From this, we know that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep

fit? Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As

far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well

as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the

morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the

class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my

tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my

body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to

fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better

personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to

give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of

satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s

my personal experience.

As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport

and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy

My father is a man of devotion. Every morning he gets up the earliest to make breakfast for us. In the evening, he is always the late to come back home. This kind of weather to us again and again the alarm strikes, environmental governance is urgently needed!

So we should advocate, take good care of the trees, planting trees, dont burning garbage, the discharge of pollutants. We have to scientific development, respect the nature, in harmony with nature. Last autumn we took a trip to Qianshan by bus. It is about thirty miles from the city. We planned to put up in a hotel there in order to watch the sun rise the next morning.

As soon as we got there, we began to climb up the mountains. How great the sight is! We felt as if we had entered amother world full of beauty, peaeefulness and loveliness. There are hundreds of mountains, one after another. there are magnificent cliffs, one above another. We climbed up vigorously and breathed the fresh air greedily. We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature. We jumped and shouted like innocent children and we bathed in the first rays of the sun with the peak till it was time for our return.

My hometown, a village locating beside a small river, is a wonderful place

with beautiful scenery surrounded. Because of the poor geographical environment

and without an asphalt road, the whole village is poor and people’s lives are

tough. Generally, people grow rice and some other crops for a living. Most young

people work at the city, leaving their parents and children at home, which is

the status of the vast majority of rural area. It seems that only in this way

can rural people live a better life.

Ill never forget the rainy day which I knew my best friend, Qiaorong

On a rainy day, I failed in the Chinese. When I was crying quietly in the

or later." With these words, she patted me on the shoulder and took me into the

Since then we have been the best friends. We share happiness and sorrow

with each other. We work hard together and have made great progress.

Friendship is something we cant describe well in any language, but

friendship does play an important role in our daily life and a good friend has a

great influence on us.

Everyone has a family. We live in it and feel very warm. There are three persons in my family, my mother, father and I. We live together very happily and there are many interesting stories about my family.

My father is a hard-working man. He works as a doctor. He always tries his best to help every, patient and make patients comfortable. But sonetimes he works so hard that he can’t remember the date.

My mother is a woman with a bad memory. She always does a lot of housework, but sometimes she makes mistakes out of carelessness. For example, one day, she washed clothes in the washer, after the washer finished the work, she found she hadn’t filled the washer with water.

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. Last night, I played football match with my friends. We were divided into

two teams and the lose team would get some punishment. At last, my team lost,

the score was so close and I felt so pity. My friends from other team came to

Silently,I opened the door and stepped outside to face the cutting air.The moon had already lost some of its glow and the land was bathed in a dull mist.A lurid light in the east proclaimed the approach of day while the weatern landscape was bleak with some spooky stillness like a wizard kingdom.What you could only hear was the creepy sounds,seemingly out of the hell----the barking of dogs,the hammering of blacksmith,the lowing of cows and the crying of pigs under the butchers knife.

Gradually,the lurid light darkened and spread across the west.Every flower,every tree and

every weed were bathed in the sunshine.Suddenly,it turned out that all the sounds were not for any melancholy they suggested,but for their twilight bustle which was too solemn and mysterious for me.

I moved om,treading briskly along the road,the dry and crisped snow crunching under my feet.
