我们要是再不保护环境，说不准哪一天我们的家乡也会变成那样。想到这儿我马上站起来对爸爸妈妈说：“低碳生活要从我们家做起!”

从那天以后，我们家真的过起了低碳生活。

只要天不黑家里绝对不开灯。出门不是骑电动车就是坐公交。而且我在卫生间里贴了一张白纸写上“请节约用水”几个大字，哎!果然有效，爸爸妈妈再也不浪费水了，他们俩把洗菜水，洗衣服的水都存下来冲马桶，这样做既节约水，还省下了不少水费。

我爸以前扔垃圾都是不管三七二十一装在一个袋子里一同扔掉。可是现在却不同了，他每次都把垃圾分类，不可回收的都扔掉，可回收再利用的都收集起来卖给收废品的，这样卖废品的钱攒起来还可以买菜。

就这样两个月的低碳生活，不仅让我们家人人养成了好习惯，还节省了不少生活开销。妈妈高兴的说：“低碳生活既环保，又省钱，还能让我们健康的生活，我们家一定要把低碳生活进行到底!”

我的校园生活My College Life

From 2005 to 2008, I spent my college life in Hunan First Normal College. Reminding my college life, I think it was of great significance.

从2005到2008，我在湖南第一师范学院度过了我的大学生活。说起我的大学生活，我认为是很有意义的。

When I was in college, I studied very hard. As a major of English, I often practiced my oral English. Every time, I could think in English. After thinking and expressed my thoughts to others in English. Although sometimes I couldnt speak English so freely, other people still appreciated me, because of my confidence.

我在大学的时候，很努力学习。因为是英语专业，我经常联系英语口语。 每一次，我能用英语的方式来思考。在思考之后我会把我的想法用英语表达给其他人。虽然有时我英语说得不是很流利，其他人还是很欣赏我，因为我的信心。

In English class, I was always the first one to open my mouth, so my teachers always praised me for my good pronunciation, and my classmates also admired me for my courage. It seemed as if I were on top of the world.

生活里，各种各样的事情在不断地发生。生老病亡，无时不刻在影响着人们的心情。喜怒哀乐，不时贯穿于人们的感情变化中。每个人对待生活的态度，也因人而异。这将决定着人们面临的每个问题，与解决艰难险阻、克服种种困难有莫大的关系。在一定程度上，在某个方面上，这与个人的性格有关系，与个人的人生观有关系，也与个人的阅历有关系。

生。每个婴儿的诞生都面临着两种情况，伴随着两种态度。顺产的，婴儿健康的，家人无不快乐加兴奋。从此，家里多了一个人，一个有血缘关系的人。家人从内心中涌动着一种暖流，亲切的，慈爱的，吉祥的，幸福的感觉在内心流遍。可谓通体舒泰，浑身舒畅。喜降幼儿，这是一种高兴的难得的体验。尤其在当今社会中，计划生育的执行，为人父母更加不易。有调控的生育，让婴儿倍加珍贵，让人们对婴儿倍加呵护，倍加珍惜。难产的，婴儿不健康的，家人大皆喜哀并存。欢喜的是，家里增添了一个宝贝。悲哀的是，这影响到母子平安，牵涉到婴儿的身体问题。家人可谓无奈又牵肠挂肚。乐观的人，也许将有较良好的心态，相信科学，相信医生会战胜疾病。悲观的人则会肝肠寸断，伤心难过，痛苦，痛悲，痛心，整日唉声叹气，愁眉不展。最后，不管结果如何，为了生存，为了生活，只得适应一切，只得适应现实。

老。每个人基本是从幼小的婴儿长至无忧无虑的儿童，经历过无价的青春岁月，体验过精力充沛的青年滋味，也品尝过壮年的成熟与事业有成，直至年老。一方面，儿孙满堂，满足感与喜悦感溢满心间。“最美不过夕阳红，温馨又从容”。另一方面，年老体衰，有一种临近死亡的绝望感。不久，可能会因岁月的无情，生命走进尽头。有些人抱着“做一天和尚撞一天钟”，得过且过，过一天算一天。反正每个人都有这么一天，所以，尽管弯弓驼背，两鬓霜白，尽管皱纹满脸，思维缓慢，时光在身上刻下了痕迹。他们抱着心情放松的态度，勇而无惧，坚强向前。当然，对待年老的问题，也有人悲观失望，长吁短叹，感觉生命即将走到尽头，是一种悲观的心态。

病。所谓“世上没有绝对健康的人”，身体健康和心理无病不可能占据一生。疾病，可以说，每个人都有过。无大病也有小病，大至手术，甚至大手术，甚至威胁生命危险的手术;小病，小至近视，只需配戴眼镜就可以了;还可能发烧、感冒流鼻涕，只需吃药打针就行了。而有些病人不得不与疾病进行着长久的斗争。在战斗中，有的人心态良好，还能乐观满怀，有利于战胜病魔。而有的人伤心失望，聚郁添疾，可能小病也会酿成大病。即使经过医生的详加宽慰，经过心理咨询师的百般解释，他也无法释怀。于是，“内忧外患”，不利于疾病的治愈。显然，后者的这种态度应该调整心态，应该尽量改正并改进，以较宽心的态度面对疾病，面对“夕阳无限好”。

亡。是人生最悲哀之事之一。与亲人死别，告别自己最挚爱的儿媳，告别自己心爱的孙子，告别长期相伴的伴侣。人生凄凉的事情莫过于老而无儿女，无孙子，孤单寂寞，无人送终。有些人想想一生以来，即是真正的离开人间，即使已是“只是近黄昏”，也曾青春亮丽，也曾光芒万丈，也曾在时光中让梦想的鲜花绽放过，也曾无悔无憾，也曾潇潇洒洒走一回，也曾真心真意过一生。于是，人生最大的难关，也许会在宽心中结束丰富多彩的一生。死而无憾，走而无悔!

当然，除生老病亡之外，人生还有许多坎坎坷坷，许许多多磕磕碰碰。许许多多路要走完，要长征，伴随着平平淡淡过一生，也可能轰轰烈烈走一趟。不论遇到生么样的难关，不论遇到什么样的阻挡，若能以积极而主动的态度，若能以乐观踊跃的心态对待，人生中，自然能够承受大的压力，以胆大心细的心境去面临，则将抱着强烈的欲望征服人生，征服生活，战胜自己。
