一水多用

淘米水、煮过面条的水，用来洗碗筷，去油又干净，也可以洗菜，降低洗洁精的污染和用水量。收集洗衣机排出的水，可以拖地、冲厕所。养鱼的水、洗瓜果蔬菜的水，可以留着浇花。

洗澡节水

用喷头淋浴，调节好冷热比例。需要时就将喷头打开，不用时就关了，不要让水一直流着。涂抹好沐浴露后，全身上下进行清洗，而不要单独的分开来洗。洗澡时如果用桶或者浴缸洗的话，注意水不要放得太满，调节好适当的温度。也最好不要在洗澡的时候，图方便，洗衣服鞋子，这样比单独洗它们还耗水。

洗衣用水

洗少量衣服时，洗衣机的水位不要定的太高，这样洗衣服不仅会洗不干净，还会浪费水。少量的衣服要洗的话，可以用手洗，或者等多了以后集中起来洗，这样也可以省水。

家庭节水除了注意养成良好的用水习惯以外，采用节水器具很重要，也最有效。节水器具种类繁多，有节水型水箱、节水龙头、节水马桶等。

马桶节水

如果觉得厕所的马桶水箱过大，可以在水箱里竖放一块砖头或一只装满水的大饮料瓶，以减少每一次的冲水量。检查水箱进出水皮阀，避免水箱漏水现象。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

虽然我们无法决定世界可用的淡水资源总量，但我们可以节约用水，从小事做起。家庭用水量要达到一水多用，例如：淘米水可以用来洗菜，还有利于去除蔬菜表面的农药;洗菜水可用于冲厕，浇花;洗澡水、洗衣水、洗脸水、洗脚水可以用来拖地，也可以用于冲马桶。这样一来，水宝宝就可以重复做有价值的事，简直是一举多得。

让我们节约用水，不要将每滴水浪费。让水像花儿一样开遍神州大地!

水是我们生命的源泉，我们不能没有水，没有生命，没有源泉。在《开学第一课》的课堂上，也是这样的。我们要保护水，爱护水，不要随便浪费水，糟蹋水,因为水没有多少了!

我国就是世界上13个贫水国家之一,淡水资源还不到世界人均水量的1/4。全国600多个大城市中60%左右的城市缺水。我们石家庄就是一个缺水的城市，小时候听爸爸说，他们小时候用的都是甘甜的“地下水”，而我们现在则用的都是带有腥味的水库里的水。我们已经把水资源破坏成这样了，难道还不够吗?可是有一些人到现在还没有醒悟，还在可耻的浪费，例如：我们有喝不完的水倒掉；把瓶子扔到干净的大河流；剩饭残渣拿出来扔到河里喂鱼；自己洗手打香皂时不关水龙头；大人洗菜忘记关水；洗碗时一瓶洗洁净都倒进去用水“哗啦啦”的冲个没完没了；还用流动的水洗菜……这些都是在浪费水资源。其实，珍惜水资源并不难，难的是控制好自己，不去浪费。如果一个人每天珍惜一滴水，那一年就是365滴水；如果每个人一年节约365滴水，那整个中国就节约了4745亿滴水，这可不是一个小数。也就是说，你珍惜爱护水资源，就会得到你想不到的财富。

到现在为止，我们节约用水的公民们应该呼吁那些还没有醒悟的那些人，早一点的把水源节约到我们每一个人的一瞬间，让水源充足起来，不再是所缺少的一件物体。

每年的3月22日就是世界水日，世界水日的宗旨是唤起公众的节水意识，加强水资源保护。

水是生命之源。人可以坚持不吃东西三周之多，却只能坚持不喝水三天。人体水分大约占体重的65%，一旦缺水后果很严重：缺水1%-2%；缺水5%，口干舌燥，皮肤起皱，意识不清，甚至幻视；缺水15%心跳急促，失忆，意识就快消失；缺水20%晕倒，像死一样。因此，水对人类十分重要，应该珍惜水资源。

有人说，水取之不尽，用之不竭，取水只是水龙头一拧的事，但是全球97%都是海水，淡水只占3%，这3%的淡水大多数都是冰川，排除冰川后还有不能喝的污水、地下水，而我们中国又是世界最缺水的13个国家之一……因此，节约用水，珍惜水资源是我们共同的责任。

其实，每一天都是节水日，每一天都不浪费一滴水，世界才会更美好，只有我们每一个人心中知道节约用水，意识到水的重要性，才能让问题彻底解决。怎样节约用水呢？很简单，只要你每天洗完手拧紧水龙头，不随便洒水玩，洗菜的水用来拖地，拖地的水用来冲马桶，就基本做到节约用水了。同时，自己节约用水是不够的。你应该监督自己的家人节约用水，遇到人浪费水出手制止，多多宣传节约用水，才能让我们人人行动起来，珍惜水资源，爱护每滴水。

离世界水日已经不远了，但我希望大家天天节约用水，做节约用水的小标兵，让每一天都是世界水日！
