Every New Year Nian would rise from swelling in the sea to ravage Chinese village in livestock and hurting people. The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

我叫刘方正，爸爸妈妈希望我能成为一个正直的人。我是一个男孩，今年六岁了。因为吃饭挑食，所以我长得瘦瘦的。我的皮肤比较白，眼睛虽不大，但是很有神。我有一绺弯弯的头发贴在脑门上，大家都说我像潘长江。我活泼爱动，兴趣广泛。我喜欢打篮球、画画，更喜欢养小动物。我养的小动物有青蛙、泥鳅、蚂蚱、螃蟹，还有蝉。由于我的管理不当，结果，它们跳的跳、爬的爬、飞的飞。因此，害得我到处找他们，但还是经常找不到而挨妈妈的训。我以后一定把我的小动物们看管好。这就是我，希望你们能喜欢我。

我的名字叫章梓涵，今年八岁，是淮河路小学201班的一名学生。第一眼见到我的人，都对我的眼睛印象深刻，虽然不大，但却充满灵气和聪慧哦！我是一个爱学习、爱生活、爱科学的少年。平时，我喜欢看书、运动、唱歌，这些爱好，不但培养了我各方面的能力，而且还让我养成了自强自立的好习惯。

在学校，我尊敬师长，团结同学，乐于帮助别人，是同学们的好伙伴，老师的小助手。在家庭，我懂得孝顺父母，经常帮父母做一些力所能及的小事。对待学习，我刻苦努力，勤学好问，遇到困难，勇敢面对。在老师和家长的关怀下，我也取得了小小的成绩。在平时的学科小测验中，我的成绩常常名列前茅。在2008年淮河路小学 阳光杯学科竞赛中，我的作文、奥数、写字等各项竞赛都榜上有名。课余，我还学会了拉二胡，现在已经通过五级考核。

书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。我知道，自己学习的路才刚刚开始。今后，我将会把学习当作一种游戏，让自己快乐而又诗意地生活。虽然生活中会遇到各种各样的困难和挫折，但我相信，在老师和同学们的帮助下，只要心中有目标，勤奋努力，孜孜不倦，各方面成绩就会更上一层楼。
