当时穷，于是，我到书店借书，但要帮忙做家务，都没时间看，我就缝了一个大挎包，足足可装2本现在的书，出去时就可以看了。

我上学时的书大多都不是作文书，因为我认为作文要写好，最忠实的益友其实是闲书，它们不像课本;作文书一样死板。我的书大多都是自然界的奇异现象的书，比如布封写的《自然史》(还未买到)等等。

我并不是什么书都买，只要看到书，我会先看有没有这几点，如没有我就现场看完。一，内容丰富精彩。二，要有做人道理。三，有精彩片段。

只有知识——才能构成巨大财富的源泉。学无坦途，只要专心学习，好书必定能带来无穷乐趣，并品尝到成功的喜悦。

To me, the most interesting subject is English. But I find studying English is very difficult. So if you ask which subject is the most difficult to me. My answer will be English. Now I am a student, everyday I have more than one English classes, I like studying it very much and I hope I can study it very well, so I can talk with foreigners and know the foreign countries things, it is very useful.
