In the morning, we got to the hotel where we lived. After breakfast, we began to our travel. First we took the bus to the Sea Park. There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn’t believe my eyes. We also saw the show of dolphins. Then we had lunch in a restaurant. In this trip, we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in Dalian, went shopping and so on.

我毕业以后，正赶上第一轮八十年代，说大点，八十年代新浪潮。新浪潮包括什么呢，板砖录音机的进入，流行歌曲的进入，有了秀水街的摊位，有了摩托车，有了最初的电视剧，有录像带了，那时候更多是录音带，盒带，歌，有了喇叭裤，有了卷发，有了外汇券，然后逐渐开始就有了下海。如果我进入一个国家正式团体，那时候算国家干部，我们上学的时候就有工资了，一开始28，后来变成37元。我毕业以后就差不多有70多块钱工资了，正当我的父母在我做手术之后，为了我能进入国家正式团体，并且按照国家干部的待遇，未来可以走一条安稳分房，领油票的路的时候，整个社会开始不一样了，那个时候也加上演出不多，我开始接触到很多新鲜的事物。

其实就是漂泊吧，到现在还是，这一生根本不是我决定的，我是真心真意认为自己一无是处，所有人非得问我，你是怎么游过来的，能游的都死了。我一度去做那么多事，就是为了在找一件事做，因为这一件事突然间没意义了。那个时候你会跳霹雳舞，会唱流行歌，跟会演话剧那是有天壤之别的，别人会问什么是话剧，我没有看过。然后有了一个新兴的事物让我很如鱼得水，那个确实占据了我生命中很大的一部分，并且我主要的风花雪月记忆也是在那个时候开始的，就是做歌手。

那是一段不能抹去的一个过程，因为这段过程很长。哪都有我们的声音，我们可以在迪斯科里驻唱，我们可以在歌厅里驻唱，也可以在餐厅里驻唱，并且我们的收入真的很好。那个时候工资大概也不过百十来块钱，但是我在一个歌厅驻唱的收入，可以达到每天50到100块钱。拿到现在来说，比如你现在工资是五千块钱，我当时唱一个歌厅就是五万块，我要唱三个歌厅，我可以一个月拿到15万块钱。

别人问我，你觉得你老了吗?我第一次觉得我老了真的不是在现在，是在30岁左右。我从20岁唱到30岁，唱了10年，到30岁的时候，为什么突然间觉得自己老了?这要从身边人的变化说起。30岁的时候，我身边的人都有谁呢，报一下，满文军、韩红，潘劲东、沙宝亮等，还有很多。因为歌手分两类，一类是早期的歌手，一类是后期的唱片歌手，还有一类叫曾经的歌厅歌手、酒吧歌手。

突然开始有一些人参加一些比赛，找到一些公司签约完成包装，一个一个离开了歌厅，我没有，不是不能，是贪恋，因为那些人付出了很多辛劳，有的人卖了房子，从家里拿了钱去做专辑，有的人要费很大的力气来做关系，不管是找唱片公司也好，还是找老师也好，我觉得我很富有，我是一个浪漫的诗人，或者我是一个游走在北京东南城的一个少年，我不屑于这样，我就在歌厅继续唱。突然间发现不仅歌厅唱歌的人少了，歌厅也开始少了，因为出现了新的娱乐形式叫卡拉ok，观摩娱乐变成了自我娱乐。你突然发现1500和3000转眼之间已经不是钱了，并且身边的人开始有结婚和生子的了，而且你发现，现在在跟你一起唱歌的孩子比你几乎小10岁，这一刹那确实有一些惶恐。

那时候有一些逃避的方式，有深圳云南一些其他行业的老板，他们转行做了歌舞厅，请你出去唱，出去一到两年，再回到北京，一下就不行了。而且人到30岁，身体开始胖了，突然间就认知，我老了。那一次认知老的感受，是我到现在为止认知老的感受最深的一次，除那次以外，再也没有过了。我认知到老了以后，给自己的一个信息和决定就是：别再唱歌了，你还在这呆着，就完蛋了。

我还曾经一度把希望寄托在我的专辑上，我做了一盘专辑，自己写的歌，然后在我最不堪的那段时间放在音乐公司去，音乐公司在我最不堪那段时间一直放着那东西，也没有给我发。最后发了，也没有什么反响，生意又不赚钱。

突然间这个时候，人生进入到一个新的节点，就是我结婚了，并且我的孩子快出生了，我没有做生意的本钱，我钱都花掉了，然后两三个熟人呼喊，你可以回来演戏呀。

然后，开始演戏。我后面没有退路了。这种没有退路来源于我的孩子要出生，我经历了那么多过程，我知道钱太难赚了，而且我现在什么都没有，而且我现在进入的这个行业我并不占优势，我30多岁了，我在30岁和33岁34岁之间曾经三年我几乎失业了，没有任何收入，我成了在社会上天天混的混子，有一年我发现我这一年只挣了8000块钱，那8000块钱是我卖给人艺的时候我写的歌词，我不知道我怎么活下来的。我记得最吓人的是，我到33岁的时候我回了一趟家，在家里住了两个月，因为我没钱了，你想一想，多可怕。34岁的时候，孩子出生，没有退路，只有演戏。

那个时候我知道，我从未如此坚定执着永无退缩的不停在战胜他人和自己在这一条路上奔跑厮杀。内心之坚决，力量之强大，导致于我的速度是周边人无法企及的速度，所有跟我一路行走和奔跑的人，最终我都看不见他们的影子。

一路跑下来，直到2013年，突然间有一段时间不停领奖，我才突然意识到，我好像做成了，或者说出名了。在那个过程中根本不抬头，低头就干两件事，第一拍戏，第二养家。这是戏，这是合同，这是钱，这是房子，这是月供，那是车，这是戏，这是合同，这是钱，那是孩子，那是幼儿园。

Failure is the mother of success. Sometimes people have to cope with many mistakes and failures in order to reach the successful finals. I remembered I used to fail on my vocabury test when I was in high school. I had problem to memorize new words which got lloose each day. I almost decided to give up English, but was obliged to one of my neighbour classmates who kept on sending small sheet for me. In the end of the semester, I found I had finished my vocabulary book which became a work force in reading English. I then realized that a new word came and left our brains for several times. Nobody is born as genius for success. Success tends to arrive after a serial of trials and failures.

Of course, success brings confidence and victory. But, life is not always easy and comfortable. There are more difficulties than eases in the real life. It is likely that we have to face some failures ahead. Therefore, those who learn how to deal and endure failures will taste their success eventually.

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can improve their methods.
