Today were going to visit Stanford university, a very old university, and its recognized as one of the worlds most distinguished universities.

Our bus stopped at Stanford university, and I saw an antique building. All the way forward, the building that was built of stone, though made of stone, was built very fine, with different patterns engraved on it. It was then that I was attracted by a church building, whose metope was a beautiful picture of more than 20,000 pieces of Mosaic, which is the memorial church of Stanford university. At Stanford, there is no lack of sophistication, and even the flowers and plants are so finely manicured that, on a large lawn, the flowers and plants are pruned into a big Stanford university logo.

At Stanford, one hour at a time, we had to be reluctant to say goodbye to her. This famous university has given me so much hope that I can go to this university when I grow up.

Teachers Day

September 10 is our Teachers’ Day. In the afternoon, Zhonghua school held a celebration meeting, at which more than twenty old teachers each were praised with a medal for their over thirty years of teaching. Our principal made an enthusiastic speech at the meeting, and then the representative of the teachers and students gave a talk to us. After the meeting, we started performances played by some teachers and students, which were very interesting and instructive. We all had a wonderful time. I think we all should respect the teachers, engineers of human soul.

Teachers Day

Teachers’ Day comes on September 10th every year. On the day we usually give our teachers cards to show our thanks. I thank them for helping me when I am in trouble, and I thank them for teaching me how to be a real man.

Many years ago, I saw the movie Harry Porter and I was so impressed by it. The magical world was so wonderful that I wanted to live there. My thoughts were so active that I always dreamed about myself walking in the magical world and taking the risk. So I decided to write down the things I dreamed about and then made these become a book. This is my little dream, when the book is finished, I want to read them to my friends and my brother. Now I have written down a few pages, I continue to write every day. I get great motivation to finish my little dream. How to Learn English Well

English is one of the most important subjects in middle school.  Almost everyone knows that we should learn English well, but few of us know how to learn it well. Karl Marx has set a good example for us. He once said, "When one is learning a foreign language, he must use the foreign language." In this way, he could use several languages. A saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." When we learn English, we should read more, speak more, listen to English from time to time and practise writing every day. 我叫白雪，今年11岁，在盐城市第一小学五年级一班读书。

Hello, everyone! Im Feng Biyu, a girl of 19 years old. As you can see, I am very glad to get along with all of you and I hope we’ll have a good time in our subsequent study.

My hometown is in SiHong, Northern JiangSu Province, a beautiful place with a lot of clear rivers and lakes. When boating on HongZe Lake, I always feel free and relaxed. It is really a wonderful  place to enjoy your life.

I graduated from SiHong Middle School. It was set up in 1949 and now it  is more than 60 years old.
