教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

马上就轮到我了，听到老师念我名字，稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师，但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停，手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”，三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑，我反而不自在的很，我僵硬的站在他们面前，机械地象在用英文诵经一般，我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞，它飞飞停停，停停飞飞，可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头，记录着什么，也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了，我看没人看我，便拿出稿子，直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我，平时读得一点问题都没有，此时竟卡了好几下，自己都觉得糟糕透顶。

三分钟终于结束了，我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后，心情才平静下来。

因为我是最后一场，所以，我来到家长区没多久，就有老师进来，当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬，声音洪亮，她说：“非常高兴地通知大家，祝贺以下进入复赛的同学，读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”

接着老师便念“张三，李四”，没有我的名字!

我沮丧极了，连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。

也许从我站到台上的那一刻就被评委老师“秒杀”掉了。老妈反倒安慰我说：“你在这里登过台，已经很棒了。但一定记住，台上一分钟，台下十年功啊。”

是的，通过参加这次比赛，我也找到了自己努力的方向。

路过一家烘焙店，我说：“老妈，给我买点吃的吧，我要化悲痛为力量!”

The new years bell rings, the new year is coming, can my only new years wish be realized...

At home, there are always lonely people, but my father and mother are at work almost every day. I cant say anything, and I dont know what to say. No one knows what I think in my mind. When mom and dad go to work, I can only play computer to kill time. If I feel too lonely, I can only let tears accompany me.

Sometimes, I cant help pouring tears down. I really cant help it. Whenever I read this article, my eyes are filled with tears, and my nose doesnt know what the acid is like. I know that my simple new years wish will come true, because I will work hard to make it come true.

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough trees before that day. On that day, we didn‘t had classes. The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school. some students dug the holes. Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet. At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well. It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are!

3月12日是植树的一天。今年我们学校买了足够的树在那一天之前。在那一天,我们没有课。我们学校周围的老师和同学们种植的树木。

我们开始种植树木一旦我们到达学校。一些学生挖洞。一些学生把树放进洞。

一些学生把地球回洞。然后我们把地球与我们的脚。最后我们尽可能多的树木浇水。

从那时起我们仔细照顾树木,树木生长得很好。它使我们的学校更美丽。我们是多么快乐!

I will finish my middle school life soon, before I graduate, I need to take part in a very important test and it will decide which high school I will be in.
