在我牙牙学语的时候，小区里一点儿绿化环境也没有，周围一片死气沉沉。几条狭窄的坑坑洼洼的路，一不小心就会被拌倒。人们个个提心吊胆，生怕掉进路边的坑里去。我家楼前有一片芦苇荡，臭气熏天，里面堆满了垃圾，旁边有一片小湖，里面漂着许多垃圾。楼道里很不卫生，夫妻的吵架声，婴儿的哭叫声，彼此起伏。菜市场里一片混乱，叫卖声，垃圾成堆，坑坑洼洼的沙泥路上，有很多臭水沟，一不小心会把鞋弄赃。人们下班回家，两耳不闻窗外事，各做各的家务事。邻居之间也互不往来。每到晚上，楼下一片漆黑，稀疏的行人给人一种清冷的感觉。

可是如今，小区的环境发生了巨大的变化。几条宽大的柏油马路，两旁种着各式各样的树木花草，随风飘动。我家楼前的芦苇荡里，如今已成了一独特的风景，湖里的水在阳光的照射下，显得波光粼粼。楼道里也一尘不染，洁净的门窗、轻松的音乐，给人一种祥和的感觉。

与此同时，小区的人文环境也在悄悄的发生巨大的变化。你看，街道两旁，商品琳琅满目，应有尽有，给人提供了购物的方便。每当夜幕降临，霓虹灯灯光闪烁，优美的音乐响起，人们一个个穿上了运动服，跳起了轻快的健身操。人们在一起散步，聊天，好不快活。

如今，小区发生的翻天覆地的变化，不正是祖国面貌巨变的一个缩影吗？让我们携手创建更加美好，更加和谐的生活吧！

我的家乡坐落在千年古镇——慈城，我家住在慈城中的妙山村，那是个环境优美，景色宜人，让你感受到大自然芬芳的地方。可当我一看到那条清澈透明的妙山河就回想起那件难忘的事情。

我家旁的那条河，那河中的河的鱼儿自由自在的在游动，水草绿得美丽、绿得旺盛、绿得有生机。从河边向河内望去，河中的小鱼小虾映入眼前。到了夏天这条河是热闹的时候，妇女们在河边洗衣洗菜，儿童们在河中嬉戏玩耍。青年在担水，那水是甘甜的是生活的最好用水。

但是好景不长，河的尽头开起了一个巨大的工厂——金田铜业，他们将废水，污水铜渣等大量流入河中，慢慢的河里的鱼都死去了，水草也变成“黑草”，失去了往日的生机。只要一阵风吹过，水中的臭气到处乱窜，人们无法在这里洗衣服更不能喝水了，许多人家都搬出去住了。妙山村的人民因无法用水向慈城镇汇报这里的情况，镇长知道后对金田公司的污水问题谈话后，公司也认识到了 严重的错误，耗巨资买来处理废水的机器，将没用的废水放入机器，把废水蒸发过滤，变费为宝，二次利用。

河水渐渐的干净起来，水草也慢慢变绿了，河里的鱼儿也多起来了，又恢复了往日的美景。

我相信历经这件事后的人们将保护地球有了更深刻的认识!

我们家乡的环境有了很大的改善。其中，变化最大的地方是求雨山。以前这里是荒山野岭，每当下雨天时，山上就会流下许多黄色的泥浆。过路的行人如果不注意，突然，一辆车子疾驰而过，会溅得满身都是脏兮兮的泥浆。现在，求雨山竟变成了旅游景点。山下小桥流水，栏杆上的狮子惟妙惟肖，仿佛马上就要扑上去，把猎物撕碎。水池里的鹅卵石错落有致，活泼可爱的小金鱼在其间嬉戏打闹。春天，小草探出头来。你刚想在草坪上散步，又不忍心伤害这幼小可爱的生命。忽然一阵风吹来，你又会担心这小草是否感到寒冷，你会情不自禁地找些落叶盖住它们。此时，若是清晨，你将会更小心翼翼，以防碰坏了它们的装饰品——露珠。

家乡不仅环境得到了改善，人也在悄悄的发生着变化。过去，人们总是会闯红灯，如果你想过马路，就要等很长的时间，一直等到两边没有车辆才可以过马路。坐公交车，人们总是一窝蜂拥上去，身体虚弱的人都会被挤跌倒。自从开展创建全国文明城市以来，人们都自觉遵守交通规则了，没有一个人闯红灯了，行人都能按信号灯过马路了。坐公交车也不那么拥挤了，大家都按秩序上下车，遇到老弱病残还主动让座呢！
