在这个城市，我已经生活多年，它每天都在发生变化，但却只有量的变化，没有质的改变，城市的傲气始终没有改变过，甚至加深了。看那中心广场的草坪上，种植的树木全都是四季常青的品种，到了秋天也没有任何变化，起初还好，但是时间久了便会使人感到厌倦，即使美丽却毫无生气。因此，城市的季节变化并不能单纯的只从树叶的颜色上判断，只有根据温度的变化，才能清楚地了解季节的变化，这让我对城市的热情一点一点的减少，到后来，几乎没有了。

昨夜的那场暴雨，就是预示着秋天的到来，它把我内心中沉睡的意识悄悄唤醒，让我觉得我是不是应该在这生活多年的城市中留下点什么，比如真诚和善良，假如这些美好的东西能在这里生根发芽，是多么让人开心的一件事啊！想到这里，我的心情豁然开朗，而我对城市的感觉也在不知不觉中发生着变化。

秋天的城市要靠着凉爽的秋风和刺骨的秋雨才能让人知道自己的到来，此刻的我，站在这人来人往的大街上感受着秋天的气息，热闹的城市中，秋天还是会如期而至，只是被人知晓的方式不一样了，但它还是那个我心中喜爱的秋天。

在荆门市中天街和象山大道交叉的地方，矗立着一座天桥。它是由金龙泉集团公司捐资修建的，因此叫金龙泉桥。

站在远处向天桥望去，桥下面有八根巨大的钢筋混凝柱，稳稳地托住桥身，要三四个人才合抱的过来。中间是环形的，四周分支着八条小腿，像只巨大的螃蟹连接着象山大道和中天街，使它们更成为一个整体。桥的四周都刻着“金龙泉桥”的烫金大字。在这桥的下面各有一个红绿灯，它们像三只眼睛监视着行人车辆按交通规则行驶。顺着天桥往上走，你就会发现天桥两旁都是用银白色的不锈钢做成的栏杆，两旁是行人行走的踏步台阶，中间是刻着精美图案的滑坡，有龙、鸟等一些动物。旁边耸立着一对对玉兰灯柱，真像检阅的队伍。走上桥面，你会大吃一惊，桥面四个方向分别雕刻着雄伟壮丽的东山宝塔，荆门的象征——荆门市标，风景秀丽的文明湖，藏金纳宝的岚光阁。图案中间都用箭头标示着行人走的方向。

有了这座桥，在这繁华的路段再也没有发生交通拥挤的现象了。行人过马路走天桥，保证了行人的安全。在夏天，它也给人们提供了娱乐的场所。人们经常站在桥上观看荆门的美景，有的还在桥上乘乘凉，下下棋。这座天桥，既给人们带来了方便，又美化了荆门的环境。
