Recently， I have read a very interesting book， the Adventures of Tom Sawyer。 And the companion volume is the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn。 This book described an American boy， Tom Sawyer’s fantastic adventure。 The author of this novel is one of my favorite writers， Mark Twain， who was honored as the literary giant and was good at writing satirical novels。 The reason that I enjoy Mark Twain’s composition is that he always brought me into a funny world by using very simple description but perfect writing skills and attractive story structures。 Nevertheless， when I finished reading his words， I would think some deeper and serious things that he wanted to convey to us。 The style of Mark Twain’s composition is humorous but actually very sharp， which exposed the weakness and the hypocrite of human nature and expressed his desiring for a perfect and ideal world。

In a word， I gained much from this fantastic novel， and learned a lot from Tom Sawyer。 And I believe that these harvests will have great effects on my whole life。

The first time I saw the title of the film, the Joy Luck Club, I thought that it would be a film filed with joy, luck and happiness. However, out of my expectation, in the film, I saw many unpleasant thingsconflicts, hardship, disappointment, sorrow, hurt, torture etc. Of course there were some moving parts, and fortunately, it was a happy ending. Anyway, I enjoyed it very much. It made me have a penetrating thinking.

The Joy Luck Club tells about the conflicts between Chinese immigrant mothers and their American-raised daughters and their struggling to understand each other. The film shows us these topics: the misunderstanding of love between the mothers and the daughters, the clash between the generations and cultures, and the struggle for the women to fight for equity. Now I am going to show you my understanding of them, emphasizing on the first topic.

In many cases, we and those we love are easy to hurt each other because of the misunderstanding of love, the conflicts in generations and culture background, or unconsciousness.

Take Jingmei and her mother Suyuan as an example. When Suyuan demands the little Jingmei to play piano, Jingmei shouts to her mother, You can’t make me! Even Jingmei cried that she wish she isn’t Suyuan’s daughter and Suyuan isn’t her mother, and that she wishes she were the dead like the babies Suyuan abandoned in China. The sad expression on Suyuan’s face indicates that she is hurt deeply by her daughter’s innocent words.

This reminds me of my similar experience. Once I hurt my mother as Jingmei did. I didn’t mean to hurt her, but those wounding words just slip out of my mouth unconsciously. Often, we hate that why our parents don’t know my feelings, why they like to make us be something and totally unaware that what their children are. While the parents don’t know why all their sacrifices to the children can’t be paid off, even incite hatred. Actually, this is the generation gap that causes the misunderstanding. We don’t know the hardship our parents underwent before. They can’t understand what we are thinking. So misunderstandings appear.

Maybe as a child, Jingmei cannot comprehend what her remarks mean to Suyuan, and just want to show her grudge. But another main reason is the different backgrounds of Suyuan and Jingmei bare. Chinese parents always like to put all their hopes on the next generation for they are the generation full with hardship and pain. All they do just want the children to be better, but they ignore that whether their children can accept or not, not along a child born in America, influenced by the American’s individual freedom and knowing little about Chinese culture. The generation gap and culture conflict cause the misunderstanding of the mother and the daughter.

The other example is Waverly and her mother Lindo. Waverly tries her best to please Lindo in everything. Whether her mother approves or not becomes the master of all her choice. Even Waverly marries a Chinese man because Lindo likes Chinese, while she doesn’t love. Waverly doesn’t understand why Lindo disapprove or criticize whatever she has done. On the other side, Lindo thinks that her daughter is ashamed of her, which is her continual internal injury after Waverly’s winning that chess contest, when Waverly shouted to Lindo if Lindo wanted to show off, won the chest by herself. Every time, Lindo’s disagreement with or indifference to Waverly directly results from the thought that Waverly feels it shameful to be her daughter. Both of them deeply love each other, but in the meantime, they hostile and hurt one another. This is the way them get along with each other. Fortunately, they clear up their misunderstandings and discover themselves by communicating.

I am deeply moved by this scene:

Waverly Jong says to Lindo, sobbing,, You don"t know, you don"t know the power you have over me. One word from you, one look, and I"m four years old again, crying myself to sleep, because nothing I do can ever, ever please you. And after a short period of silence, Lindo smiles to Waverly with tears in her eyes, Now, you make me happy. Then they laugh heartily, teary-eyed with happiness.

Seeing the old Lindo bursts out laughing, like a child, and Waverly laughs joyfully, I sincerely feel delighted for them. Love needs communicating, understanding, and tolerance, which is what I learn from them.

Along with above mentioned, the struggle for the women to fight for equity is also brought to the surface. For instance, Ying-ying encourages her daughter Lena to escape an unhappy marriage, not repeating the same mistakes she made in her first marriage. And An-mei tells her daughter Rose to learn to shout at the unfair fate, and express her own will because Rose has lost herself in her marriage. These two cases reveal that the women begin to release themselves from the restrains of being oppressed by the men and the old-fashioned thoughts as well as some Chinese traditional characters. Eventually, the women find their true value and win their own happiness.

View from the whole film, the title, the Joy Luck Club may just be the old generation’s hope of better life for the next generation. On the whole, this is a movie made specifically for women. It is worth our appreciation.

读书，其实强调的是一个漫长的求知过程。王国维说得很好，读书分为三个境界："昨夜西风凋碧树，独上西楼，望尽天涯路"这是立志。"衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴"这是奋斗。"众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处"这才是最后的成功.而儒林中的那些一心只为功名者，第一步——立志，就走错了。在我看来，读书就是人在不断汲取精神食粮的过程.其中最关键的在于吸收，然后再转化为自身的力量.这与一日三餐的功效是一致的：吃饭，吸收营养，再促进自身生长。只可惜，儒林中的某些学子们只注重"食"，即数十年如一日地读书，却忽视了吸收.读书对他们来说，只是一个敲开荣华富贵之门的工具。一旦达到目的，这个工具也就毫无价值了。这些人，即使读一辈子书，也不会有半点知识吸收转化成自身力量。这些书，除了造成他们的"营养不良"，别无他用。

当然，"世人皆醉我独醒，举世浑浊我独清"的人在儒林中也不是没有。王冕就是其中的一个。他从小就因为家境贫寒而为邻人放牛。在牛背上，他仍旧博览群书，更自学成为了画没骨花卉的名笔。此后，下到平民百姓，上到知县财主都来索画.但王冕性情不同，不求官爵.朝廷行文到浙江政司，要征聘王冕出来做官，他却隐居在会稽山.后人提到王冕时，常常称其为王参军。但王冕何曾做过一日官 能在功名面前，心如止水，不为所动，也只有王冕这些儒林中的凤毛鳞角了。

几百年后的今天，捧起《儒林外史》细细品读.时而为当时士人名流的庸俗可笑而叹息，时而又为贪官污吏的卑鄙丑恶而愤怒.吴敬梓以其幽默诙谐的语言，把封建社会科举制度的腐朽黑暗面刻画的入木三分。难怪后人有"慎勿读《儒林外史》，读竟乃觉日用酬酢之间，无往而非《儒林外史》"之叹。

今天我终于读完了四大名著之一水浒传，作者施耐庵描写了宋代以宋江为首的农民起义，发展和失败的全过程，揭露了封建社会的黑暗和腐朽，以及统治阶级的罪恶。

如果让我谈谈这梁山聚义的一百单八将，我不先说宋江和小旋风柴进的仗义疏财，也不先说武松漂亮的醉拳，我一定先说鲁智深，因为我在水浒人物中我最钦佩他!

他慷慨大方，重义轻财。比如他请史进，赠金老。一听说金老父女的苦情，把自己身边带来的五两银子全放在桌上，还向史进、李忠借钱来帮助金老父女逃生。当李忠不爽利只摸出来二两银子时，鲁智深便将这银子丢还了他。

他性急如火，又心细如丝。如他听到金老父女哭诉之后，忍不住怒火，马上就要去打死郑屠。但他救助金老父女脱身的安排，又是非常周到的。在酒楼听到隔壁哭声，便把碟儿盏儿都丢在楼板上。从这也反映出他焦急、暴躁的缺点，

他勇而有谋，胆大心细。他救金父女，不顾风险;戏耍郑屠，不畏强暴;出逃避祸，颇有机智。这些都写得很生动。鲁智深粗中带细，与李逵的鲁莽是不同的。

在我们现代也需要像他这样敢于拔刀相助又知法动发的人。

水浒传不仅丰满地塑造了高俅、西门庆、镇关西所代表的恶势力形象，也成功的塑造了宋江、林冲、鲁智深等人的形象。

梁山好汉聚集在梁山是因为“官逼民反”，他们其实也想过上平静的生活，他们与朝廷的对抗深刻反映了当时统治阶级的黑暗和腐败。

Firstly, I think its very important for him to learn lessons well. He

should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly,

I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health,

《鲁滨逊漂流记》主要讲了鲁滨逊在前往南美洲的时候，突然刮来了一阵海风。船翻了，同伴们都死在海里，只有鲁滨逊侥幸活着，流落到一座荒岛上，他靠着自己的聪明才智，没有死在这座荒岛上，一直在这座荒岛上生活了二十八年。直到有一天，一艘英国船来到了这座荒岛上。没想到的是，这条船上发生了叛乱，水手们绑架了船长。不过在鲁滨逊的帮助下，最后船长夺回了船只，并且答应鲁滨逊带他回英国去······

读完了这本书，我思绪万千。我想到如果我是鲁滨逊的话，一定会饿死在这座荒岛上，哪能等到船长的解救呢？如果我是鲁滨逊的话······原来鲁滨逊的身上还有许多我需要学习的地方。

同时，这也使我联想到了自己。我记得有一天，我一个人在家，家里没人，我便只想着玩，一点儿也不顾写作业，直到爸爸妈妈回来，问我作业写了多少，可我什么也没有写呢！最后迎来的只有一阵痛骂和哭泣。读完了这本书，使我想到：“如果我哪一天也流落在荒岛上，肯定没有鲁滨逊做得好，至少在这一点上······”同时我也想到：“如果鲁滨逊也像我一样，没有自主自律的话，应该也无法生存下去吧！”

《昆虫记》是法国学者亨利法布尔所写。它不同于百科全书，它散发着浓郁的文学气息。

在《昆虫记》中，法布尔用生动趣味的描述着重介绍了各种昆虫的生活习性，此书融合了科学与文学，堪称一部出色的作品。

刚开始读这本书的时候是在四年级，那时我还不太看得懂，因为里面有很多新的名词，但后来我是越看越有兴致。现在，有时候我还会再翻一翻书中以前看过的内容，反复地去“咀嚼”、“消化”。从《昆虫记》中我了解到了许多昆虫的新知识。比如：在《蝉的歌声》这一篇里，蝉仅靠肌肉的收缩就能让音钹振动，从而能够“歌唱”。原来我一直以为唱歌是要靠嘴巴的，没想到蝉的身体里还会有“音钹”，现在才明白动物的身体里也有和我们人类声带相似的发音器。书中所讲的知识还有红蚂蚁的识途、迷宫蛛的卵窝、胡蜂造的六边形蜂房等等。昆虫的生存本领无不让我感到惊叹——这些不起眼的小东西也有着它们顽强的生命啊!不由得让我由衷地感到佩服。我要说：不要伤害生命，哪怕是一只小小的蚂蚁。

在大自然中，虫子随处可见，有在天上飞的，有在地上爬的;有大的、有小的。它们是那样的毫不起眼。但你能够想象吗?为了研究昆虫，法布尔耗尽了他毕生的心血，他完成了长达十卷的《昆虫记》，解开了许多人尚未揭开的昆虫之谜，也纠正了许多人在昆虫学方面的错误观点。我十分佩服《昆虫记》中描写的那些昆虫顽强的生命力，但我更佩服的还是法布尔那执着、不屈不挠的精神，他将自己的一生都奉献给了昆虫的研究。法布尔对于昆虫那种执着的探究精神，足以让任何人都为之感动。

在《昆虫记》译序的末尾，我曾读到这样一句话：“愿您在轻翻本书书页时，能再度唤起孩童时代拨开草叶、寻见昆虫的愉悦心情。”几年前，我和小伙伴一起捉蚂蚁、逮蚂蚱的情景我已渐渐淡忘了，然而我在阅读《昆虫记》时，那美妙的情景却突然变得记忆犹新，好似昨日才发生过一般。《昆虫记》我已许久未读，而如今，当我再次翻开这本不朽之作，它再次的让我体会到，我们应该学习法布尔执着的探究精神，对任何事情都要抱有执着、不懈的态度，要有一不做、二不休的决心。

今天我读了《水浒传》这本书知道了里面讲述了一百零八个梁山好汉，他们从到受到朝廷招见，再到破辽兵，遭到谋害，从此失败的英雄故事。读完这本书，给我脑海里留下了两个字：忠，义。

忠是指好汉们对自己的国家，对自己的亲人，朋友等尽心尽力。宋江在利诱，迫害之下，仍然对自己的祖国忠心耿耿，其中有一个例子：林冲被逼上梁山后，他的妻子对高俅之子的屈辱，宁死不屈，最后上吊自杀，这就是忠。我们这个社会中，相信很多人都做到了忠，但是，但几乎没有人能够做到义。其中这个义字，包括了很多的内容。《水浒传》中一百零八好汉皆为兄弟，他们为朋友赴汤蹈火，两面插刀，就只为了义，他们为人民除暴安良，消灭恶派也为一个义。由此可见，一个义，是先要有忠在会有义，况且要达到义有时要用生命去写。在现实生活中，给人让座，帮老人过马路几乎人人都可以做得到，但救人于危难水火之中不是人人都可以做到的。因为它需要有相当的勇气。义，可以想象为正义。一个具有强烈的正义的人，就是一个高尚品德的人。古往今来有许多英雄好汉，舍生取义，舍己为人。难道是他们不怕死吗?他们为了正义，为了正义他们可以不顾生命，因为他们的正义感清楚地告诉他们，什么是不该做的，什么是得用生命去奋斗的。一个没有正义感的人，是不会理解这些的。因为他的正义感已消失，奋斗的激情已经被摧毁，只是他性格被一些丑恶的东西消化了。我还清楚地记得《水浒传》英雄中有一个黑大汉，他生性鲁莽，性格暴躁，经常为小事与他人发生冲突，甚至搞出过命案。但他却能够路见不平，拔刀相助，这就是义。

一个人，必须要忠义相间，这才能成为一个品德高尚的人。

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationship are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.

As it is known to us all ,LuXun is a famous Chinese writer. He is not only

a writer, thinker, but also the founder of Chinese Literature . He wrote many

classic (经典的)novels and his stories, which are translated many languages, were

made into film,such as The True Story of AH Q and The New Years Sacrifice,which

deeply showed peoples suffering in the old days.

Because of his achievement to Chinese literature, Chairman Mao spoke highly

of him. Besides, some of his works were selected into the text books in high

school and university. I think youll gain a lot from reading his works.

看了《简爱》这部书，使我感受到了主人公简爱的悲惨命运和她那种勇敢追求自己的命运的精神。这部书主要说了主人公简爱重小失去了父母，寄养在舅妈的家里，虽然百般努力，但是仍然难以讨得舅妈的欢喜。后来，她被送到慈善学校，在极其恶劣的条件下刻苦努力坚持学习，慈善学校毕业后，简爱鼓起勇气迎接新的生活，应聘到桑菲尔德的庄园当家庭教师，就在她获得爱情的时候，一桩隐瞒了15年的秘密使婚礼成为泡影，但是简爱并没有为此放弃，而是接着开始新的生活。

看了这部书，我既为主人公的悲惨命运而痛苦，又被她那种不放弃的精神所震撼，简爱告诉我们即使是最平凡的人，也有自己的勇气，爱和尊严。

《简爱》讲的是可怜的女孩简。爱，从小就是个孤儿，被好心的里德舅舅收养。虽然舅舅很爱她，却不幸去世了，让舅妈继续养她。可舅妈对简爱很不好，经常打她、骂她，甚至把她关在舅舅咽气的红房子里、婴儿室里。简爱痛苦的嘶叫声、求救声一浪比一浪高。后来，简爱发誓：不会再叫里德太太一声“舅妈”的。最后，里德太太为了丢弃简。爱，还把她送进了洛伍德学校。8年后，简爱到罗切斯特先生家做家庭教师。后来她经历了种种磨难，终于继承了叔叔的遗产，找到了亲人，与心爱的人举行了婚礼。简爱虽然是一个相貌平常的英国下层妇女，但性格坚强，自尊自爱。想到这里，我觉得自己在简爱面前是多么的渺小：遇到难题就叫爸爸、妈妈帮忙;听到批评的话就不高兴，甚至哭泣……简爱姐姐，您是我学习的榜样，激励我奋勇前进。因为我相信：脚下的路不会一直平坦，人的一生不会一帆风顺，只有勇敢面对困难和挫折，才能克服它，战胜它，最终达到成功的彼岸。

没课的时候，读完了鲁迅先生的《朝花夕拾》，其中有十篇散文，十分的优美。在这组文章中，鲁迅先生追忆了自己年少时的往事，有他对童年生活的回忆，还有对师友的怀念。其中有不少关于少年儿童的往事，让我看到了不一样的童年，也回想起自己童年时的日子。

里面有一篇《从百草园到三味书屋》，这也是初中时收录到语文课本里的一篇文章，所以对这篇文章颇为熟悉，不同年龄读这篇文章，也有着不同的感受。

十四岁时读这篇文章，我看到了鲁迅先生儿时在家中百草园得到的乐趣和在三味书屋读书的乏味生活。

“不必说碧绿的菜畦，光滑的石井栏，高大的皂荚树，紫红的桑葚；也不必说鸣蝉在树叶里长吟，肥胖的黄蜂伏在菜花上，轻捷的叫天子（云雀）忽然从草间直窜向云霄里去了。。。”这是鲁迅先生对百草园的描写，在这里，童年时的鲁迅先生是无忧无虑的，是快乐的。

可这样快乐的时光是短暂的。

文章接下来就是对三味书屋的描写：“没有孔子的牌位，我们便对着那匾和鹿行礼。第一次算是拜孔子，第二次算是拜先生。”这是鲁迅先生对自己第一次去三味书屋的描写，他被迫到三味书屋，百草园也就卖给了别人，这里没有百草园的活泼和乐趣，这里有的是严肃、是认真，让鲁迅先生的心灵也随之改变。

那时候读这篇文章，自己也是感同身受很多。儿时的我，虽然是个女孩子，但也会和弟弟或是邻居家的小伙伴一起去田野里捉蚂蚱、找蛐蛐，跟奶奶一起挖野菜，还会和小伙伴悄悄地到种枣树的人家中摘枣吃，有时被发现，一起被大人们骂也是开心的。那时的我们，会因为吃了别人家的枣而开心，会因为把沙土堆成城堡而兴奋，而渐渐地，我们长大了，到了背起书包上学的年纪，也就是像鲁迅先生那样，不喜欢那样枯燥无味的读书生活，不想去上学，不喜欢上学时老师严肃的样子，就连儿时的同伴也渐渐走远，分散在各地，开始变得陌生，或是失去音信。有人说，越长大越孤单，越长大烦恼越多，长大的我们变得成熟，所以现在十八岁的我再读这篇文章，虽然没有生活在鲁迅先生那时的年代，但也是体会到了心灵的变化。我看到了文章中所揭露的那时儿童广阔的生活趣味与束缚儿童天性的封建书塾教育的尖锐矛盾。

_在世时曾认为，鲁迅先生是“中国的第一等圣人”。若把文坛比作星空，那鲁迅先生的作品一定是其中最闪亮、最耀眼的星。

以上只是略微表达自己一些浅薄的看法和感想，相信以后，我会阅读到更多的鲁迅先生的作品，会更加深刻地理解鲁迅先生，也相信我们新时代的青年们，会更深入地实践鲁迅先生的教诲。

It is known to all that China is a great big old country, which has

profound culture. As a result, the diversity of culture makes this country

charming. There are fifty-six minorities and all of them have different

features. Many foreigners come to China and they are attracted by the diversity.

For example, the scenery is different in areas. We have green and high mountains

and amazing historical relics. What’s more, Chinese food is famous around the

world. The unity of the minorities makes our country become stronger. Every

Chinese knows that we are families and will fight for the country’s future. We

have the responsibility to keep the country peaceful.

When winter comes, the topic of haze will never be ignored. When it comes,

many pictures will be showed. People make fun of these pictures and they

actually laugh at themselves, living with these poison air. Even in the daytime,

people can’t see their faces beyond 10 meters. Many schools choose to stop the

class and let the students stay at home. It is obvious that haze is a great

threat to people’s health. This new type of destruction is the result of

polluted environment. Businessmen chase for the profit and take the cost of

polluting the environment. Now their offspring have to suffer from it. It is

never too late to do something to protect our earth.
