I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

现在，我们生活在和平国家中，但是，有许多国家正处于战乱之中，现在的利比亚还在打仗，那里的孩子怎么办？那里的老人怎么办？甚至每一个市民怎么办？

现在的利比亚政权腐败，很多武装分子组成反对派，与政府军展开对抗，北约借着保护民众的幌子，与反对牌同流合污，一起攻打政府军的军事重地，现在，北约派出轰炸机的次数已经超过了5000架次，声称没有伤害到利比亚的平民，可是，我们中央电视台的记者采访过的黎波里的市民，市民说，北约的轰炸已经造成多人死亡，伤亡人数还在不断的增加，没一天，不知有多少生命离开这个美好的世界。

很多房子已经被北约轰炸得破烂不堪，很多人不得不流落街头，无家可归。学校也在轰炸中受损，很多孩子不能坐在宽敞明亮的教室认真听课，的黎波里的市民已经没有足够的食物、饮用水和石油

如果，把用于战争的钱，用在培养人才、保护环境、帮扶贫困的人群上，那该是一件多么美好的事情，战争给我们带来了数不清的不幸，给世界带来了多少灾难，好战国家的总统们，请停止你们的暴力行为，让全世界的孩子生活在一个美好而和平的世界，让孩子们在同一片蓝天快乐成长，好吗？我们呼吁和平，正是因为和平，这个世界才会更加没好！

有一天，我在路上遇到了一只狗。啊!看到它就会想到两个词：可爱和美丽。它有一身雪白的毛，一根长长的尾巴，两只乌黑发亮的眼睛和四条灵活的腿。我太想把它带回家了!可是它却说话了：“请问你是地球人吗?”我吃了一惊，我不愧是我，迅速镇定下来，说：“这里就是地球，所有的人都是地球人。唔，你有什么事情吗?”“太好了，我终于到达地球了，我带你去一个地方。”说完，它摇身一变，变成了一个小伙子，带着我飞奔起来。我们跳过房顶，爬上水管，穿过一扇门，只见“儿童玩具厂”五个大字跳入我的眼球。工厂旁边的江上面停满了军舰，前面的广场上停满了战斗机，就在我感到奇怪的时候，他对我笑了笑，按动了一个奇怪的开关，一架战斗机被拖上流水线，绿色的药水朝飞机喷过去。奇迹发生了，战斗机慢慢地变小变小，最终变成了玩具小飞机。哦，原来是一只热爱和平的机器狗啊!

In my opinion, Peace and development should be the topic of todays world, we should love peace,and call for peace, fight against terrorism, to gain a better future.

There is no doubt that Osama bin Laden had to answer for the ideology he espoused and the death and destruction he reveledin. But serious questions remain in this ongoing fight. So now who, if anyone, will take control of al-Qaida?

For al-qaida , regardless of what purpose should not take innocent peoples lives as a negotiation of weights. The only hope is that Muslims who truly study, understand, and live their faith will eventually convince their brothers and sisters to give up on violence as a solution. ...I sure hope Developed countries are just a little closer to peace with the middle east.

Generally, war is repugnant, but peace is welcome. While peace is the ultimate goal of all of our undertaking in this world, war has been inevitable in the course of human civilization. 其实，像这样的图片、照片多得不计其数，这些照片就是战争的见证人。在战争中，许多儿童也都像这个孩子一样，失去了生命。还有的被炸残，有的被饿死，有的被……或许，昨天他们还幸福而快乐的生活在这个世界，他们还对世界充满着好奇心。可是这些愿望都破碎了，他们对世界还不曾了解，就这样的去了。

现在，在很多地方还在发生着战争，比如阿富汗、菲律宾的暴力武装事件，致使许多人身首异处，人民每天过着担惊受怕的日子……我的心里充满好奇心，为什么大家同在一个地球村，生活差距居然这么大。我们每天生活在幸福而快乐的日子里，每天在宽敞而明亮的教室，听老师讲课，回到家后，不用动手，就可以吃到可口的饭菜，可以说是衣来伸手，饭来张口。可是战争中的孩子却要饱受饥寒和恐惧，死亡之神随时都有可能将他们带走，每天他们以天为被，以地为床，风餐露宿，吃不饱，穿不暖。和我们相比，简直是天壤之别。

地球把它的一切都给了人类，人类就该好好珍惜和爱护，不应该去争抢，因为，它是我们大家的，我们应该一起分享。

我曾幻想：世界上没有战争，一切都是和谐的。森林里，到处鸟语花香，小动物在一起嬉戏玩耍。海洋里，小鱼自由自在的游泳，而且海洋不再被染红，永远是蓝色的。全世界的小朋友欢聚一堂，手拉手，唱着和平之歌。这该是多么美好的景象啊!

让我们一起努力吧!一起消灭战争，让世界充满和平吧!

硝烟弥漫，废墟满地，尸骨遍地，血流成河……这不是哪部恐怖电影的情景，而是日本侵略者轰炸上海火车站被记者拍下来的真实情景。

更可悲的是，在废墟中竞然有一个一周岁左右的小男孩在哭!

看着这幅画，我仿佛看见一个原本和和睦睦的家庭一瞬间妻离子散，家破人亡;原本豪华的车站，在一瞬间化为废墟;原本安安祥祥的社会，在一瞬间决裂了。这个小男孩就是其中之一的受害者，只见他的身上血迹斑斑，独自一人哭喊，仿佛在说：“爸爸妈妈，您们在哪?”难道这就是战争带来的好处吗?

战争带来了多少血!战争带来了多少泪!战争带来的只是恐惧和悲伤!我不禁要呼吁：“要和平，不要战争!”

小男孩告诉了我们要和平不要战争!为了不再家破人亡，妻离子散，制止战争!

战争，自从人类开始在地球上生存，战争就随之而来。战争，其实人类的战争就是在毁灭自己。从古至今，世界上每一处都燃起过战争的销烟，为什么我们不能和和气气地共同商讨对策，非要打个你死我活的，而且现代的战争武器——核武器更是强大得可以摧毁地球，所以我们一定要和平解决一切冲突。

现在世界上有一些国家还存有侵略其他国家的想法。就像美、英等国，他们以给伊拉克人民一个自由民主的生活环境为由，以打击恐怖主义为借口，不顾联合国作出的决定，公然向伊拉克大举进攻。

虽然战争结束了，但是到现在，战火并没有就此平息。伊拉克人民拥有着强大的团结精神，他们组织了许多的反美军队，在街头、在空地上与美军进行着激烈的枪战，虽说死伤无数，但他们仍相信真理存在，他们仍相信一定能打倒美国，把美国军队赶出伊拉克，建立起属于自己的真正的国家，而不是傀儡政府。其实现在许多国家都是反对美国的，可是没有办法，他们也只能空为伊拉克人民叹息。因为美国势力太强大了，连英、法等国都要“臣服”于他。作为最讨厌战争，渴望和平的中国人民来说，我们也只能声援伊拉克。

在销烟肆虐的伊拉克，随处可见到慌忙逃窜的人们。每天都有人成为这场战争的牺牲品，特别是那些老弱妇孺，他们更是无依无靠，那情景真是使人悲愤交加，恨不得把那些战争的发起者都抓去枪毙。

一幕幕的电视画面在我们的脑海中闪现着，画面上，一位伊拉克儿童的悲惨的啼哭着，那场面，那情景，让人不由得不产生怜悯之心，悲痛之情;画面上，一个可怜的孩子目光呆滞地站着，眼里充满了对生活的渴望，他的身上只穿着两件破衣裳……想想现在我们所过的幸福的的生活，看看伊拉克儿童的痛苦童年，更加激起了我们热爱和平的渴望!

为什么要有战争?如果没有战争的话，世界将会变成什么样?如果没有战争，世界将会成为快乐的天堂。

从第一次世界大战开始，人类已经犯下了无数不可弥补的过错，造成了许许多多的家破人亡。他们都有罪吗?为什么要让战争夺去他们的生命?这样是不公平的，我们要将反对战争的呼声进行到底，要让世界远离战争的销烟，为世界的永远和平呐喊!

从小到大，我的愿望很多，现在我最希望的是世界和平。

最然现在中国是和平的，但不代表世界是和平的。许多国家现在还存在战争和暴 乱。战争和暴 乱让人痛恨，因为它让清澈的河流被鲜血染红、让蔚蓝的天空被硝烟弥漫、让幸福美满的家庭治理破散、让孩子们到处流浪……这些事的罪魁祸首都是那些侵略者贪婪的欲望造成的。如果那些侵略者放弃那些贪婪的欲望这一切的一切将不会再有，天空将恢复蔚蓝、河水将变会清澈……

我多么希望没有战争啊！到那时候美人鱼的歌声将会在季风中飘荡、岸边的橄榄树将会向过往的船只招手所有人都伸出友谊之手、庄稼会结出丰硕的谷物、葡萄会滴下甘醇的美酒……那是多么美好的世界呀！只要那些侵略者放弃贪婪的欲望，世间就不会有战争，就会变成到处充满快乐的乐园！

但愿我的愿望会变成事实。
