儿子，你知道吗？有时候我真的很想告诉你，做人要有点野心，要为自己着想点，不要总这样大公无私。可是每当看到你天真诚实的面孔时，我真的无法开得了口，也不能对你输灌这些不利于你成长的心理过程。可是，就是你的老实，在学校里，在班级里，你总是遇到这样或那样不愉快的事情。你是否还记得，上个学期的一节数学课里，一个同学在课堂里故意捣乱课堂纪律，也就在课堂里，那个同学被老师严厉地批评。当时那个同学觉得很没面子。于是下课后，他就在同学们面前大声喊：“数学老师是疯子，以后你们不要再听这个疯子的课”当时你听后很生气，反驳这个同学：“你不应该这样骂老师，老师工作也很辛苦的。再说了，你不也还坐在教室里听课吗？数学老师是疯子，那你是什么？”就为这事，结果你招来的这个同学几个兄弟的殴打。还有一次，你班里有两个同学打架，你又去劝架。可是你不但劝不了他们，还招来了满身的伤痕

儿子，明天你将要去面对形形色色的新同学了，你可要弄清楚，哪个同学值得交，哪个同学不值得靠近；哪些事情你该去做，哪些事情你需要远离，都要靠你一个人来分辩了。你可要擦亮自己的眼睛，认清每一个人，弄清每一件事再做，知道吗？妈妈相信你会明辩是非，处理好每一件事情的，不是吗？

女儿，妈妈知道，你一直是个很听话很乖巧的孩子，你的学习自觉性也很让妈妈放心。平时在家里，你都能自觉看书写作业。可是你知道吗，你数学分析能力差点，所以，数学科你总是拿不到满分，都是在填空题或选择题里失分。因此，初中后，希望你在理科方面多下点工夫，把每门课成绩搞好，知道吗？

女儿，最让妈妈不放心的还是你的个性。你平时太静，不喜欢跟人说话，在学校也不太合群。平时我总是鼓励你多与同学玩，与同学交流。虽然这两年来你也改变了很多，也经常与同学玩了，与同学沟通了。可是，女孩子就是心事多。我真担心你现在又接触新同学了，怕不你肯与新同学敞开心扉交流。女儿，我希望你不管在哪里，在什么环境，都要跟老师，跟同学好好相处，好吗？这样，妈妈才放心你！

初中的课程很多，宝贝们，你们要认真对待每一门课程，不要偏重某一门课程；初中的功课也很繁重，你们也要懂得合理利用时间，合理补充不足的课程 宝贝们，一个优秀的学生就要有德、智、体、美全面发展的好孩子。而只要去努力，去奋斗,相信你们就是一个优秀的好学生，好孩子！努力吧，孩子们，妈妈相信你们能行!！

大家好!在此，非常感谢你们能在百忙之中抽出宝贵的时间来参加这次活动。我姓王，是中班的主任老师，已经从事幼教工作五年了。作为一名幼儿教育 工作者，我和主任杨老师保教老师刘老师很荣幸能成为我们中班的老师，在这里，希望以后各位家长对我们班级工作能大力的支持，我们也会拿出更多的爱心与责任心，发挥出我们 的专业水平，将我们班的小朋友们带好、教好，玩好!你们的到来既是对我们工作的支持，也是对孩子教育的重视。有句话说的好：“家园如同一车两轮，只有同向 运转，才能共同促进孩子的发展。中班是幼儿身心发展的重要时期。我想，我们的目的都是一样——为了我们这群可爱的孩子。本学期，我们将在现有的基础上，进一步提高保教质量，注重提升教育的文化内涵，以促进孩子的全面健康成长，希望您支持与配合我们的工作。

今天主要想跟大家交流以下几个方面的内容：

中班后孩子们的学习将有所增加。所以好的学习、生活习惯基本上就是要从中班开始逐渐养成，这是孩子们成长的一个新起点，所以还希望家长多和我们配合对孩子进行正确的引导。

经过小班的学习与生活，孩子们已经受到了一定的教育，他们与小班幼儿相比，尤其显著的特征，我们不难发现，有的孩子好动缺少学习方面的兴趣，特 别爱玩游戏。有的孩子语言表达能力也很出色，能把看到的事情说的很完整。有的孩子接受能力很好，在学习方面老师教的内容能很快接受。有的孩子在学习方面接 受能力可能稍微差一点，这就需要老师和家长的配合对孩子更加耐心的教导。

这时候的孩子，最需要的就是在这个成长过程中，多给他们鼓励，培养他们的信心，激励他们健康快乐成长，促进孩子们更好更全面的发展，总之，一句话：有成长就有成功，有快乐就有幸福。
