在职业生涯中，换工作是一件正常的事情。但是每一次的转换，是否为你带来正面的效益及自我提升?这是转职之前必须深刻思考的问题。很多人为了跟着流行走，只看到新工作、新公司表面的优点，却没有思考自我的工作态度与心情，在轻易地放弃原本熟悉的工作之后，却陷入另一个每天抱怨的恶性循环中。笔者认为，当你兴起“另起炉灶”念头的时候，不妨先转换一下心情，换个角度看工作、看事情，或许离职的想法会就此打消。

据调查，有52%的人，将薪资列为换工作的第一因素。如果你也觉得单位给你薪资过少时，不妨想想，薪资和贡献是成正比的，如果你的付出够多，领导不会是视而不见。另外，薪资收入除有形的货币所得外，也应算上无形的货币收入，如：人际关系、教育训练、企业资源等。这些无形的货币收入，也是一大笔财富。

如果你对公司或领导的经营方针有疑虑，可以想一想，是不是有多半的原因，出在和领导的沟通上?另外，对于公司的文化是否愿意抱适应的心情?也是应该思考的问题。

你要是觉得上班工作时间过长，先问问自己是不是工作效率太低?还是业务真的超负荷?若是前者，不正是自我提升与学习的最好机会?若是后者，应寻求其它支持，或向领导提出解决办法。

当您对职场工作气氛不满时，你是否想过，是你的人际关系不好?还是你对领导、同事一直看不顺眼?不要一直站在自己的角度去思考问题，换一个方向看，可能又是另一片海阔天空，试试用自己的态度或幽默感改善大家的气氛吧!

如果你工作时间很长，还没得到提拔，你可以思考一下，是公司没有人获得升迁?还是你的绩效不佳?不要只会嫉妒别人升迁，或是先入为主地认为别人升迁是靠关系、拍马屁。可能别人的努力你都没有看见。

当你感到自己的能力在单位没有受到领导肯定的时候，你是否有意无意拔高了自己?有时我们的确会高估自己的能力。一味的怀才不遇，只会在职场中令人嫌弃。多和领导谈谈自己的工作或抱负，甚至主动多参加紧急重要的项目执行，将有助于领导对你能力的肯定与了解。

你埋怨上班交通不便，其实你完全可以早点起床，可以改变自己晚睡的习惯。每个人都有惰性，但在工作的态度上，只有勤劳才会有收获，那是基本的自我要求。

每一份工作或每一个工作环境都无法尽善尽美。准备换工作的朋友，请仔细想想，自己曾经从事过的每一份工作，多少都存在着许多宝贵的经验与资源。例如失败的沮丧、自我成长的喜悦、温馨的工作伙伴、值得感谢的客户等等，这些都是人生中值得学习的经验，如果我们每天都能带着一颗感恩的心去工作，相信工作的心情与态度，自然是愉快而积极的。

米卢在执教中国足球队时曾说过一句话：“态度决定一切。”如果你是怀着悲伤，厌恶的心情对待生活，那么你将会很糟糕；但若你怀着乐观与积极向上的态度去面对或直面生活的话那么将会很阳光的。那么我们该如何积极向上呢？我们应该做到以下几点：

关于挑战，直面困难

在现在的生活中更应该挑战新事物，使自己有面对的困难的勇气，有些人在遇到困难时畏畏缩缩，非常非常的胆小。大家都知道刘阿斗吧！为了保命，不惜将刘备打下的江山拱手让人；可真是“烂泥扶不上墙呀！”有些人挑战后失败了，那该如何解释呢？在生活中难免会遇见困难与挫折，正所谓“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹。”

不能过于自信，也不能没有自信

过分乐观的人总以为自己能够达到目标，因此会忽略沿途的险恶；极端悲哀的人老以为成功的几率十分渺茫而不能迈步向前，这两种人都会失去机会。

只跟自己比，不和别人攀比

自懂事以来，就知道了成功的压力是有多大，因此每个人都想处处表现优异，使自己十全十美，惹人喜爱。但是一但有人比自己好就开始自卑难过，甚至轻生。所以每个人应该用自己当做衡量的标准，想想当初起步时是哪里出了错，现在有没有进展。

坚持不懈，努力上进

每一次老师竞选班委时，都有很多人竞选同一个职位，但只有一个人能胜任。往往被刷下来的时候就会不甘心，有的人甚至就堕落下去。然而越在这时越应该问一问自己有哪些不足，从而改正，当下次选班委时应该更加积极主动一点儿。

没错只要做任何事都怀着一颗积极向上的心就成功了一半。让自己生活得更充实，更快乐，更健康。让自己从中感到生活的美。“乐观生活，积极向上！”
