说到同学，我就要给你介绍介绍了。我们班的“金银”组合：盛金、荆莹，她们的口才都是一流的，升旗仪式的时候，她俩一个主持，一个演讲。还有搞笑三人组：潘梦萱、马宁、侯雨桐，她们在哪里，笑声就在哪里。大款刘凯亚、梁静蕊，还有乐观少女张玉涵。她们都是我的朋友，我的生活也因为她们而变得丰富多彩。

也许，我们的六(1)班纪律没有那么好，成绩没有那么好，但它在我们同学心里是完美的，是不可战胜的。小学就是六年，六年的酸甜苦辣，六年的风雨同舟，人生又能有几个六年?我多么希望时间能走得慢些，我多么希望大家能在一起，不再分开。我不愿长大，我只想做一个少年，我想对讨厌的时间说：“滚远点，我不想和同学们分离。”可惜，天下没有不散的筵席，我们已经到了毕业的年纪，只能希望，在初中的时候能多和几个同学分在一个班里吧!

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

六年的小学生活是多么的精彩啊！课堂上有朗朗的读声之外，随时可听见哈哈嘻嘻的笑声。因为我们的老师最喜欢向我们抛笑弹了。图书馆内，架子上的书本仿佛在向我们挥手，邀请我沉浸在知识的海洋中。那里没有笑声，但却能吸引我一再进出。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

今年六月份，我们就要离开美丽的校园，离开与我朝夕相处了六年的同学和老师，带着依依不舍的深情，走进初中学校的大门，迎来新的学期。

在小学学习的六年里，有几任的老师教过我，她们不仅在学习上关心我，而且在生活上也给予我妈妈般的的爱护，但是有一个老师给我留下的印象最深刻，那便是教我们数学的潘老师，不但关心我们的学习，而且关心我们健康成长。

四年级时，我们班同学都订了学生奶，在第二节下课后喝上一杯学生奶，补充大脑营养。这本是对我们有好处的，但是在北风呼啸的冬天里，喝着冰凉的牛奶，不少同学开始拉肚子，潘老师看在眼里，疼在心里。为了能让我们喝上热乎乎的奶，潘老师每天从高高的三楼提着一只大红桶走到一楼的热水房里，提一大桶热水，一级一级慢慢走上三楼，给我们热奶。

有一次，我刚好看到了这一幕：体型较胖的潘老师提着热水，一只手扶着栏杆一步一步艰难的向上爬，每爬一级就喘一口粗气，豆大的汗珠从她头上向下流，那滚烫的热水洒出来，落在潘老师的裤腿上，滴在老师的棉鞋上……看着潘老师这么艰难地走着，我多么希望楼梯能够短一些，让老师不那么累。

再过不久，我将怀着依依不舍的心情转入初中，逐步朝自己的目标奔去，去实现自己的理想，但是在这六年的小学生活里，我们师生之间的那些令人难忘的往事，将深深烙在我的脑海里。在以后的成长道路中，这将是我宝贵的精神财富，不论我身在何处，都不会忘记和同学们之间的友谊，更不会忘记老师对我的恩情！她将激励着我脚踏实际，努力进取，一步步走向自己人生的目标！

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

There are many kinds of dumplings, such as reed leaves, bamboo shoots, wild leaves and lotus leaves. But our hometown is a lot of reeds, so most of them are wrapped in reeds. 端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

转眼间，已到了六年级了，快要毕业了，心中总有一股莫名的悲伤，因为，我即将要和我待了三年的班级说再见了。

我是三年级转来的，刚来到这个班上，我还担心我同学混不好，但我错了，因为，这个班级的同学都对我十分友好，下课了都跑到我身边来介绍自己，带了的玩具或吃的都会和我一起分享，我有困难，他们都会及时帮助我，对我的关爱数不胜数，让我感觉很窝心，我一下就跟他们混熟了。我还记得那次，我要上升旗台英语演讲，我很害怕，是同学们鼓励我，为我打气，并一路护送我上升旗台。我上台后，还是不敢说话，同学们在下面朝我微笑，做加油的手势，让我大胆起来，并在这次英语演讲里脱颖而出，获得了第一名。

我还记得每次春游，总是既聪明又爱捣蛋的李乐涵走在顶前面，做些鬼脸和怪动作，让路人和我们的忍俊不禁。每次春游，都是我们最快乐的时候，我们会在草地上野餐，然后抢着吃东西，因我个子小，所以总是被挤出去，即使这样，我还是很开心，到最后，总会有人为我留了一大包东西，那时候我才明白他们为什么要那么竭尽全力的抢，是怕瘦小的我没东西吃。吃完东西，我们会在草地上放风筝。丢沙包。爬树，还记得我有一次爬树，爬到树上摔了下来，有一个同学在下面接住了我，我们两个都摔了一个“狗啃泥”，又哈哈大笑起来。

记得每次他们叫我，都从来不叫我的大名的，而是叫我小熊饼干。熊宝宝。国宝大熊猫，不是因为我姓熊，也不是因为我很肥，而是因为我很Q，很萌，外形长得很像熊（不包括体型哦），所以才叫我熊，不过我也很喜欢他们跟我起的这个外号，因为我也喜欢熊，想到这里，我又要哭了，因为毕业之后，我就再也听不到别人叫我小熊饼干。熊宝宝，或着国宝大熊猫。

我除了忘不了同学，还忘不了老师。

我的班主任刘老师十分能干，把班级打理得井井有条，他上课时很严肃，很认真，可下课后，又是另一个模样：他下课时会笑得春光满面，还会和同学做游戏，有时还会和同学打成一团，所以同学们都很喜欢她，敬重她。

忘不了捣蛋鬼徐海东，忘不了开心果李乐涵，忘不了乖乖女覃际文，忘不了漂亮公主韩佳霖，忘不了笑容满面的刘老师……

这里有太多太多的美好的回忆，让我永永远远忘不了。

Before I go to sleep, I like to listen to soft music, it can help me relax

and have a good dream. My mother tells me that before I was born, she listens

Bring along some heavy clothing for the winter whereas light clothing is adequate during summer. Visitors to China are required to fill in a health declaration form at the Customs. Medical facilities are generally adequate in Shanghai. It is advisable to drink only boiled and bottled water。

Last week, I visited the geological museum with my best friend, Liu Bing.

It was my first time to go there. The moment we arrived there, we found that the

building was grand. When we walked into it, there was a big hall in front of us.

And then there were several rooms to show different kinds objects. There was a

room for collecting scripts and paintings. There was another room to store

clothes and shoes in the old times. The next room was for collecting the daily

necessities in the old days. In a word, all the things in it had a long history.

I learnt some knowledge from it.

Spring Festival was my favorite Chinese festival when I was a child. At

that time, I had a great time. Every year at that time I could dress new

clothes, get lucky money from relatives and seldom receive criticism from my

mother. Everything seems such wonderful. However, as I grow up, I find Spring

Festival is less and less interesting. I just feel that as usual. What’s worse,

with the fireworks, I find Spring Festival is a noisy festival. So I don’t like

it any more.
