Recently, I was so shocked by the news that a young boy died of violence

after his parents sent him to a private school. The slogan of the private school

was to help parents correct kids bad behaviors. A lot of parents choose to send

their kids here after they giving up educating their kids. The public blamed the

parents for not educating their children in the right way. There is no doubt

that the root of kids problems come from family. Many parents always force the

One Sunday morning , my mother and I are in a fruit shop . I like fruit

kilos of pears for me . And my father likes bananas , so my mother buys two

Today many college students have their own hobbies. For example, some of

nature were vehemently contended among prominent philosophers. Mencius believed

human nature is good, and people are naturally inclined toward virtue. While,

Xunzi deemed human are basically evil who need to be changed by man-made.

As it is widely known, human nature is that indestructible matrix upon

which the character is built. Accordingly, to a large extent, the basic nature

of human beings cannot be changed. On the other hand, each of us is naturally

endowed with diverse both qualities and personalities, which makes us unfold an

apparently distinct character. Then, it is hard for one to change his nature

fundamentally. Regardless of whether nature is innate or habitus acquired, they

were both a consistently developing courses that cannot be easily changed in a

short time. Last but not the least, external influencing factors, like

religious, education and even social institutions can merely direct our nature

on account of the most limited control. Thus, it is only the surface that is

capable of alteration, improvement and refinement.

In a word, the basic nature of human beings does not and cannot change and

also no one can fundamentally change his nature in the short time. But people

can make it perfect.

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to

a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful

business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history

such as Abraham Lincoln andGeorge Washington set us good examples of being

honest, they are great because they are honest.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is

becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat

on taxes; last but not the least, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some

defective goods and fake products.

It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective

measures to restore it.

For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, strict rules and

I did very bad in the mid-term exams two weeks ago. After that, my life

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself.
