我的家乡在广东省西部的一个海滨城市——湛江市。湛江靠海，能经常吃到各种美味的海鱼。

听爷爷奶奶说，以前，湛江的海水非常的蓝，也很干净，随着周围的工厂慢慢多起来，靠近城市的海水就变了颜色，也多出一些怪怪的味道。爷爷奶奶家楼下有一条河，河床上已经积了厚厚的淤泥，河两旁的还有的居民把垃圾直接倒进河里。每到夏天，即使是在10楼，你也都能闻到河水里的臭味。

几年前的一个夏天，我到海边去玩。可是，一到海边，看到那水面上冒着的一片片白泡沫，我就开始感到很恶心，一点儿下水的念头都没有了。最后，我只在海边玩了一会儿沙子就回家了。

不过前次回去湛江，我看到城市的道路干净了很多，绿树业多了很多，再去到海边，又能看见蓝蓝的海水了，我和爸爸还一起在海里打起了“水战”呢。爷爷奶奶家楼下的小河，虽然还有淤泥，可是已经有工人定期去清理了。

我希望政府能再更多的关注和管理这里的环境，也希望生活在这儿的人们也能自觉爱护和保护环境，不再乱扔垃圾，乱排污水。真希望能早日见到爷爷奶奶描述的以前那个美丽的湛江：清清的河水淌淌流进蓝蓝的大海，海边有更多的戏水欢笑声。

香烟是危害人体健康的一位温柔的“杀手”，据媒体报道，吸烟的人容易得多种疾病，如肺炎、支气管炎、心血管疾病等等，吸一包香烟相当于减少1小时的生命。

我看过爸爸20多岁时的照片，那时的她白白胖胖，脸色红润。可不知什么时候起，爸爸每天都要吸一包烟。慢慢的，他的牙齿变黑了，手指变黄了，身上散发出一股难闻的烟味。我见了他，躲都来不及。我和妈妈几次劝爸爸戒烟，可他却说：“现在生活安定了，也该学着享受，再说，吸烟的男人有风度嘛！”虽说我们心里不高兴，但妈妈心软，最后还是由着她。

过了不久，我发现爸爸开始咳嗽，那声音越来越响了。先是轻轻的几声，然后是连续不断的咳嗽。有时咳得脸发红，连眼泪都流出来了。每天晚上，还没看见他回家，就可以听见他那刺耳的咳嗽声了，那声音听起来像七八十岁的老人一样苍老。爸爸实在熬不过，就只好求助医生。经过医生诊断，发现爸爸得了气管炎，这下，爸爸不得不下决心戒烟了。有时见爸爸实在忍不住了，我就把零食往他的嘴里塞，这个办法还真管用。

现在，爸爸长胖了，胃口开了，精神也饱满起来了。爸爸也主动把原来用来吸烟的钱补贴家用，有时也给我买学习用品、玩具，给妈妈购买衣服、营养品。现在，我的家里又充满了欢声笑语。

我们村子里有一条小河，我上学的时候，经常从河边走过。

以前，这条小河非常美丽。河里的水清澈见底，空气清新甜润。小朋友们经常在小河边玩。夏天的时候，小鱼在小河自由的游来游去。玩累了的小朋友们有的在河里游泳，有的在草地上睡大觉。风一吹小河边的野花散发出一阵阵清香。这时把美丽的蝴蝶和勤劳的小蜜蜂引来了。

不知道从什么时候起，美丽的小河悄悄地离开了我们。现在的小河变得臭臭的，就连小鱼小虾多没有了。旁边的大树，小草也变的无精打采的了这时苍蝇在小河上飞来飞去。河里的白色垃圾何死猪，死狗多扔在河里。坐车往这里走的行人多捂住鼻子起快开快去。我对小河大声说:“美丽的小河，你在哪里呀?你快点回来吧!”

政府部门知道这个情况，呼吁人们保护小河的坏境，并派出了工作人员到河上去捡垃圾，过了一会儿他们捡了许许多多的垃圾，工作人员们坐着这条船又去河中捡垃圾了。

我希望小河会变的更美丽，到处多是生机勃勃。小鱼又在河里自由自在地游来游去，树木变的更茂盛。

春风送暖，柳树的枝条随风飘动，绿茵茵的，草地上开着各种各样的花朵，五颜六色的，红的、黄的、紫的……连成了一片花的世界。小河的水清澈见底，小鱼儿在水里欢快地游来游去，相互嬉戏。小鸟在树枝上梳理自己的羽毛，偶尔还会有几只白色的大鸟从远处飞来，一眨眼就贴着水面往远处飞走了，只有柳枝还在摇晃。

见此美景，我不禁回想起前几年此地的环境：土黄色的小河水混沌不清，水中一条鱼都没有，水面上漂浮着一堆堆的垃圾，散发着一阵阵的臭气。

这几年随着人们环境保护意识的逐渐增强，小河边的不合格工厂都不见了，于是鱼儿也随着河水的干净逐渐回来了。

还记得以前的正月初一凌晨是没法睡觉的，鞭炮响彻夜空，空气中全是火药味。今年全家睡了个好觉。

现在汽车还是很多，排放的尾气还在继续污染环境。我希望未来的汽车变成了太阳能启动的汽车，没有空气污染。

六年前我从温溪搬到船寮镇白岸村，这里的空气很清新，前面是山，后面是水，草坪上还长满了美丽的鲜花，水里、湖里游动着小雨小虾。这里几乎是绿色，没有任何污染，我可以放心的躺在草坪上睡着，或者两树中间汤秋千，无忧无虑、无拘无束。春天摘花、夏天钓鱼、秋天拾叶，冬天堆雪人。

但六年后的今天，我望着眼前的场景感到了非常的失望。空气中夹着一股古怪的臭味，山不清了，水也不秀了，草地上也没有了花，没有了草，就连水中的鱼儿也都不见了，遍地是塑料袋、垃圾纸，我也不能在那玩耍了。在那片充满我儿时回忆的土地上建起了高高的楼层，即使这里变富裕了，也不会拥有自然的环境了。

到后来才发现，这里原本就是注定要改变成这样的，既然是这样的话，那回到从前岂不是难上加难。来到这个小村庄我还是很快乐的，他富有了，只可惜天上的鸟儿失去了家园，改变后的村子，即使不是最完美的,但一定是令人最满足的。

改变其实更是有好有坏的，两者是永远不能完美的。

摘要: 随着经济快速发展，城市生态形势压力也与日俱增，水环境问题已成为制约社会发展的大问题，环保基础设施建设严重落后，城市生活污染物未得到有效控制，工业污染源未得到严格治理，农业污染日益突出，部分河段水质受污染严重，河水发黑发臭，完全失去水质功能。本文主要对城市水环境治理及污染防治对策进行了分析探讨。

城市生态环境是城市宜居水平评价和城市经济发展的重要因素。作为城市生态环境的重要组成部分，城市水环境对生态环境的治理和改善有着重要的影响。受传统经济发展理念的影响，我国城市水环境污染情况不容乐观。而且在城市扩建过程中还造成了大量周边湿地的消失，造成了城市生态环境、水环境的进一步恶化。针对这样的情况，我国近年来加大了城市生态环境治理力度。从城市规划与发展的角度出发，恢复城市周边湿地环境、改善城市水环境与生态环境。

一、城市水环境的基本特点

1、城市用水的特点

生活用水和生产用水是城市用水的主要类型，由于城市人员密集、工业化生产程度高，所以，城市用水需要较高的质量、较大的供水量、稳定的供给，这对城市采水、供水和用水来说有着不同于农村的特点。

2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

在我国北方，城市生活和生产用水大都在简单处理或未经处理就直接排放到环境之中，在日积月累的大量污染的影响下，城市水环境受到了严重破坏，并且这一现象有蔓延和恶化的趋势，造成水环境的脆弱和生态的破坏，影响城市深入地发展。

4、城市地下水环境恶化

城市地下水环境恶化来源有两个，一是，城市生产和生活中大量污染源渗入地下，造成对地下水资源和水环境的破坏;二是，城市地表硬化导致城市地面下渗量的减少，在大量开采地下水的同时，没有必要的补充，出现水环境的恶化。

二、城市水环境综合治理方法

1、以人为本，科学发展

把维护广大人民群众的根本利益作为第一点，把群众最关心、最直接和现实的水环境保护问题为重点，转变发展观念，重视生态文明建设，加快建设资源节约和环境友好社会，走科学发展道路。

2、优先保护饮用水源

合格的安全饮用水源是人民生活的必需品，水环境治理应突出重点，优先保护饮用水源，确保群众饮水安全。

3、强化节能减排、效益原则

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

5、加强协作，落实责任

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

三、城市河流水防治和改善技术的应用

1、底泥疏浚和河床微生态系统修复

在河流洪水、蓄洪功能上,底泥疏浚主要体现在河流利用水面变化增加行洪、蓄洪能力。作为沉积物沉积,有的湖泊水的深度可以被调整,从而减少其调节和存储功能。增加城市河湖疏浚河道水容量后,以确保顺利排出这些河流洪水,保障人民群众的生命和财产安全,也避免了洪涝灾害。底泥疏浚是水环境综合整治的一项重要措施,滇池、巢湖、太湖等水环境综合整治已被广泛使用。可见,合理的疏浚清除污染物,对于生态系统的恢复和重建具有非常重要的作用。

3、调水引流水质改善技术

贯穿城市的内河河网水系,因为控制结构的限制,使得河流水不能够连接到外部的水体,造成水处于静止的状态,当天气炎热的时候,溶解在水中的氧气浓度就会降低,容易导致水质变坏。通过改进水域水动力条件,提高水体污染物的稀释能力,增强局部水体的自净能力,许多城市在水资源利用和部署中,通过跨流域调水工程,解决空间分布不均的问题。

4、植物修复技术

对于河道河流自然恢复应采取生态化措施,主要是通过恢复河岸植被、恢复天然湿地,在河岸种植芦苇、浮萍、睡莲、水生植物和其他湿地植物,以提高水体的净化能力。种植水生植物的城市河流水,一方面能够通过植物的根系的吸收,从而降低和遏制富营养化趋势;另一方面通过种植水生植物,可以也起到美化水体环境,提高城市的景观的效果。

5、生物净化技术

生物净化技术是充分利用天然水体自净的功能,采用人工措施,创造更有利的环境有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,并培养出大量的微生物从而增强水体净化能力,以提高纳污水体氧化降解有机物能力的一种净化方法。目前国内外最常用的生物净化技术是曝气技术、生物膜技术与投菌技术。生物净化技术,其成本低,对环境的影响小,能够有效降解污染物,是水体污染处理的最佳选择之一。生物净化技术及产品的开发,特别是分解菌株的培养也将被筛选到河流水污染控制技术之中,是未来城市水污染防治和治理的发展趋势。将具有特殊分解能力的菌种添加到河边,能够将水体中有毒有害物质分解为无毒无害的物质,从而加速有毒物质的分解、转化,不仅可以提高河流的净化能力,而且也实现了河流的生态修复。生物产品的运用将成为人工增氧、底泥疏浚等现有防治技术的有益补充。
