父母是一把伞，一把在狂风暴雨中为我撑起的伞;父母是一颗树，一棵在炎热的夏日中为我们遮阳的树;父母是一个月亮，一个在黑暗中为我们照明的月亮……我之所以能生活在这美好、精彩的世界里，是因为我的父母养育了我。如果没有父母就没有我们，虽然我的父母相貌并不出众，但是他们对我的关心、爱护却并不是三言两语就能说清楚的。

记得，那次深夜，我睡在床上动过来动过去的，不小心就掉在地上了，我哭了起来，您听见了，马上“火烧眉毛”地把我扶起来，摸了摸我的额头，很烫，妈妈您急得如热锅上的蚂蚁，爸爸又不在家，您一个人在家又是照顾我，又是照顾弟弟妹妹的，外面又下着大雨、刮着狂风，您为了让我的烧退下来，还真想了不少的法子，在屋里跑东窜西，一会儿这，一会儿那。那烧在妈妈的“折腾”下，反抗起来，越烧越厉害，就像那沉睡多年的火山，猛然间，毫无预兆的苏醒过来。我很痛苦，想大哭，把痛苦逼出来。但我知道，我痛苦，妈妈的心会如万箭穿心般，比我更痛苦，我哭，妈妈的心也在哭。我终究还是被这恶魔折磨得精疲力尽，慢慢睡着了。醒来的时候，发现满脸疲劳的妈妈趴在床边睡着了，看到妈妈为我操劳的疲惫的睡着了的样子，顿时，眼泪挤满了眼眶，我哽了一下喉咙，使劲吸了吸鼻子，止住了眼泪。我想让妈妈多休息会儿，为了不吵醒她，我拿着一件衣服小心翼翼地轻轻地盖在她身上。“都是我不好，要是我不发烧，妈妈也不会那么累了。”说着说着，眼泪又在不知不觉间挤满了眼眶。

您的爱和关心，是一条缓缓流淌的小溪，而我，就是小溪里一条无忧无虑的、快乐成长的小鱼。

无数感激的言语，在您们面前都显得苍白无力。太多太多的感激，说不完，道不尽，您们永远都是我的引导者，永远在我身边关心、爱护我。

父母对我们的爱是无微不至的，他们的爱时时发展伴随着社会我们。现在，我们必须要用自己感恩的心来回报没有父母。

父母从小就养育我们，有多少爱倾注到我们身上啊!!我们不应该感激他们吗?也许有些人认为这没什么大不了的，如果理解是错误的。总之，我觉得父母的爱不能用语言来表达。还有一些烦人的“唠叨”，这也包含了我们父母深深的爱。母亲说：“路上要小心!”慢点!“都体现了父母对我们无限的关怀。有一次，我妈妈告诉我，每当我骑自行车上学时，我的心都在喉咙里。可见家长们都那么关心我们啊!!

白天年迈的父母，一天，当我们被一天天的长大。虽然我们不能“冬季温暖，夏季是酰基上午省，昏则定”。家长应至少“父母呼，行不缓，父母命，行不懒，父母教，必须听从父母的责任，须顺承。必要时，反将面对的问题。”我们必须学会理智，明白天下父母心!我们应该做一些小事情为父母，哪怕是洗碗，拖，擦桌子，为父母倒一杯水.....做父母的陪伴。什么是我们的孝心。

父母是我们的家长，是我们的伙伴，也是需要照顾到了我们和养育一个我们国家的人。我们教师应该非常感谢他们父母对我们的照顾和养育之恩。自己做错了，父母有时会进行严厉的责备。看是考砸了，父母会批评，甚至可以打骂!不要学生认为通过自己的父母是怎样的不好，那是恨铁不成钢啊!我们一定不要错怪这世上最疼爱我们生活的人啊!

现在，让我们学会感恩吧!!怀着一颗感恩的心，人会变得更加高尚，世界也会变得更加美好!!

Dear Sir,

I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to

join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to

say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money.

After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to

any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round

Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come

in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so

I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

Let me know when I can call in for a chat about dates and other details,

etc.
