一、城市水环境的基本特点

1、城市用水的特点

生活用水和生产用水是城市用水的主要类型，由于城市人员密集、工业化生产程度高，所以，城市用水需要较高的质量、较大的供水量、稳定的供给，这对城市采水、供水和用水来说有着不同于农村的特点。

2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

在我国北方，城市生活和生产用水大都在简单处理或未经处理就直接排放到环境之中，在日积月累的大量污染的影响下，城市水环境受到了严重破坏，并且这一现象有蔓延和恶化的趋势，造成水环境的脆弱和生态的破坏，影响城市深入地发展。

4、城市地下水环境恶化

1、以人为本，科学发展

2、优先保护饮用水源

合格的安全饮用水源是人民生活的必需品，水环境治理应突出重点，优先保护饮用水源，确保群众饮水安全。

3、强化节能减排、效益原则

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

综上所述，我国的城市河流和湖泊污染情况是非常严重的,城市河流水有不同程度的富营养化问题。目前,在城市河流污染环境下,需要完善城市管线网络,并建设污水处理厂,具体的水污染防治技术措施有:底泥疏浚、人工增加氧气、引水排水水质改善、植物修复、湿地水净化技术等河流强化净化技术。能够应对不同的城市的污水状况,使得城市河流水污染的情况得到了有效的控制,促进城市河流的健康发展。

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin .

Don’t spit in public places . Don’t draw on public walls . It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy.

我们的家乡有了很大的变化。有地铁了，一幢幢高楼拔地而起，人口更多了，更热闹了……其中我最想介绍的就是我的学校。

现在，我们家乡的环境越来越差了，空气不再那么清新了，河水不再那么清澈了。我发现这是人们缺乏环保意识造成的。

每当我早晨醒来的时候，我吸入的那是一种让你神清气爽的空气。顿时，让你觉得舒服，神采奕奕。而如今，来到城市时，空气是多么难闻和臭水沟一样，整个城市充斥的是一股烂垃圾的气味。如果空气如物品一样的话。那，吸入的都是灰尘与污染的灰色气体，让人闻着就不舒服。况且也没有乡下的清爽，在乡下的时候，我会跟爷爷到树林里玩耍，玩的那叫一个“爽”。我们还会去田野里捉蚂蚱，“哎呀”一声惨叫，我摔进了泥坑里变成泥娃娃。我们有时候还会到小河里捡田螺那是一场多么快乐的一天……可是，现在再也没有树林了。因为树不断的减少，做成了有用的建筑用品。我们也不能在田地里捉蚂蚱了，那是因为田地都变成高大的房屋。至于，捡田螺也是能的，但是谁就不知道是不是纯净水了，不过，现在的环境唯一的好处，那就是让我们过上了幸福美满的生活。我也希望我们不要乱丢垃圾。不要让环境变得更加难看，比如风来了，地上都大量飘着塑料的与垃圾。让环境卷入了“白色危机”当中。环境的改变，真的是变化的太大了。环境的改变也不是不好，那是说明了我们中国的技术正在蒸蒸日上。

“宁夏黄河九十九道弯”。它的美丽富饶人们一直在传唱，我的家乡就在黄河边上，它哺育着一代有一代的黄河儿女。

我小的时候黄河两岸是个美丽的地方。绿油油的树木栽满了黄河的岸边鸟儿叽叽喳喳的唱个不停，鱼儿在水里自由自在的游动。岸边种着各种各样的庄稼，孩子们在田边玩耍、嬉戏。人们在岸边垂钓，欣赏着对岸美丽的风景。汹涌的黄河水奔腾到了远方，这生机勃勃的一幕构成了美丽的画卷。

随着人们肆意的破坏环境，黄河的环境也随着发生了变化，它变得脏乱不堪。上游的水量不足，再加上人们过度使用黄河水，使黄河断流了。游客与居民们随手乱扔垃圾，让黄河中漂浮着大大小小的垃圾袋，工厂排出的大量废水，使黄河水质发生了改变。黄河里鱼儿的种类越来越稀少，河边随处可见露出了白白的肚皮的鱼儿。成堆成堆的垃圾垒在黄河边上，臭气熏天，他们污染了土地使岸边的树木都枯死了，在黄河岸边会干都一片死气沉沉。天仿佛不是蓝的，水仿佛不是清的。

不仅仅只是黄河。大自然许多地方-都遭到了人类的破坏山不在绿了水不在秀了。人们住在生态环境恶劣的地球中，我们大家有没有想过，破坏大自然最终破坏到的还是自己呀！我们喝的将回是受过污染的水源，我们吃的将会是受过污染的食品生活在污染的环境中的将会也是我们。我们的死可能也是我们自己造成的人类醒醒吧！快从现在开始保护我们身边的每一块土地。

时代在进步，家乡的变化也很大。

原来破旧的楼房现在都推平了，做了新小区。原来我们真累只要东华东这一家超市，现在可好了，又有了时代超市，近期又开张了商之都。购物更方便了，个更加实惠广泛了。还有东西街繁荣昌盛，没事逛逛也非常好。我们城关小学也建了一个分校，在贵中分校隔壁。

现在我家也搬了，原来所在的芙蓉苑小区，没有保安，车也乱放，环境非常不好。现在所在的汇景小区可好了，每天有保安叔叔看院门，并且不断在小区巡逻。家家户户都有固定的停车位，小区的绿化也很漂亮。

啊，家乡的变化可真大呀！

我住在利代村，前几年我村的道路特别烂，特别是阴天下雨的时候特别难走，我躲在屋里不想到外面去。

自从2011年上级支持我村修路，我们的农民每家每户也都拿了许多钱为我们村修路，还开了一条很宽的大街，我村共修了南北两条大街，东西五条大街，再也不怕难走了。每条街都整整齐齐路面平的像镜子一样显得特别漂亮，

今年3月15日西安交通还组织了七十名员工来为我们村打扫卫生，我们村的人热情接待了他们，他们也对我们特别有礼貌打扫得特别干净，把我们村的每个角落修的特别整齐。我们村改变了新的面貌更重要的是感谢上级领导对我们利代村的大量支持。

我的家乡这些年的垃圾处理有了很大变化。

原来的乡村道路上没有垃圾桶，人们走在路上垃圾没处扔。有的人就直接扔在路边上，有的扔到小河里头去了，经常会见到苍蝇”嗡嗡嗡“地乱飞。每家每户的垃圾都是自己处理，要么烧掉，要么就自己找一个地方堆放。烧的东西里面有不能烧的，比如塑料，烧出来对环境有害处，垃圾堆放的地方则散发着臭气。

后来，人们认识到了垃圾的问题，就做了一些改变。

在乡村道路上，人们每隔一段距离就设置了两个垃圾桶，一个是“可回收垃圾”，一个是“不可回收垃圾”。人们就把垃圾扔到垃圾桶里，道路就变得干干净净的了。

村里给每家每户发了两个大垃圾桶，家里的垃圾全部集中放置。最初人们需要拎着垃圾桶去专门指定的堆放垃圾点去倒，那里的垃圾又需要一段时间才能被处理掉，走在旁边总能闻到恶臭，对环境也有影响。而现在，有了专人每天清晨来把垃圾收走，送到指定的地点进行集中处理。

我的家乡不但对垃圾进行了专门处理，还对养猪等养殖户进行管理，不让他们把废水倒进河里，还常常有人自动到河边去捡垃圾……

现在我的家乡环境越来越好了。

我的家乡原本是一个美丽的小村庄，清澈的小溪。不知过了多少年，小村庄变成了大城市，汽车尾气到处都是，严重污染了空气环境。家乡从前的小河变成了垃圾河，河里活蹦乱跳的小鱼都死了。还有的人为了省事，不到对面垃圾桶扔垃圾，反而丢到了地上。有一些人为什么大么爱护环境，一看到地上的垃圾就丢到垃圾桶里去？我们应该向他们学习，不该乱扔垃圾，应该保护环境。

在此，我想对不爱护环境的人提一个建议：“不要乱丢垃圾，现在城西里有雾霾，这是大自然对你们的警告啊！”
