In this way city citizens will be encouraged to move there to live and work. If these three proposals are well carried out， the city population will be greatly reduced.

我家乡有一条小河，小河的水清澈见底。河里有小鱼，有的小鱼身上画着五颜六色的花纹，有的身上只画了一种颜色。它们在水里快活的游来游去。 夏天，有的人家里停水，就到河里洗衣服，有的孩子热了，就到河里洗澡，嬉戏玩耍。 可是，渐渐的人们变得懒惰了，随手将垃圾扔到了河里，将不干净的水到入了河里，使小河不再像以前那样清澈，像以前那样干净，河里也没有那些快活、美丽的小鱼了。 我每次从那里经过，好像都听到小河在哭泣地说;‘夏天，你们家里停水，在这里洗衣服，孩子热了在这里洗澡。我全心全意地为你们付出，可是，现在你们为什么这样对我?为什么? 我们想念以前的小河，请大家行动起来，保护我们的地球、小河，让它们干净、漂亮起来吧!
