And the moon is what this celebration is all about. Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month，it is the time when the moon is said to be at its brightest and fullest.

There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating moonquakes. One Tang Dynasty myth holds that the Earth once had 10 suns circling it. One day all 10 suns appeared at once，scorching the planet with their heat.

It was thanks to a skillful archer named Hour Yi that the Earth was saved. He shot down all but one of the suns. As his reward，the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hour Yi the Elixir of Immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely.

Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional moonquakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health.

又一个栀子花开的季节，我的实习课程即将结束;还记得上一个栀子花开的季节，我写了《最后一个夏天》献给设农11-1班的全体同学，那个时候，我们即将离校实习，各种不舍，各种离愁，萦绕在每一个人的心头。那段时间我们经常聚在一起，讨论离开后改怎么做，要做些什么;我经常会把过去拍摄的照片做成幻灯片给同学们看，有的人看着看着，眼角悄悄的湿润了，有的人，一直在笑，但抬手抹眼角的动作还是被我捕捉到了……

那个时候，两年的时间，说长不长，说短不短;对于我们班而言，意义非凡，20个人的家庭，老师就是我们的长辈，带领我们一步步成长，一起劳动，一起娱乐……然后，被时间无情的剥离，分开。

分开的这段时间，有的人，偶尔会聚在一起;有的人，一分开就是一年。我亲爱的朋友，这一年里，你过得是好是坏?

分开的这一年里QQ、微信、微博等等成了我们的聊天工具，面对的只有手机、电脑和密密麻麻的字;每到节假日，都会受到彼此的祝福，这时候就会想，如果我们还在一起，那我们会怎样怎样做。

而如今，实习课程即将结束，我们的大学生活即将结束，我们，即将聚首，等待我们的却是短暂相聚后的遥遥无期的相聚。

栀子花开了，我们即将毕业，离别的序幕才刚刚拉开，我不敢想象到那个时候会有多痛心;那个时候，又会有多少眼泪在我们之间挥洒;那个时候，我们都还能笑着离开吗?

分开的这一年里，我们都在不停的问候“你好吗?”“我很好!”有的时候，真的很不好，只是不想别人为自己担心，有句话叫做“你若安好，便是晴天。”我们都只是希望对方好。

我看了李小冉的那期《快乐大本营》，有欢笑，但更多的是感动，看着他们谈论那份友情的时候，我也想到了一些人，我庆幸我也有那样的朋友在身边。

我亲爱的朋友，请记得勿忘心安。你的一颦一笑我都会牢记于心。
