三、社会各界应共同努力，共树新风。文明和谐的旅游环境需要社会各界一起努力，共同营造。要加大文明旅游宣传力度，宣传贯彻《旅游法》，增强旅游法制观念，树立文明旅游风尚，推动全民旅游素质的提升;要在社会各界中大力褒扬文明旅游的先进典型，对不文明陋习说不;要强化旅游消费监督力度，用社会公众的监督力量推动文明旅游良好风尚的形成，积极争做文明旅游的推动者。让我们携起手来，从自身做起，从现在做起，从点滴做起，努力塑造讲文明、重礼仪，树形象、筑诚信，热情友爱、安全有序的人文旅游环境，把文明记在心里，落实在行动中，因为我们都是宜昌形象的代言人!

践行文明旅游，是每位旅游从业者和游客应尽的义务。为提升旅游文明素质和旅游行业文明和谐程度，我们向广大旅游从业者及游客发出如下倡议：

我们倡议，广大旅行社应做到：自觉规范经营行为，遵纪守法，信守合同;不发布虚假广告误导游客，不低于成本价招徕游客，不“欺客”不“宰客”，为旅游者做好行前说明服务。

我们倡议，广大导游应做到：努力提高自身文明素质，做文明旅游的实践者、传播者;及时提醒劝阻游客不文明行为，做好文明旅游的宣传、说明、提醒工作，引导游客尊重旅游目的地文化习俗。

我们倡议，广大旅游饭店应做到：规范化经营，标准化服务，打造放心用餐和舒心住宿环境，努力提升服务水平。

我们倡议广大旅游景区应做到：努力提高景区产品和服务质量，切实保护旅游消费者合法权益，做文明旅游的传播者。

我们倡议，广大旅游车、出租车司机应做到：安全出行，文明行车，礼让为先，文明载客，尊老爱幼，主动询问，积极帮助。

我们倡议，广大旅游商品购物店应做到：文明经营，诚信服务，明码标价，杜绝出售假冒伪劣旅游商品。

我们倡议，广大游客应做到：从自身做起，恪守公德，讲究礼仪，文明游览，安全出行，摒弃不良习惯，注意言谈举止;自觉遵守《中国公民国内旅游文明行为公约》和《中国公民出境旅游文明行为指南》，遵法规、守秩序、讲卫生、爱护环境和公共设施，争做文明和友谊的传播者;尊重民族风俗和传统，保护生态环境和文物古迹，及时提醒和纠正旅游过程中的不文明行为，不断提升自身文明素质。
