The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. 成员到齐后,组长给我们分配了任务: 朱映东和郑力文捡垃圾,我、张沁怡、唐麒林去找水,对凳子进行搽洗.我看见同学们都在拼命的劳动,不禁想起了一句话—劳动最光荣.过了一会儿,有的人开始追逐嬉戏、有的在欣赏美丽风景.开始,我也被美丽的风景吸引了,但是转眼一想,来这儿的目的不是玩耍,是来劳动,保护环境的,于是,我又开始卖力的干起来. 我、张沁怡、唐麒林三个人准备去找一些水来擦洗公物,找了半天也没找到.我灵机一动,说:"我们到红色经典广场下面的草坪去,那儿直通嘉陵江,用嘉陵江的水来冲洗,一定行的.” 张沁怡和唐麒林都反对,因为老师说过,不能离开队伍.想来想去,没有一个人想出好的方法.真是"光阴似箭、日月如梭”啊!一项劳动任务还没完成,就要回去了.不过,以后在生活中我一定要保护环境,爱护我们这个美丽的新县城.随着队伍的行进,我们终于回到了教室,同学们一个个累得都趴在了桌子上.

未来家乡环境

回忆过去，家家户户都为了不愁吃，小院里满是瓜果蔬菜。一年四季，只要能种点什么，小院里就会满满的，瞧去，各种颜色掺杂交错，杂乱无章。好拥挤、好杂乱的小院。现在，各家都不怎么种蔬菜了，而是种花。一年四季，鲜花不断。春天，月季、玫瑰等竞相开放。夏天花儿更加繁盛，五颜六色。秋天，本该百花凋零，菊花却傲骨怒放。冬天，瑞雪纷飞，梅花却在枝头绽放。一年四季，芬芳不断。香啊，花园般美丽的家乡。

再想以前，村里村外都光秃秃的，几乎没有树。到了夏天，在外边聊天的大人都顺着墙边坐，小孩们大都躲在屋里扇扇子。屋里像蒸笼，屋外像热锅。而现在，房前屋后，街道两旁，村里村外，都种上了绿化树，虽说不像森林那样茂密，但也绿树成荫。夏天，大人们在树下乘凉，小孩们在树下嬉戏。茂密的树叶，送来了阵阵清凉。爽啊，森林般清凉的家乡。

如今，人类的生活水平正在大幅度提高，而城市环境污染却愈加严重，正是因此，人类光顾医院的次数愈加频繁，我对人们居住环境进行了以下几方面的调查 ：

一、空气质量污染严重。每天大街小巷都会有来来往往的车辆，人们可能不会重视，但又有谁会想到车辆的繁多不仅造成了交通事故的发生，更让地球空气污染较为严重。由于吸收了大量的废毒气，以导致人们小则咳嗽，大则肺癌。我家附近有个造纸厂，每天散发出难闻的气味，我们常常看到造纸厂上空无烟滚滚，烟囱里冒出的云烟，大多是毒气，难闻之极，甚至导致我们患上不治之症。

二、白色污染严重。据统计，近几年来，人们为了图方便，大量使用一次性用品：一次性碗筷、一次性杯子、一次性塑料袋……更令人气愤的是，人们不仅大量使用，而且到处乱扔。街头巷尾，到处可以见到人们遗弃的塑料袋;菜市场内，人们散去后，到处可见“五彩缤纷”的塑料袋和菜农残留的烂菜叶;公共场所也随处可见大家随地乱丢的纸巾和脏兮兮的口痰。有的甚至将皮鞋向街上随意一扬，为此，我们小学生也常常摔得人仰马翻。

三、河流的污染。除了城市，乡镇里座座工厂拔地而起。可是，一些厂家只考虑到自己的个人利益，没有顾虑到大家的感受。将污水不经过处理，就用排水管排到河道里。学校旁边有口水塘，当地人都叫它上水塘，以前上水塘碧绿得像块宝石镜面，可是现在的上水塘由于附近的一个硫磺厂把污水排到上水塘里，现在去看，上水塘内到处是肮脏的水，还隐隐散发着一阵阵难闻的臭味。

总而言之，现在的生态环境已逐渐在被人们破坏，让我们共同倾听——地球在呻吟，河流在哭泣，保护环境，我们责无旁贷!让我们携起手来，建造更加美好的家园!
