不知不觉201*年已经在指尖中悄然溜走，快的让我们措不及防，又有点恍惚，看着镜子里面逐渐长大的我们，我们都有点无言以对了，这一年，就这么过去了。

今天下午，每年一次的体检又到了，当我们拿着一年前的那一份体检表时，每个人都发出了不可思议的叫声，“我那时怎么这么矮啊！”“这表是不是有问题啊。”的叫声此起彼伏，我拿着自己的表也是满脑子的疑问，“这真的是我的表吗？”一年前的我，就是这个样子吗？

体检完之后，大家的疑问更浓了，纷纷计算着自己又长高了多少，胖了还是瘦了，你一句，我一句，我也在心里默默的计算着，一年下来，我又长高了14厘米，但是，这一年了，我仅仅是局限于身体上的发育了吗，我想不是这样的吧！

放学了，我们即将迎来三天的小长假，同学们都很兴奋，整个空气之中都弥漫着兴奋的味道，同学们一个接一个的开着玩笑：“明年再见了。”转眼之间，整个偌大的操场就冷清了下来。

今天是大年初一，我们全家来到了千岛湖的“森林氧吧”玩。这里之所以叫“森林氧吧”，是因为这座山被茂密的森林覆盖着，这里的森林所释放出的氧气浓度很高，就像一个充满氧气的绿色大房子。

一路向上走，我看到了很多品种的树木：有一种树叫“蚊母”，它属于金缕梅科，有隔音、放尘的功能;有“乌药”，它属于樟科，是治胃病的良药;有“甜槠”，是亮斗科，经常被用来制造枕木;还有“浙江樟”，它也是樟科，它的树皮和枝皮能作中药中的香桂皮……

沿途还有许多介绍森林小知识的木牌，通过这些木牌我了解到：森林具有制造氧气、过滤灰尘、杀灭细菌、消除噪音的作用，此外，森林在涵养水源，保持水土，防风护沙，调节气候等方面都起着非常重要的作用。不止如此，这些树木所产生的负离子对于一些疾病的辅助治疗也很有帮助，如神经疾病、呼吸疾病、代谢及内分泌疾病、皮肤疾病等，还对移植性肿瘤的生长有着抑制作用。

爬到山顶，我发现了一个有趣的东西—滑草。就是人坐在一个像小船一样的小斗里，从一条一人宽的坡道向下滑下去。我们一个接一个地滑了下去。坡道虽然只有一百二十米长，但是滑下去的速度越来越快，身旁只能听到呼呼的风声，刺激极了。眼看快到尽头了，速度却丝毫没有慢下来，我真担心会不会飞出去呢!可到了下面，由于地面地毯的摩擦力，小斗奇迹般地停了下来，真是虚惊一场。等妈妈滑下来之后，我发现她双腿发软，脸色苍白，吓得话也说不出来了，原来老妈竟然害怕滑草啊!

今天的新年登高，我们不仅呼吸了清新的空气，锻炼了身体，还增长了不少的知识，真是很有意义，这个新年我过得很开心。
