俗话说，要多拿自己的缺点与别人的优点来比较。但我却不这样认为。多看看自己的优点也未必不是件好事，它可以增强自信，因为自信是着火点，自信是火山爆发的罪魁祸首，自信也是人生事业的起点。所以我们不能把自己贬得一无是处，把自己关闭在不见天日得阴影中。

当你被老师批评，被同学鄙视，被父母责骂时，不要过度伤心，这样会使自己堕落，虽说堕落是表面，骄傲是内心，有得有失才是人生，但多少还会影响到信心。不要认为自己就低人一等，你要看看自己独具的魅力。

多看自己的优点，重新认识自己、一个新的自己，一个和别人不一样的自己，一个有着独特优点的自己。

曾经有过许多触目惊心的例子，有这样三个年轻人；一个女人爱上了一个英俊潇洒的男青年，但男青年却爱上了另外一个女人，这两人非常相亲相爱。前一个女人由于只看到自己的不足，而看不到自己的长处，到最后忍受不了这漫无天日，内心空虚的生活，从而走上了不归路。

我们是否该为她惋惜呢？的确，那么美好、那么青春的生命就这样毁在自己的手中，这跟植物有什么两样——自生自灭！她为什么就不珍惜自己的生命呢？为什么不看看自己的长处呢？如果当时她多看看自己的优点，也许她现在大概在某些人眼里还是个美女呢！俗话说，萝卜青菜各有所爱。

在人生的道路上，有很多时候，我们都会与一些东西擦肩而过，但我们应该认识错过是人生常态，不要因为错过而造成新的错过。我们带着清醒的头脑开始新的路程，我们要找回自信。

当然，也并不是说不要看缺点，缺点固然是要改的，但万不可掉入自卑与苦恼的深渊中。

当你在蓝天下懊恼时，当你在大海前自卑时，当你在原野上不安时，请看一看自己的优点吧！你会发现原来自己也很美！

[初一作文：自己也很美

因为人的记忆力有选择啊，有的人天生对语言天生敏感，所以记得就快，有的人对历史敏感，记忆历史就比别人快。所以人的记忆力不能一概而论，这是我多年学习的经验，和个人理解。

第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

英语背单词，实际取决于你已经背的单词量。
