This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from before. 我无意在一本书中看到一句话：“这一天总是要去，开心过一天，伤心过一天，哪个划算，自己知道!”我忽然懂得了什么以，不禁一笑。有什么可以阻挡我对生活的热情的态度呢?快乐一点一点地驻入我的生活。

我开始改变对生活的被动，有一天，我和小A吵架了，按以前，我早已一个人生闷气了，但我脑海中闪哪句话，努力改变对生活的态度，过了会儿，我又露出了小时候的招牌微笑，同学们很吃惊，一个同学问我，我说：“何必自己气自己呢?已经成为了现实，不能改变，只有想办法挽回。生气是没有用的!对生活的态度决定一切!那位同学颇有震动，又若有所思，后来，在我的微笑下，我和小A和好了。

我尝到了改变以往的态度，抱以快乐阳光的生活态度生活的甜头。

小学快毕业了，学校出作文集，写自我介绍的送大家一句话时，我可犯了难，怎么写呢?我急着在老师办公室里转圈圈。同学开导我，“你一个活神仙，一天到晚嘻嘻哈哈的，这足够显示你“乐天派”的性格了!是啊，从四年级开始，我就不怕烦恼，也可以消灭烦恼，这不就是我的特点吗?我坐下在电脑里打了一段字：“你不能左右天气，但可以改变对生活的态度与心情，你对生活微笑，那么生活也对你微笑，让我们的心，不再压抑，让它解脱吧。让自由的心灵去飞翔，去迎接明天绚丽的阳光吧!”

是啊，只要改变了对生活的态度，那么自由的心就会解脱，不会再有烦恼。

我好像又回到了以前，无忧无虑，如此快活!其实，只要改变了对生活的态度，以阳光的心态去对待它，便没有什么可以使人烦恼……变得无忧无虑。
