Several decades later, these Indian emigrants still keep in bond with their motherland, and improve the image of Indians, thus lift the status of India in the world. So I expect Chinese emigrants will also contribute to China’s success in a different but profound way.

Migration tide this time indicates that China, who is on the way of great economy increase, still has more flaws to be perfected, when compared with some developed countries. But we needn’t worry too much. Maybe it’s not a bad thing when looking back several decades later.

I had a great time during my winter vacation. The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in time. And during my winter vacation， we welcome the most important festival in China-Spring Festival， it‘s also called Chinese New Year by lots of foreigners. At that night， our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we had dumplings that night， because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful fireworks. That‘s the happiest time in this world! The winter vacation I had dreamed all year around was finally coming. And I really enjoyed a lot from it. The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in time. I also arranged myself the books and words I need to read and recite. Secondly， I took some extracurricular activities and read some English original reading. My favorite book is ， written by Sherlock Holmes. Among all the classical movies， the Sound of Music was the most exciting one. During my holidays I also made some assistance for my physical class teacher， surely I met lots of difficulties in this stage and from which I knew what perseverance really was. Lastly， I went to the temple fair and was lucky to taste several Chinese traditional dishes; “Jiaohua chicken” is one of them. It is said it originated from Hangzhou centuries ago， made by a famous beggar Hong Qi Gong， the senior leader of Beggar Gang.Steamed with fresh lotus leaf wrapped up，it is famous for its special aroma and taste. Now that the holiday is ending and a new semester is coming， I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming challenges.

看来不可思议的事情却在王燕燕的坚持下做到了，她终于生下了自己的孩子，得到了杭州人们的关注和祝福。这样的坚持一定不值得我们效仿，但一定值得我们骄傲和感动。反过来想，如果她不坚持呢?又会是怎样的结局?

坚持，在当下，是一种生活态度。生活就是这样子，或悲或喜，你都要面对，你都有值得坚持的地方，一旦你的坚持成功了，再回头看看脚下的路，那才是你本来的人生轨迹啊!伴随你一路走来的是你拥有的这份坚持的信念!

多年以后，你再看看那些和你一同跨出校门的同学。有的成了私企老板，有的成了十足的打工仔，有的还没有找准方向，有的继承父辈衣钵……但实现自己当初理想的人少之又少，有与众不同特色产业的人微乎其微!

With the passage of time I have gradually cast off those bad habits I once had always feel embarrassed each time I think of my foolish behavior in 1the past, I owe what I am to all my teachers. Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

n my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.
