一、写自荐书的目的是什么？

这个问题谁都明白，就是得到你追求的那个职位，这是最终的目标。

要达这个最终目标，第一步是尽可能地使招聘单位对你产生注意，发生兴趣，这样你才可能顺利的进入面试。

要引起招聘单位的注意，自荐书中要有闪光点，比如：你的书法不错，你就充分展示你的书法水平；你的文章写得好，你就在介绍自己时充分表现你的文章；你的学历高，你就突出写明你所学的知识；你的专业正好与招聘职业相符，你就应该充分显示一下自己本专业上较深的造诣；假如你有丰富的社会阅历，你可以通过简要罗列，引起单位的兴趣；假如你是俊男或靓女，也可选取自己最可心的照片贴上去，甚至身高和体重，学生期间是否当过干部，是否党团员等等都可以成为亮点，都是你的资本。恰到好处的利用这些资本，就是求职的决窍，会利用这些资本宣传自己，推销自己的人才称得上是一个有经验的求职者。

求职应该明白，你想去的单位，应聘者决不可能只你一人，在众多的应聘者中，你能否不被筛选掉，获得面试机会，主要看专业对不对路，水平高低，但在同等条件下，自荐书写得如何就成为能否进入面试阶段的关键。所以，谁要拿写自荐书当儿戏，那最后被戏弄的肯定是他自己。

在西方，自荐书和简历是一样重要的。而在我国，虽然有的雇主不要求写自荐书，有的猎头顾问或是企业招聘人员也没时间仔细阅读自荐书，但自荐书的作用还是不容小看。从最近网上的一份网上调查：“人事经理，您对自荐书的关注程度如何？”34%参与调查的人事经理表示非常重视自荐书、54%的人事经理表示将自荐书作为重要参考、只有11%的人事经理是根本不看自荐书。

那么该如何撰写出一份能让你脱颖而出的自荐书呢？

1、标准的自荐书内容：

一份标准的自荐书内容包括：

写自荐书的理由：从何处得悉招聘信息、你的申请目的、加入企业的原因，你要申请什么职位；

做自我介绍，说明你为什么适合申请的职位，提出你能为未来雇主做些什么，而不是他们为你做什么；

简明突出你的相关实力，即为什么你比别人更适合这个位置；

强调你所受过的培训、你的经历、技能和成就；

结尾段落中提出你的进一步行动请求，这里你可以建议如何进一步联络，留下可以随时联系到你的电话或地址。当然如果能对阅读者表示感谢，效果会更好，以我们的经验，现在许多公司招聘任务是十分繁重的，招聘人员每天要阅读大量的简历，一句关切的问候会给人留下很深的印象。

2、写自荐书的注意事项：

自荐书要短，但一定要引人入胜，记住你只有几秒钟吸引你的读者继续看下去。在自荐书中要重点突出你的背景材料中与未来雇主最有关系的内容。通常招聘人员对与其企业有关的信息是最敏感的了，所以你要把你与企业和职位之间最重要的信息表达清楚。

言简义赅，切忌面面俱到。自荐书的功用只是为你争取一个参加面试的机会，你不要以为凭一封自荐书就可以找到一份你满意的工作，而且这种错误的心态会使你写的自荐书罗罗嗦嗦。招聘人员工作量很大，时间宝贵，自荐书过长会使其效度大大降低，1992哈佛人力资源研究所的一份测试报告的数据也证明了这一点，即一封自荐书如果内容超过400个单词，则其效度只有25％，即阅读者只会留下对1／4内容的印象。

不宜有文字上的错讹。一份好的自荐书不仅能体现你清晰的思路和良好的表达能力，还能考察出你的性格特征和职业化程度。所以一定要注意措辞和语言，写完之后要通读几篇，精雕细琢，切忌有错字、别字、病句及文理欠通顺的现象发生。否则，就可能使自荐书"黯然无光"或是带来更为负面的影响。

切忌过分吹嘘。从自荐书中看到的不只是一个人的经历，还有品格。

I used to pouring away the water directly after I using it. Someday, my

mother asked me to help her wash the clothes, as I was about to pour away the

water, my mother stopped me and she told me that most water can be recycled. It

can be used to water the flower or to wash other things. From then on, I realize

THE ONLY MAGICAL THING----Map There was only one thing in the world that

wanted to play, and that guy’s name was Jack. He wanted to be a pirate one day,

and found treasure in pirate islands… He had a conversation with his mother one

day for certain. It was about being a pirate one day for once in his

lifetime…

“Mom, I want to be a pirate one day, and find treasures in buried islands

and…” “Whoa! Hold there son, what do you mean by, you what to be a pirate?”

asked his mother, “Well it is that I just want to hunt for treasure instead of

just being a regular boy like usual…”

His mother laughed so very hard, “Then why don’t you ask the sorcerer of

the wicked castle?” his mother suddenly added, “What do you mean of: Wicked?”

“Well,” replied her mother, “It all happened in…” “Wait!” shouted Jack, “There

is no time for you to explain the whole thing, if you could show me this ‘Wicked

castle’ then I could be a pirate sooner or later.

And so his mother showed him a riddle clue, which had many words written on

it, “All you have to do is answer the riddles and you will arrive at your

destination;” so Jack took the map, and head out for the wicked castle

immediately, “Now let us see, two choices to make; which one is it that I need

to take?” then he suddenly felt a little twinkle among his eyes, he looked at

the map; “That’s it!” he opened the map and placed it upon him. “Now, I just

need to figure this one out.”

He read it out loud, “Choose the path that has round hard things the most…”

then he thought about it, he looked at each side; first, he checked the left;

“There is nothing very hard on this side, or even round!” the he checked the

other side, known as the right; “Look, there is a pile of rocks here, they are

very hard; and round, and there are plenty of them!”

He walked to the right, and then he went straight on. At last he came to a

big castle, it has many traps; and so Jack decided to use the map and find clues

so that he won’t get lost…

He first came to the front door, and then he opened the map, read the

riddle; “Watch out for the monster, with two pairs of wings; and come in the

spring, it is giant, I warn you…” then he answered, “The only flying thing that

has two pairs of wings is a dragon fly!” when he said “Dragonfly”

d-r-a-g-o-n-f-l-y; a giant dragonfly flew past his eyes!

“Whoa!” shouted Jack, he then read the riddle, “look around you; use the

one, as sharp as a knife;” Jack looked around himself, then he found a big sharp

needle; it was huge! He used all his might and picked it up, and then he sprang

it to the monster. The monster fell down immediately, as if dead.

Then Jack had beaten the giant ‘Dragonfly’d-r-a-g-o-n-f-l-y, he was ready

to see the sorcerer. He was casting a spell when Jack came in, he interrupted

him; and so the sorcerer shouted, “What are you doing stranger?” he asked, “Can

you make me a pirate?” “What! Nobody has ever done that spell before;

never!”

And so Jack had to keep on being a normal boy, he was satisfied sometimes,

but also was glad that he didn’t turn into a pirate. “The map is ‘the only

magical thing’ in this world…

Two years ago, I lived in my hometown. It is a beautiful place for me and I

like the life there. Every day, I wake up early in the morning, then I will walk

in the country road with my grandma. We will meet some people and we say hello

to each other. The trees are so green and the water is so clean. I play a lot of

time in the small river. I have the beautiful memory there.

There was once a little turtle that wanted to be the fasted animal in the

jungle, everybody laughed at him and said that he could never be the fasted

animal ever. But the turtle didn’t listen to them, and instead, he decided to

learn and study from the wild hare; he was the fasted animal in the jungle oh

yes. In fact, every animal went to learn from the hare had become the fasted

runners too. When the turtle told the hare that he wanted to be the fasted

runner in the jungle, the hare laughed high over heels aloud; “Oh, oh!” cried

the hare, “Turtle, if you want to be the fasted, then you must get that big

shell of your back, Ha-ha!”

The turtle was not very happy about what he had just heard from the hare,

and he eventually decided to prove to him that it was his duty to be the fasted

runner of the jungle. “How about this, I and you have a race;” said the turtle

suddenly, the hare laughed aloud again, “Oh turtle, turtle; please don’t tell me

that you are not going to give up!” “I am not, I have the heart inside my body,

and I do not believe that I couldn’t be the fasted runner in the jungle!” the

hare then finally agreed to race with him.

When the time arrived, the turtle got ready; when the sound began to blow,

the turtle walked along slowly. While the hare in the other case hopped about

happily. “Does he really think that he could beat me?!” shouted the hare, “That

would be a dream in his brain;” said the hare again. When he was almost at the

finish line, the hare said to him, “I shall take a rest, then when I get up the

turtle still behind my tail; and I cross the finish line, using my rest energy;”

saying that, the hare lay down asleep. The turtle still didn’t give up; he soon

found the hare, and crossed him quietly, when he reached the finish line, he

cried out loud; when the hare woke up, found the turtle still wasn’t in front of

him.

He hopped about happily, and when he reached the line, he found the turtle

already resting on a rock. The hare was so shocked that he lay down on the grass

just like that he fainted. And so the turtle became the champion; nobody ever

laughed at him ever again, and whenever some animals wanted to learn running,

they did not go to ask the hare; since he was not yet the fastest any more,

instead they went to the turtle to get advice from their new jungle running

lesson teacher.

Recently, I read a book about a girl sees her future after she learns the

alien’s language. Her future life has happiness and sorrow. Since she could

foresee, she learns to accept what will happen in her life. If I could see my

future, and I can’t change the fact, but I will enjoy every minute of my

life.
