厨房里同样有乐趣。爸爸妈妈烧饭时，几乎每次都少不了我，我总喜欢看他们展示自己的厨艺。每每烧一道菜时，我就聚精会神地注视着，以防遗漏一个步骤或是一个细节。一旦什么地方没搞明白，我就连忙请教他们，直到心里一清二楚。空闲时间，我便自己独自试试厨艺，模仿爸爸妈妈的样子烧一道菜，虽然有时味道弄得怪怪的，但也让我享受了烧饭的那种乐趣——完成一道菜后的成就感。

生活表面上看来平淡无味，甚至像一杯白开水，但平淡中的味道，更加的耐人寻味。

爬山观日出日落，种花种草，制作小发明……每一样平凡的事情背后都有独特的乐趣。做自己喜欢的事，就能从中发现乐趣。

生活是多么广阔，凡是有生活的地方就有快乐和宝藏。

人生处处有乐趣，不畏伤心，乐趣自然会显现出来，品味乐在其中。

人生烦恼无限。

在生活中，我总是听到这样，那样的抱怨，仿佛他们的心中从未有过快乐，对生活失去应有的信心和希望，以消极灰暗的人生观来面对生活。他们总是认为：快乐总是环绕在别人的身边，而烦恼却总会在他们的走位转圈。就好像是一团乱毛线，越是想要解开，就越是缠得更紧。

寻找快乐，有很多种方式，一类像是在攀岩，为了寻找快乐而寻找快乐，快了点阵地却早已迷失。气喘吁吁，穷尽一生的时间去攀岩，却但却总也看不到。这样获得的快乐只会是虚假的，毫无意义的。因为快乐本来就是没有顶的。但还有一些人，欣赏着这大千世界中万事万物，用一双智慧的眼睛去发现生活中的乐趣。他们哼着小曲，感受着迎面拂来的清风，嘴角边挂着一缕若有若无的微笑，在无限的惬意中得到乐趣与满足。尽管不一定是“乐极”，但是这些小小的幸福，却也足以芬芳身心，恬静自我了。它会让我们时刻感受着生活的乐趣，让我们都会回报自己一个微笑。

曾听到一句话：对于心灵来说，如果奋斗一辈子，能终日得个快乐，也算是突出了生命最本质的价值。的确如此，我们要将一切烦忧，困惑杜绝了，我们应去感受生命中最本质也是最纯真的快乐。明白生活的乐趣，在生活中寻找快乐，以一颗快乐自然的心对待一切事物，怀着单纯而美好的心去面对世界，你自然会发现如繁星般多而闪耀的乐趣。

可是，人人都在抱怨自己不快乐，找不到生活的乐趣。其实是我们太过迂腐，抛不下一些沉重的包袱，里面装着的全部是人们的贪婪与欲望，是权，是钱，亦或是欲……可是装的越多，牵累就越多。生活的乐趣需要用心去贴近，用心去品味。细细感受，觅得人生真正的乐趣。

当心与心贴近只是，人生的美好与乐趣便会靠近我们！

人的一生只是一次旅程，旅途之中充满了惊喜和无奈，人的一生起起伏伏，坎坎坷坷，而我们能做到的就是用心欣赏窗外的风景， 开心的面对一切属于我们的快乐，只要我们拥有健康的心灵，拥有乐观的心态，无论遇到什么，都要给予自己一些信心，无论如何，都要告诉自己：只要明天还在，希望就一定还在!

面对烦恼，轻轻的告诉自己，没关系，那只是过眼烟云。

面对困难，轻轻的对自己说，没关系，我们总会有办法解决。

面对挫折，轻轻的告诫自己，没关系，吃一堑长一智。

面对失意，轻轻的笑笑对自己说，没关系， 柳暗花明，一切都会过去。

有良好的心态 ，有健康的体魄，有美好的追求，有真诚无私的爱心。给生命一个微笑，为自己的人生之旅洒满欢歌笑语，让我们的生活充满阳光。
