一、指导思想

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating mooncakes. One Tang Dynasty myth holds that the Earth once had 10 suns circling it. One day all 10 suns appeared at once，scorching the planet with their heat. It was thanks to a skillful archer named Hou Yi that the Earth was saved. He shot down all but one of the suns. As his reward，the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hou Yi the Elixir of Immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely. Hou Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Er，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zang was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message. When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. Mooncakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the bakery and the type of filling used. Some bakeries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalised ones to friends and family. They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional mooncakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health. Mooncakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. in anywhere if that person has a mobile phone, too. In other words, people have

to write letter in paper and then wait for a long time to make the letter

arrived the destination in the old days, but now people can write message on

cell phone and then send it to the person they want in a second or just dial

that person’s mobile phone number and then they can talk with each other in a

few second. Secondly, mobile phone can act as a safe guarantee. When people face

dangerous, they can use cell phone to dial 110 to report to the police or ask

for help from friends nearby. And when people worry about another man, they can

Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year,is the most important

holiday in China.From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy

their home,this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the

dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes.

There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry

so I see situation on the picture. Having read this, my eyes become wet. When we

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

Teacher is a great job in most students’ eyes. When they are asked what they want to be in the future, most will say they want to be a teacher and make a contribution to the society. There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

selected everyday from each of basic four. They are the four groups of food

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

group, and bread- cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the

nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils,

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

will have a balanced diet.

All our life, we will meet all kinds of difficulties, we have to face them

and fix them, that is what our parents tell us. Indeed, life is a journey, we

will meet different people and confront with distress, most people feel uneasy

when fail comes, they think there is no hope in life. Well, we are always told

that life is still going on even though we face difficulty. Why don’t we smile

with life, since we there is no way to avoid frustration, the only way we can do

is to embrace what life brings for us, no matter what happens, just smile,

everything will be alright.
