We gain our knowledge about the world and our life from two sources: from experience and from books. These two resources are both important, but which of them is more important?

Knowledge from books forms a very important part of our knowledge structure. In schools and colleges, we learn knowledge which is fundamental to our future career. But in my opinion knowledge from experience is more important, because without knowledge from experience, it is impossible to get a real understanding of knowledge from books, and how to apply this knowledge to real world situations.

星期三上午，学校来了一位消防叔叔给我们讲消防知识。听消防叔叔讲完，我了解到很多。

火的发生有三个要点：可燃物，助燃物和温度。可燃物就是到了一定温度火会燃烧起来；助燃物就是帮助火越燃越大，空气就是助燃物。

灭火方法有很多，我们先来讲电吧！为什么先来讲电呢？因为生活中有很多火灾就是因为电引起的。怎样才能防止电引起火灾呢？不管教室，家里只要不用电了，就要关掉电器(除冰箱)。电热，丝温高会熔化，容易引起火灾。用火点蜡烛，不能放在易燃物旁，否则会引起大火。

火灾发生了，怎么逃生呢？一幢楼发生长火灾，先疏通道，去了解火灾的要点，不要心慌，要在最短的时间内疏散。烟气大的情况下，要用湿手巾捂住口鼻的地方，若什么地方有标志，跟着标志走。还可以选用其它逃生方法。用笔在气球上面写上救命两个字，在绳子上绑重物，在多人的情况下放下来。

二零一一年六月二号的晚上，在学校的组织下开展了心理健康知识讲座。

这次的讲座是由我校的国家二级心理咨询师陈俊老师主持的，他的讲课方式总是别致心意的，他不会像别的老师那样，站在高高的讲台上，给人一种高高在上很难靠近的感觉，而他却不同，与我们坐在一起，会给我们营造一个轻松自在的方式让我们与他去沟通交流，就像朋友那样，不分地位高低，不分岁数大小，让我们在一种自愿的情况下说出我们的心理困惑。而不是要求你必须说出你的心理困惑，只是谁愿意谁就说，不会让你感到有压力。其实在本次讲座的一开始陈俊老师就很细心，他先让同学们自己写一份关于自身的心理问题，然后通过自己的深入了解，根据同学们的实际情况，认真的做好本次讲座的内容。

对于这次讲座的资料收集，而我却采取了敷衍的态度，按着老师的要求，像一种走程序的方式一样写了一些关于我自身心理存在的问题，想不到在讲座的那天，老师却很认真的把我的心理问题做了整理给同学们念了一遍，并且还夸奖了这篇心理总结写的很全面，写得很认真。还有个细节我要提一下，老师在念得过程中有点咬字，同学们就说是不是字写的不好啊？老师却说字写得很好，是自己眼睛不好，其实我心里很清楚，我当时写这篇总结的时候是抱着敷衍的态度写的，字句写得不是那么顺，还有字有点潦草，但是老师却没有说出来，却还把问题放在了自己的身上，从这一点上，可以体会到老师是多么的别有用心，他不会通过问题直接的批评你，而是会让你自己从中去体会你自己做的不好，从内心上去接受他的“夸奖”。

老师的这次讲座是从三个大点去讲的：第一是立身之本。立身之本就是行孝（百善孝为先，百孝顺为先，百顺心为先）。首先老师给我们提了两个问题，一是：你觉得你的亲人有哪些？你认为最亲的人是谁？二是：你和你父母的联系方式是用什么工具？你一般与他们多久联系一次？联系的目的是什么？

通过这些问题，其实老师就是想了解我们究竟有没有孝心，父母在我们心目中的位置到底有多高，而我自己给我的答案是我把父母排在了亲情、友情、爱情的第三位。老师还给我们讲了一个故事，故事的内容是一个老人有三个女儿，大女儿每次回来总是会给父母买很多好吃的，老人的态度却是我们老了，牙齿掉了，吃不了那么多，别浪费钱了。二女儿呢？一回来就邀自己的父母去旅行，老人的态度却是我们老了，走不动了，不想给你添麻烦。而三女儿呢？却不同，每次回来就会要自己的母亲做自己最喜欢吃的东西，而老人的态度却是很开心。通过这个故事可以告诉我们一些道理其实父母最不愿做的就是给儿女添麻烦，最愿做的就是觉得自己还能为儿女做些事。第二是发展的关键。良好的人际关系是发展的关键。老师告诉我们在人际交往中要懂得包容，化敌为友。第三是发展的基础。老师说发展的基础是不断成长，人要活到老学到老。讲座的最后老师送给了我们一句话：“用心做人，用心读书，用心做事。”

通过这次的讲座，我从中体会到了很多，也收获了很多，让我明白了怎样去做人!

每当看到小孩子玩火时，我就想到三年级的一次“消防知识讲座”。

当天上午，天气非常炎热，广播里传来集合号，号声把全校师生都集合到操场上，台上坐着几位消防叔叔。校长向台下的老师和同学们一一介绍这几位消防叔叔，并且请他们作消防知识讲座。

讲座开始了，消防队的叔叔们讲着近年来的火灾情况：“近年来，火灾灾害非常多，光是一年全国就发生几千次，死了很多人。所以请同学们要记住，不能随便开煤气罐、乱玩火……。”

接着，消防队员们拿来一个煤气罐做演示，他们用打火机点燃了煤气。霎时，一团熊熊烈火冲天而起。看着这团烈火，我仿佛看到我小时候玩火的事。那时我和几个朋友去树林里玩，玩着玩着，不知谁提议我们来烧火吧。于是大家就找来干木柴烧起火来，当我们玩累了转回家走到不远时，忘记灭的火堆突然燃起了大火。正好被一位在附近放牛的老爷爷发现了，急忙赶来赴灭，并训了我们一顿。要是没有这位老爷爷发现，后果就不堪设想……。

“啪、啪”的掌声把我惊醒，回过神来，继续看着这次演习。只见消防队员们拿着灭火器里喷出灭火沫，灭火沫像一道白龙射向大火，火灭了。

然后，消防队员们又搭起演示蓬，让一些同学去试一试逃生的演习，我班的同学也去了。当小明回来时，他说：“进去的时候都要用手捂住鼻子，还要弯着身子，要不然就会被呛着，并且按指示牌出来。”

听了这次讲座和观看演习后，我对消防知识有一些认识，那一天的讲座我永远不会忘记。

今天，妈妈告诉我，我九点钟要去老年活动室门前的草坪上学习急救知识。

我骑着小黄车来到老年活动室的草坪上，有个阿姨在草坪上整理一些工具，我就上前去问她：“阿姨，这里待会儿是不是有活动？”阿姨说：“是的，我是来教你们的。对了，你报名了吗？”“报了，叫瑶瑶。”“哦，你是第十二个报名的。”

过了大概十分钟，报名的人都陆陆续续地来到草坪上了，阿姨给我们每人发了一个急救包，里面有十样东西。阿姨给我们现场演示了如果发现有人倒下了，该怎么做，还让我们一个一个上去做。

到我的时候，我的心扑通扑通的跳到了嗓子眼上了，汗水又止不住地往下流。我深呼一口气，按照刚才阿姨教我们的步骤一步一步做。首先，把倒下的“假人”的头扶起，如果它的嘴里有东西，先将东西拿出来，再把头扶正，拍打它的肩膀并大声喊叫它。然后用两指把下巴的骨头往上弄，打开气道。再然后两手交差，在胸口上以“1001，1002，1003”的频率按压30次，再用口覆膜包住它的嘴，对它做人工呼吸，吹两次气，每次大于1秒，当看到它的胸口起伏后，才算完成急救任务。当阿姨说“恭喜你救活了”的话后，我才放松下来。

后来，阿姨又带我们去看了救小孩和婴儿的视频，连续看了两三遍，大家都觉得这个非常重要。

这次的体验让我学到了很多常识，但我希望永远都不要有用到的那一天！

俗话说：救人一命胜造七级浮屠。那么在救人的黄金时间里我们应该怎么做呢?带着这个问题我们开始了今天的急救培训。

培训课上林老师首先为我们展示了一些图片并播放了一些灾难视频，看着图片和视频里人们痛苦的表情和亲朋好友悲伤的泪水，我深刻的意识到了救助他人的重要性，同时也了解了急救的必要性。接下来林老师为我们讲解了心肺复苏术的原理和在具体操作中的注意事项，还精炼的提出了“安叫叫CAB”的口诀，对我们的记忆和理解起了很大的帮助。随后我们来到假人面前，按照刚刚学习到的知识进行了实际的操作。练习的同学们聚精会神，争分夺秒，仿佛来到了急救的现场;观看学习的同学们则目不转睛的看，心理默默地记。相信这样的实操能对大家的学习起到很好的作用，在需要我们的时候能拿得出、救得活。

下午的课程则是四个要点：止血、包扎、固定、搬运。四个要点循序渐进，相辅相成。陈老师也如同上午的课程一样，从活生生的例子来说明这四个要点的必要性和重要性。接下来讲解了四个步骤的原理和注意事项。同学们则分组进行了练习，你来我往，大家也练习的非常认真。但是骡子是马拉出来遛遛，再完成今天的学习后我们还进行了一次急救考试。考试分为两个部分进行，首先是心肺复苏术的考核，然后是包扎的考核。考试虽然严格，但是所有的同学都顺利过关，为今天的培训画上了完美的句号。

通过今天的学习培训，我们深刻意识到了急救知识的重要性和必要性，同时也掌握了必要的急救技能。当然我们希望在以后的生活工作中永远不要用到这些技能，但在危难来临时我们也能应对自如，这就是今天学习的意义吧。

爸爸平时给我讲了很多关于安全的知识，我也略知道一些有关地震、游泳、火灾、交通等方面安全防范措施。比如在发生地震时，我们要躲在桌子底下或狭小空间的墙角处。游泳时要做到四不要，当其他小朋友溺水时，要呼喊大人救护或拨打110报警。遇到火灾时要及时发求救信号，再用湿毛巾捂住嘴巴和鼻子，尽量贴近地面逃离火灾现场。我们在放学上学的路上要遵守交通规则，过马路时要走人行横道，不在马路上追逐嬉戏。在上下楼梯时不要拥挤打闹等。

来到了餐厅前的空地，那里堆积了一些木头还有一些报纸。一位老师把报纸点燃，再在木头上浇上了半瓶汽油，把点燃的报纸放到了浇油的木头上，老师见火少的太慢了，又把剩下的半瓶汽油倒到正在燃烧的木头上，突然“呼”的一下，火更大了，让烧的火焰就像一只想腾飞的卧龙。我突然也觉到了一阵热，真是气势汹汹啊！我们女生不由的发出感叹声音。老师叫班长刘明烁去消灭这气势汹汹的火龙，班长刘明烁按照老师说的顺序把白色粉灭火器打开，然后摁着把子，“呼”的一声，白色粉就像正义的勇士一样，向气势汹汹的火龙冲去。火龙虽然被白色粉正义勇士消耗的精疲力竭，但是自己的火苗还是坚持不懈的燃烧着，刘明烁都把一瓶的白色粉灭火器用光了，可是火龙一样在燃烧着。老师又让我们班的两个女上上去消灭火龙，两个女生齐心协力，经过两个女生的不懈努力，终于把火龙给消灭了，火龙奄奄一息，最后还是“嗅”的一下灭了。

“啊——！”我们女生发出阵阵感叹声，我们女生男生议论纷纷，我跟王涵昱、车安怡说：“刚才的火真是太壮观了！真 漂亮啊！”

今天下午的第三节课真是太有趣了，占了数学课，我也不觉得亏了！

没有比生命更宝贵的财富、没有比安全更长久的幸福 昨天下午公司邀请到银川市政安消防知识科教站的罗旋教官来我公司进行消防知识讲座。听完讲座后，我意识到自己以前对消防安全知识的认识是显得那么匮乏和无知。虽然我们平时对一些基本的火灾安全也有一些防范意识，但认真听完罗教官的讲述，一段段因麻痹大意或无知造成的揪心的触目惊心的残酷案例视频，一组组因火灾事故造成的巨大财产损失和无数伤亡换来的天文数据。在场所有听课的人都被深深震撼，大家才意识原来危险离我们是如此之近，也才意识到我们对消防安全方面的知识是如此的无知。我想无须举例曾经发生过的火灾是如何可怕，造成的灾难和对亲人的伤痛是如何巨大，每天我们通过媒体耳闻目睹的灾难已经够让我们揪心和恐惧了，为何不能给我们警醒和提示呢，或许天灾我们无法躲避，但人祸我们为什么不能主动去防呢。因此我也有了许多感想：单凭偶尔组织有限的人员听课是不够的，这需要我们每个人的认识和支持，从每一个个体做起，相信灾害会降到最小，就像罗教官讲到的“一人防火不叫防，众人防火稳如山”。随后罗教官还结合实物向我们仔细讲解火灾发生后如何正确使用灭火器材和逃生自救器物，这时大家又恍然，原来我们身边的许多东西在遇到火灾时还能这么用，关键时候能救自己甚至是家人的生命。

火灾是残酷的，但它又是可以预防的，只要我们在思想上高度认识，在行动上落到实处，就可以有效的预防火灾。在做好防火工作的同时，还要加强普及火灾扑救、自救知识的学习，就能够在发生火灾的第一

时间有效的予以扑灭或逃生，最大限度的减少火灾造成人身伤亡和财产损失。

Generally, knowledge gained from books is theoretical, that gained from experience is practical. It is difficult to answer which is more important to we people. It depends on the phases and events of our learning.

Knowledge learned from books is (instructive教育性的,) which perhaps cannot learn directly from experience. We often hear thunders and see lightning in the sky, and we can easily find that lightning will be seen sooner than sound will be heard. According to our experience alone, we cannot tell why it had happened. But when we learn some physics in textbooks, we will find the answer clearly that because light travels faster than sound does, it takes less time for light to travel the same distance than for sound. Therefore, book knowledge can inform us some useful theories that can give us general ideas and help us understand the real phenomenon better.

In turn, practice knowledge check out the theories gained from books. There is an old Chinese saying that practice is the only criterion of inspecting the truth. So not all knowledge from books is credible, even false. When Aristotle wrote in his transcripts that the earth is the center of our planets, no one doubts this for centuries. However, when Galileo read about it, he did not suspect it at first, but when he made some observation and research, he found it is not the truth. Then comes the new theory—Sun center theory.

今天下午，我们全班去一楼阶梯教室听急救讲座。我认为这是十分有意义的。不仅增长了知识还获得了非凡的意义。我们6个班整齐有序的进来，安静的坐下。上面的红十字会的讲师挥舞着手，铿锵有力并富有激情的演讲道：同学们，当你们看到一个人倒在地上时，你会怎么做？当你们看到一个人心跳骤停时，你又会怎么做？

首先，当一个人肌肉痉挛时，由于肌肉会紧绷，我们应该把脚朝上，进行按压，不要使其弯曲。因为肌肉痉挛是由于身体大量流失电解质造成的，所以要适当补充淡盐水。当一位同学打篮球扭伤时，千万不能贸然进行按摩不然会使出血更加严重进而造成二次伤害。我们应该先披上一层毛巾，再敷上冰块10分钟。24小时内可以重复使用。当情况好转后，可以使用热敷，加快愈合。

其次，当一个人骨折时，由于骨折会造成内出血，严重时会造成失血性休克。所以当人们在有能力的情况下应立即自救，我们可以使用毛巾，皮带，甚至，衣服来做暂时的固定。我们首先应把手慢慢托起弯曲至胸前，切不可为求快而快速托起。然后用毛巾的中间部分保住，两端系在脖子上进行固定。

当一个人心跳骤停后，应立即拍拍病人的两肩并向他的耳朵两侧大声呼喊。当发现病人失去心跳和意识，呼吸后应立即解除衣物并摁住病人的下巴向上托。如果情况不允许可以使用丝袜来充当呼吸膜进行人工呼吸。双手交叉，左掌心在前，放在病人的心脏位置，向下8cm左右，每分钟100至120次。每做30次按压就要进行两次人工呼吸。进行5个来回直至病人恢复自主呼吸。我认为今天的急救讲座是十分有意义的。即使我们并不希望遇上这种情况。但一旦我们遇上了，我们肯定会用行动来证明自己力所能及的事。
