聪明的人在身处困境时，并不想太多沮丧的事情，也不做无意义的事情，而是集中较多的时间和精力解决眼前的问题，或许一时没有进展，但通过长期的努力必然会有成效。在努力的同时，也要注意放松心情，以保证身心的健康。无数成功就是在长期的、默默无闻的困境中奋斗得到的。

首先，要对自己有一个全面清晰的认识，找到自己的优缺点，充分发挥自己的优势。五音不全者想当音乐家，色盲者想当画家，这样只能徒增烦恼。

其次，要培养自信心与意志力。一个人若对自己丧失了信心，他就会失去进取的勇气。在挫折面前，要做最好的准备，做最坏的打算，对前景要抱有积极乐观的态度，相信“冬天已经来了，春天还会远吗”。只要不失去信心，就没有失败，就有逆境顺转的机会，就会看到希望之光。因此要经常给自己打气，鼓励自己。平时应该多参加一些竞赛的活动，大胆地表现自己，抱着积极参与的精神，不斤斤计较眼前的得失。

再次，学会转移注意力。例如，遇到困难时，可以试图把自己的注意力转移到自己喜爱和感兴趣的活动上来，当感情投入到新的事物中后，自然就很容易摆脱此前的挫折所带来的消极情绪，比如听听音乐，看看书。

另外，还要学会适当的发泄。把痛苦和忧伤埋在心里，会给人一种高压的感觉。如果能将这种压抑的情感向亲朋好友痛快淋漓地倾诉出来，得到他们的关心和慰藉;如果能通过剧烈运动，或把某些无用的东西当作泄愤的对象，那么过后心情会舒畅许多。但必须注意不能采用不正当的宣泄，否则会造成不良的后果，适得其反。

在生命的长河中，我们无时无刻不在追逐，努力地向前奔跑，只为了追求那梦寐以求的完美人生，岂料，不完满才是人生。

不完满的人生才是真实的人生。每个人都在追求一个完满的人生，然而，自古及今，海内海外，一个百分之百的完满人生是没有的。霍金先生的事例大家耳熟能详，一个罕见的天才，发现了黑洞，撰写了《时间简史》，在科学界获得了很高的声誉。然而他的人生就是完满的吗?不，即使在科学界拥有很高地位，倍受人们景仰，可他毕竟要过的是轮椅人生。这就见出他的人生并不完满，而也正是病魔对他的骚扰才更确定了霍金是人，不是神，才更加剧了他人生的真实性。所以，不完满的人生才是真实的人生。

不完满的人生利于我们创造更辉煌的未来。人生就是一个发现缺陷然后去填补的过程，只有在这个填补缺陷的过程中你才会得到成长，才会觉得自己的人生是有意义的。太过完美的人生，你不觉得无趣么?过失与缺憾本就是人生的一大组成部分，只有经历过无数次的过失与缺憾，才能在风雨之后看到彩虹。无臂钢琴师刘伟的故事家喻户晓，他的那句：“要么赶紧死，要么快乐活”的人生格言已被许多人传颂。儿时断臂，未向困难你头，用脚代替手做一切事情;生病不能继续游泳，坚定信念，转而学琴，学校不收，便自学苦练，到如今站在舞台上为我们演绎出动听的钢琴曲，展现出自己最为光鲜的一面。他成功了，正是因为他的人生不完满，才促使他比别人更努力，更实在地追求自己的梦想，才换来了今天的辉煌。所以不完满的人生是为了创造更更辉煌的未来。(改得挺好，一是从“发现填补”角度谈到了人生的过程，二是反问句问出了水平，告诉我们在不完满的人生追求辉煌富有乐趣。这就让刘伟的事例分析有了深层依据)

不完满的人生并不是说我们不可以追求完美的事。人的存在在于不完美，而人的追求理应是完美。人生境界还有一个层次，那就是经过奋斗把不完满变得完满些。只豁达而不奋斗，就成了玩世不恭，那才是彻底的失败者。人生是不完满的，苍鹰与苍蝇绝非一个样。怨天尤人是不对的。老子说要“无为而治”不是说“无为而掷”，更不等于无所作为睡大觉，所以不完美绝非自暴自弃，无所事事的弱价值取向。我们应有“焚膏油”“恒兀兀”的治学态度，正所谓“衣带渐宽终不悔”，深得此间真味。(富有理趣，一是从人生境界谈追求，二是从人生态度、行动进行多样的比较，最终归结到自身谈如何治学)

说蜗牛从前是没有壳的，软绵绵的身上伸出丑陋的触须，很多动物都对它嗤之以鼻。蜗牛爬到上帝那里去祈求赐给它一个壳。上帝问他为何要装美丽的壳，他沉思片刻，说：“为了仅有的一次生命。”蜗牛的行为也许看来很可笑，可对人的启迪是重要的，一是对生命要珍惜，二是要具有为了不完满的人生努力增光添彩的决心。(用例还是蜗牛，但分析角度已经改变，与“人生”主题相融)

人生可以不完满，但我们可做一些完美的事。人生是不完满的，所以才会显得真实，才会提供创造辉煌的动力，才会使我们去努力做一些完美的事让生命流光溢彩，从而弥补我们不完满的人生。

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.
