大家好！今天，我怀着无比喜悦的心情站在这里，来向大家告白我对邮政的热爱与执着！我演讲的题目是《责任心》。 责任心是什么呢？责任心它是一种使命，一种做人的态度。小而言之，在一个家庭里，作为父母，你有抚养和教育子女的责任；作为儿女，你同样需要尽到孝顺父母的责任，这些责任都是不可推卸的，是每个公民应尽的责任，也是社会发展不可或缺的动力。如果没有这样的责任感、责任心，无法想象我们的社会会变成什么样子。

我们无论做什么事，都需要有一份责任心，天下无难事，只怕有心人，一份工作，并不是努力去做就不难，更重要的是一份责心！但是要怎么样才算是有责任心呢？就是我们每位员工在自己的工作岗位上竭尽全力，做好每一件小事。譬如我是邮政一名普通员工，我的工作职责是代收电话费、水电费、收寄包裹等。我的工作要求我以客户为中心，认真做好业务范围内的服务工作，让顾客满意。客户事情无小事，必须尽力尽责。因为不尽职，事绝对做不好，我们工作做不好，就直接影响到客户感知，容易引起客户强烈的不满，进而也会影响我们开展工作。例如在100次的任务中，我们完成了99次，可能会骄傲的说成功率是99%，但是顾客得到的1%却是100%的不满意！这就要求我们带着强烈的责任心，

自觉约束，担当起责任。

责任心它也是是一种担当，一种约束，一种动力，一种魅力。一个人有了责任心才能实现自己的承诺；有了责任心才能够正视困难勇往直前；有了责任心才能够得到别人的尊重，塑造高尚人格。每天前来邮政办业务的人很多，前台的工作更是纷乱繁杂，为做好客户的工作，我们此时需要有一份责任心，一份在繁忙之中保持一颗永恒的心，对每一个客户微笑，耐心回答客户的问题，认真完成每一单业务。客户的满意是对我们工作最大的认可，也是我们拥有责任心的重要体现。

对顾客微笑也是责任心的一种体现。我们邮政所经营的业务有速递、物流、金融、保险、报刊、杂志、电子商务等等，目前市场同质化的程度很高，加上我们的传统业务在日益的萎缩，目前市场的竞争是越来越激烈，而且同行各业更是不断把提升服务质量作为抢占市场的首要方式，我们的市场在逐步的被侵占、被瓜分。例如与我们邮政相比同为服务行业的沃尔玛每周可以赢取2亿客户的光顾，靠的是什么？靠的是3米微笑原则，它要求员工做到“当顾客走到距离你3米范围内时，你要温和地看着顾客的眼睛向他打招呼，并询问需要哪些帮助。微笑是最美的语言，是最好的名片，它给客户留下了深刻的第一印象，它也是我们做好服务工作最重要的一个环节，更是责任心的一种体现和需要。

一种良好的习惯性行为也是责任心的体现。一位朋友曾讲过这样一个故事，有个人到一家公司应聘，经过与公司老板交谈，老板觉得他并不适应这份工作，因为很客气的和那个人道别，那个人从椅子上站起来的时候，手指不小心被椅子跳出来的钉子划了一下，那人顺手拿起老板桌上的镇纸把跳出来的钉子砸了进去，然后和老板道别。就在这一刻，老板突然改变了主意，觉得这个人应该留下来。事后，这位老板说：“我知道在业务上你未必适应本公司，但你的责任心的确令我欣赏。我相信把公司交给你我会很放心。”由此可见，责任心是一种习惯性行为，也是一种很重要的素质，是做一个优秀的人所必需的。责任心对我们来说更是极其重要！记得有位名人曾说过：“凡属我应该做的事，而且力量能够做到的，我对于这件事便有了责任，凡属于我自己打主意要做的一件事，便是现在的自己和将来的自己立了一种契约，便是自己对自己加一层责任。”我认为我们每一位邮政的员工也应该具有这样的责任心！我们业务范围内的事，必须做好！邮政的目标需要我们每一个员工共同努力才能达到！

The zoo is very big .There are many kinds of animals at the zoo.What animal did we see.We saw tiger,momkey,panada,lion,elephant,and so on .I like monkey and panada best .Because momkey and panada are pretty and they can make me happy .I didn’t feed any animals .Because I don’t what kind of animals eat to make strong and I didn’t eat any snacks . I wanted to keep the zoo clean .Finally ,we feel tired and we leave the zoo. I think the zoo is good for animals ,why? He hurried up to the king and said:"Your Majesty, they dont think about the interests of the country at all.It is just because they are cowardly and afraid of death that they ask you to sue for peace by betraying the country. Of course you can temperarily satisfy the ambition of the king of the State of Qin is insatiably greedy. It will never stop assaulting us until our land is totally given away."Once there was a man whose house was on fire. People told him to put out the fire with water, but he would not listen. Instead, he carried a faggot to put out the fire, only to make the fire fiercer. That was because he didnt know that,instead of putting out the fire, faggots could only make it burning more vigorously. Isnt it equivalent to carrying faggots to put out a fire if you agree to sue for peace at the cost of the land of the State of Wei?"Though Su Dais argument was very convincing, the king accepted the suggestion of those officials and gave away to the State of Qin a large area of the land of the State of Wei. For the king of the State of Wei was cowardly and only cared for peace at the moment.As might be expected,the Qin army assaulted the State of Wei on a large scale in 225 B.C.,surrounding the capital city Daliang and flooding it by digging open the dykes of the Huanghe River.The State of Wei was finally destroyed by the State of Qin.This story appears in the Historical Records Written by Sima Qian.The set phrase"carrying faggots to put out a fire"is used to mean adopting a wrong method to save a situation and ending up by making it worse.

说到这里，苏代讲了一个故事：从前有一个人，他的房子起火了，别人劝他快用水去浇灭大火，但他不听，偏抱起一捆柴草去救火，是因为他不懂得柴草不但不能灭火反而能助长火势的道理。大王若同意拿着魏国土地去求和，不就等于抱着柴草救火吗？”

尽管苏代讲得头头是道，但是胆小的魏王只顾眼前的太平，还是依大臣们的意见把魏国大片土地割让给秦国。到公元225年，果然秦军又向魏国大举进攻，包围了国都大梁，掘开黄河大堤让洪水淹没了大梁城，魏国终于被秦国灭掉了。

故事出自《史记魏世家》。成语“抱薪救火”比喻用错误的方法去消灭祸害，结果反而使祸害扩大。

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

On the thirty night, we ate the dinner on New Years Eve, I cant wait to turn on the TV to see the Spring Festival evening party, and finally to eight points, the Spring Festival evening party started, there are a lot of wonderful programs inside! Have a beautiful dance, melodious songs, funny comedy and humor of crosstalk.

I love the performance of Louis Liu... Magic, magic! Because one of the magic tricks he performed was that he passed a coin straight through a piece of solid glass, and his hands were worn out of the glass.

Its amazing! I was so stunned that I could hardly believe my eyes. Unwittingly, the party was over. The wonderful show made us have an unforgettable New Years Eve.

I made a dicision to run for an election for the monitor.I felt nervous ,because i didnt good at talking with others.After school ,i got on line to look up how tp give wonderful speeches.The artical not only introduced the information on communication skills,but also recommend,a lecture about communication.I bought the admission ticket to go to listen the lecture.The old profferser taught how to keep confident and how to be persuasive.I listened carefully,and praticed a lot of time.
