在改革开放以前，我们这里只有孤零零的四个小单位，除了两所仅有数百名师生的技校和几幢不显眼的家属楼之外，被四周的田野和村庄包围着。不管走进哪个家属院，看到的是乱搭建的小窝棚和乱七八糟的杂物，杂草丛生，老鼠乱跑，蚊蝇乱飞¨¨¨给人一种很不舒服的感觉。如今旧貌换新颜，年年新增的大楼成排成行；两所学校的师生成倍增长。都超过了数千人，校园里的面积建筑，设施也与日剧增，真是鸟枪换大炮了。走进家属区，且不说居住楼的增加与刷新，院子里的小棚没有了，杂物垃圾清除了，绿茸茸的草坪，五颜六色的鲜花。四季长青的松柏、冬青，平平的水泥曲径，多种多样的健身器具，供人小憩的石桌、石凳¨¨¨令人心旷神怡。

在改革开放以前，我们这里的交通很不方便。只有一条狭窄不平的土马路通向灞桥镇，行人晴天一身土，雨天两脚泥。进西安市步行到灞桥镇，再等着乘301公交车。由于车少交通拥堵，进西安城办事得一整天。后来随着改革开放的深入，土马路先变成了石渣路，再变成了水泥路，又变成了宽阔平坦的柏油大路（纺渭路）了。不仅通上了南北来往的“小雨点”，还增加了直达西安的233、213、705等公交车，再加上临潼、高陵、渭南到西安的过往车，进西安办事可方便了。路宽了，车多了，灞河车道的新桥建成了，堵车现象少了，交通更加便利安全了。同时，公路两边和小区都装上了路灯，方便了夜间的行路人，小孩子再不怕走夜路担惊受怕了。

The economy develops at the cost of polluting the environment, we can see the pollution everywhere, like the river water is dirty, the situation is so serious that we must take some action to control the environmental pollution. First, we should not throw away the rubbish, whenever we have rubbish at hand, we should keep the habit to throw it into the dustbin, sometimes the garbage can be recycled. Second, the government should make some measure to punish the industry which is not deal with the pollution well. With the government’s intervention, the businessmen will pay special attention to the pollution and dare not to ignore it. 现在展现在人们眼前的是一幅美丽的画面：纵横交错的街道上，都挤满了人，好不热闹！百货大厦里的商品琳琅满目，应有尽有，前来商店垢污的顾客们络绎不绝，热闹极了。走进服装大楼后，就觉得自己进入了一个五彩缤纷的服装的世界。到处都是新款的衣服，承认衣服美观大方，儿童装可爱，漂亮，真是让人眼花缭乱，赞叹不已呀！大楼内的营业员叔叔，阿姨对待买主耐心，热情，周到，因而得到了好评，赢得了声誉。收银台内的工作人员对待工作认真，诚恳，不会多收顾客一分钱。楼内还新安装了电梯呢！电梯从不间断地载送高兴而来，满意而归的人们。

家乡不但在经济建设上发展得很快，而且人们的生活水平也大大地提高了！

以前，人们每天都是吃青菜萝卜，可现在，家家都吃起了大鱼大肉。而且每家每户都装了彩电，冰箱，空调，电脑……比起以前，现在是幸福多了。

以前的交通工具都是自行车，到了现在，全部都更新成摩托车，小轿车了。看那大街上，摩托车，出租车，公交车，面包车有秩序地形式，畅通无阻。

啊，我可爱的家乡，我爱我的家乡！

随着社会发展了，人们对物质的需求越来越强烈，谁不想多挣钱变成富翁?可是，现在社会上有些人光顾着挣钱，却把美丽的环境破坏了。比如我的家乡。

有一天，我回到久违的家乡时，被眼前的景象被震惊住了。

以前，我一回来，第一眼看到的是那一座座高大的山峦，漫山遍野都是绿色，空气清新甜润。那又长又宽的河，水是那样的清，清的一眼可以看到一群群不知名的小鱼来回穿梭。可是现在，山上的树木不断减少，裸露的土地不断扩大，河底的沙粒被挖土机挖出一个又一个的大坑。以前清澈见底的河水，被河两岸的石材厂排出的废水污染的又臭又黑。人们都不敢用河水浇菜了。听说，用河水浇的菜长的特别慢，种出来的菜也不如以前好吃了。

快醒醒吧!只为挣钱而破坏环境的人们。

今天上午，我和爸爸妈妈去奶奶家吃饭，吃完饭，我在屋跟哥哥玩的时候，听爸爸说，妈妈又要买一部最新款的手机。我听见，想：天哪！妈妈都换了几部手机了。

过了两三年，妈妈嫌手机功能太少，买了一部彩屏手机，这部手机功能可多了，能照相、摄像，玩游戏、还能听MP3，每天放学，我都和妈妈抢着玩手机里的游戏。

妈妈这回要换的这款手机的功能更多了，能手写发短信，有双卡双待，还能上网玩游戏，这回出去旅游，不用再带照相机和摄像机了，只带一部小小的手机就行了。

我的家乡——九台，近几年来发生了翻天覆地的变化。

街路变宽了。近几年来，九台市委市政府采取措施，把泥泞的土路改换成了宽阔的“三板四带标准路”，又在路旁及路中间装上了许多“荷花”路灯，黑夜既能照明，白天又特别美观。现在从不发生交通堵塞，无论哪面的什么车开来，都不防碍交通。道路两端装上了交通灯，再加上交通警察的恰当指挥、疏导，人们的出行方便多了。

楼房变多了。近几年来，特别是从前年开始，一座座陈旧的砖瓦房变成了新颖别致的楼房。现在，楼房的价钱也容易被人接受了，普通老百姓也能买得起，大部分人住上了各式各样的楼房。

环境变美了。现在，整个九台道路两旁栽了许多树，也有一片片草坪，五颜六色的花儿竟相开放，散发着沁人心脾的芳香。这两年，南山公园新建了樱花园，树木更多了，草坪更绿了，花儿更艳了。政府已经禁止工厂向河流、小溪排放污水，提倡用煤气代替燃煤，减少了大气污染。人们又在小南河修筑了水泥坝，抬高了水位，使小南河的景色更为壮观。

生活变好了。现在，人们的生活越过越红火，几乎家家都有电器了，如电视机、电冰箱、洗衣机、电风扇等，电话机也得到了普及，不少人家还有寻呼机、手机等，许多家庭还购置了电脑，用以浏览、查询资料和从事文化娱乐活动，给人们的生活带来了极大的方便和无穷的乐趣。
