Sometimes I watch TV or surf the Internet. I find it’s a good way to relax myself. At the same time it can also help me open up my eyes to the outside world. At the weekends I often help my parents with the housework. I clean the house, wash clothes and learn to cook. During the summer or winter vacation, I have enough time to do things like volunteering. I help those people who are in need. It’s a good experience for me. I enjoy myself in my spare time.

我的业余生活

我是一名中学生。尽管学业繁忙，但是我的业余生活仍然丰富多彩。

放学后我常常参加体育活动。我非常喜欢打篮球和踢足球。体育运动令我身体健康、学习也更加优秀。到了晚上，我常常会读点书。我认为书籍是我们最好的朋友，它教给了我们许多在学校里学不到的知识，所以读书大大充实了我的业余时间。

偶尔我也会看看电视、上上网，这倒是放松自己不错的方式，与此同时，还能开阔自己的视野。周末的时候，我经常帮父母做做家务：打扫房子、洗衣物、学做饭。在寒暑假，我有足够的时间，可以做的事情有很多，比如做一名志愿者，去帮助那些需要帮助的人们。这对我来说是一份宝贵的经验。总之，我乐享我的业余生活。

阳光顾名思义就是光明的未来。我跟所有正在上学阶段的中高的学生一样都是90后。有些人认为90后是“脑残”跟“非主流”，但我并不这么认为，90后是中国未来几十年间发展的动力，关系着祖国的未来跟发展趋势，90后是一注新鲜的动力水源。

因为祖国进行伟大的民族复兴计划，建设中国特色主义道路，所以为了谋求发展需要解决最根本的问题。各国之间教育的竞争决定着国立，科技的成败。从五年前实行“九年免费义务教育”这个政策以来，90后都被称为幸福的一代。

而被称为幸福的一代的90后却被骂的如此残的原因是一个很重要的问题。

有人认为90后只知道比品牌，穿档次，制作非主流墙纸，海报，大头贴。但这并不能说明90后是一个脑残时代。而相反的我们可以这样想。非主流文化是一种艺术，因为这种艺术很受人们的推崇，他是另一种艺术的结晶。非主流文化代表着90后活跃的性格跟特征，他没有想象中的那么无聊。

90后代表着未来的祖国。必须引导着祖国的经济，文化，政治的主流潮流。而他们在文化方面创造了非主流。非主流这种艺术很受期待。他阐述着心情阴晴雷雨，生活的美好向往。也许我们对这些艺术存在着偏激的想法，但所谓祸兮福之所倚，福兮祸之所伏。任何事情都存在着两面性，往往事情坏的一面被人揪住不放，就会被世人所误解了。

90后不是脑残，是因为我们生活在阳光的生活中，更有精力来发挥我们的创造力，来表达我们心中的另一个世界

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have luch at my grandparents, because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I do my homework. If I finish my homesork early, I can watch TV for half an hour. I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

现在，我们的生活正逐渐被手机、电脑、平板电脑等电子产品影响。走在路上，总能看到行色匆匆的行人盯着自己的手机，下班回家他们也拿着手机看，这些电子产已经占据了大部分我们的碎片生活。我觉得电子产品不仅有害于我们的身体，还对我们的学习有很大的影响，很多学生沉迷于网络游戏和手机游戏里不能自拔，我们这个时期，我们应多花点时间来阅读，而不是盯着这些电子产品，要让阅读充满我们的生活碎片！

高尔基曾说过：书是人类进步的阶梯。”的确，看一本好书就像在和一个高尚的人对话。书在每一个地方，每一个时代都有着重要的地位，包含着无数的知识。“一个家庭没有书，就等于一间房子没有窗户。”可想而已，书在日常生活中的重要性。它像一束束阳光，一处处风景，不仅可以提高我们的生活情趣，还能使生活变得更加丰富多彩，有声有色。在安静的房间里，捧着一本书，沉浸在阅读里的感觉是电子产品不能替代的。

记得有一次，我去图书馆看书，无意中看到一本好书《鲁滨逊漂流记》。它讲了主人翁鲁滨逊因船只失事而漂流到了一个孤岛上，不能逃离，只能去适应新的生活，我看着看着入迷了，感觉好像自己进入了这个世界。我能看到鲁滨逊勇敢搏击风浪的画面，能闻到他摘水果时发出的阵阵果香，还能听到他喂养小羊时发出的咩咩声，身临其境的感觉让我不能自拔。这个比拿着手机，或坐在电脑前打游戏的感觉好太多了。

我还参加了今年的上海书展，发现和我一样爱好阅读的人非常多。大家都捧着自己喜欢的图书，看着津津有味。我们还能和自己喜欢的作家面对面交谈，让他们签名。闻着阵阵书香，捧着沉甸甸的书本，这种感觉特别好。我们现在学业也很繁重，碎片化的时间让阅读来充满，有效利用，这样的生活不是更有意义吗？让书本成为一种生活方式，把阅读作为生活必需品。

世界上好书很多很多，对我来说，他们的诱惑和魅力远远超过了手机游戏，电脑游戏。我呼吁跟我同龄的同学们，多看书，多去图书馆，尽量少玩电子游戏，大家跟我一起畅游在书本的海洋中吧！

“轻轻的捧着你的脸，为你把眼泪擦干”每当听到这动人的旋律，我的心里便感到很温暖。爱，这个令人陶醉的字眼。它能创造出五彩缤纷的世界，可以把仇恨变为宽容，可以把冷漠变为亲切。

我记的看过一则小故事，这个故事是这样的：有一根女孩叫青果，她本来是一名公费的留学生，但在一场车祸中，她的头部受到了重创。但是，她的家里不是很富裕，拿不出那么多的钱来给她做手术。一天，她的妈妈听说有一场蹦极，只有赢家，可以获得奖金。她的妈妈决定去挑战。她的心脏不好，血压也高，还有致命的恐高症

在她去参加比赛时她说“只要能换回孩子的一条命，就算搭上这条老命也值。”当她说出这句话时。主持人留下的眼泪。他号召了各地区的人们为这个女孩捐钱。终于，钱攒够了。女孩可以做手术了。这个例子充分的说明了世界每个角落里都充满了爱。

记得有一次，我在坐公交车的时候一不小心把钱给弄丢了。外面正下着大雪。如果不坐公交车回家，我就得在大雪中走一个多小时才能回家。正当我进退两难时。有一位大姐姐向我伸出了援助之手。我心里感到很温暖。正当我说“谢谢”时，她却下了车。那时，我是多么想对她说一句“谢谢你”。在这件是中我也看见了爱的影子。

在我们的生活中处处需要爱，爱就像调味料一样，使生活充满了滋味;爱就像一盏灯一样，使黑暗的生活充满了光亮。让我们把爱种在我们的心间，让我们把爱传递到世界的每一个角落中，让生活充满爱。
