of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

One way to get around in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai is to take a

taxi, but it’s too expensive. Many people like to go out by subway or light

rail. They are very fast and convenient. Now they are becoming more and more

popular. Buses are cheap, but they are very slow in rush hours.

If you want to see a city well, you can go out by bike. However, most

people prefer to get around in a downtown area on foot, because it’s good for

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

Everyone has his favorite teacher ,so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss

Wei, our English teacher. We felt English very difficult when we began to study

English. Miss Wei had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Wei came

into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples,bananas,and oranges. She

said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the

fruits if you can tell me their names in English . ”All the students listened

These robots started to have their consciousness after upgrading. They rebelled their fate and fought with human beings. Though the fact that robot is still a machine now, who knows what will happen with the development of technology.

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.
