一天，海力布在深山里打猎，突然看见鸟都飞走了，只听见带头鸟说：“今天晚上，这里大山要崩塌，大地要被洪水淹没，不知道要淹死多少人呢！”海力布听后立即跑回家了。告诉乡亲们赶快搬家，乡亲们都疑惑不解，有一位老人站出来说：“海力布，我知道你从来不说谎话，但突然叫我们搬家，我们在这山下住了好几代人啦搬家可不容易啊。”海力布急得快出汗了，他知道急没有用，不给大家一个说法是没有用的，他把事情的经过以及龙王送他宝石都说了出去。说完立刻变成了一个石头。

人们世世代代纪念他。有人说现在还找得到叫海力布的石头呢！
