我的家乡高州是一个历史悠久的小城，那还有许多名胜古迹，其中，笔架山是我最喜欢的一处景物。

记得有一次，妈妈带我来到一家餐馆，看见了“道口烧鸡”几个字，身子便不由自主地奔了上去，我像一匹饥饿的狼，贪婪地看着开放式厨房，厨师们正在做道口烧鸡。他们先放入一些油，把鸡放进去，然后放入八角、桂皮、鲜味宝、卤料等一些调味包。在烤炉上旋转着烤，半小时后，一只金黄的泛着油光的鸡就烤好了。我眼睛一眨不眨地看着，心里默默的记着做法。厨师将道口烧鸡取下来，我立马央求妈妈上前买了一个，那鲜香的鸡肉味道让我念念不忘。

回宜昌后，吃不到那么正宗的道口烧鸡，但是可以自己尝试着做。我和妈妈按百度上查到的方法，先将一只童子鸡放进一个盆子里，用60到70度的热水烫五分钟左右，洗好后斩掉鸡爪，并在鸡颈上放一根木棒支架，那样，鸡就立体起来了。

把抹好佐料的鸡放进烤箱，眼巴巴地望着鸡的变化，看着那鸡皮慢慢地被热气熏出小泡，好像鱼儿在雨后争相像冒泡一样，皮慢慢变得金黄金黄，十分钟后就能闻到烧鸡特有的香味儿了。那味道起初是飘着的，后来就径直往我的鼻孔里钻，香得我直流口水，恨不得立马就抓起来啃个精光。

终于，美味的烧鸡新鲜出炉了，整个房间都充溢着烧鸡的香味，我忍不住惊叹：“真是此味只应天上有，人间哪得几回尝啊！”

保护家乡的环境

从前,我的家乡是一个整洁又干净的地方.小河清澈见底,天空湛蓝深远,空气清新甜润,树木郁郁葱葱的,美丽极了.

现在由于人们乱扔烟头纸屑他们把垃圾扔入小河,使小河受到污染.从哪以后美丽的小河不在那么清澈了.
