暑假打工，这个听来不错的工作真的是那样的好吗，我决定亲自去尝试一下，看看自己能不能赚到钱。赚钱是其次，首先是看我有没有这个能力，另外是如果我赚到了，也是对我能力的一种肯定啊。还有这是一次宝贵的社会实践啊，以后再也没有这样的机会了，那时我就正式的参加工作了啊。

就这样我打定了主意，就等着暑假的到来了。我真的有点等不及了，就这样苦苦的等待，这一天终于来了。我就这样走上了街头寻找打工的地点。

炎炎夏日列日当头，正是因为有这样的环境，我要看看我能否在恶劣的环境中有能力依靠自己的双手和大脑维持自己的生存，同时，也想通过亲身体验社会实践让自己更进一步了解社会，在实践中增长见识，锻炼自己的才干，培养自己的韧性，更为重要的是检验一下自己所学的东西能否被社会所用，自己的能力能否被社会所承认。想通过社会实践，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

一开始，对自己手工艺期望很高，经过多次面试的失败，我总结了自己失败的原因。主要有两个方面。一方面是自己眼高手低，自己根本自身素质没有达到一定的水平，另一方面是自己没有给自己一个很好的定位，没有找准自己的位置。

总结了以前失败的教训，摆正好自己的位置，仅正是社会实践只要有工作，能供饭吃，我们的目的是在于锻炼自己。于是我找到了一家餐饮酒楼。老板看我结结实实的，并且身强体壮，就让我来做传菜员。第二天，我便开始了我的暑期社会实践生活。刚开始的时候心理极不平衡。心想来从小到大读了这么多的书，家里花了那么多的钱把我培养长大成人，可现在只能端端盘子，怎么着在学校里也是个学生会干部，多少也有点社会能力，当传菜员学徒有点失落再加上传菜部领班是个小学文化的，还对我指手画脚，确实心理上很不舒服。但是，人总是要适应自己自下而上的环境，我不想一开始就干不下去了，不行，我告诉我自己一定要坚持下去。要在自己的工作的环境中让自己的工作做起来很轻松。

在长达半个月的实习中，我总结出了以下几点个人工作的理念来规范自己在工作中的言行举止：

1、首先行把自己同领导和同事之间的关系搞好。使尽快地熟悉自己所在的工作环境。笑对每一位顾客。

2、我们的一切出发点是为了顾客，处处要为了顾客着想。顾客就是我们要服务的上帝。

3、注意我的形象，服装、言行、举止大方文明得体，要做到一个服务者应该做到的本质。。

4、在上班之前制定好今日的工作计划，并熟练酒楼里的各项规章和章程，保证上班的工作效率。

5、按时上下班、坚决做到不迟到、不早退。

6、上课时间不能接打电话，做私人事，聊天等。

7、处理突发事件言遇事冷静、理智以酒楼与顾客的利益出发，不鲁莽行事。及时汇报。

8、保证上班时间，服从领导安排，处处以大局为重，维护大局形象。

经过我的一番努力我的假期打工悄然落幕了，经过这次实践，我能真正体会到这一点。在工作中，在真正的社会交际中，顾客永远是对的，你不能掺杂自己的个性。

第一：乐观，不管遇上什么样的困难，都要用乐观的态度去面对，相信会有所转机。

第二：自信，首先自己要有自信，自信不是自夸，而是对自己的能力作出的肯定，这样别人才能更加相信信任你。你要对自己说“我一定能行”那你就一定能行。

第三：肯努力，我一直非常信奉一句话，“努力就有希望”不要觉得成功遥不可及，其实只要你在不停的努力你就靠成功越近，“踮起脚尖就更靠近阳光”在努力的过程中千万不要放弃，说不定你距离成功就差一步，而你却放弃了!要勇于面对各种挫折，挫折并不能阻挡有勇气的人走向成功。

第四：谦虚做人，特别对于刚走出校门的毕业生至关重要，我们本来对于社会上的知识知之甚少，我们千万不能骄傲自大，自以为是，那是肤浅的表现，我们要谦虚做人融入社会这个团体中，人与人之间合力去做事，使其做事的过程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。别人给的意见，我们要听取、耐心、虚心地接受。

经过这一次的暑假打工，社会实践，我真的是长了不少的见识，增长和很多社会经验，在实践中我也找到了自身的价值。我早晚都要走出校园，走进社会大染缸去。

today is an exciting day. in the morning we had the singing contest. everyone did well in it. somebody sans lyrics and somebody didn’t. when the result came out, only audrey and ellison could be in the second run. vanessa was very sad. but finally she was in the second run. it was really great news for her.

The summer holiday begins. I am very happy. Last week, I traveled to Zhuhai. Its a small but beautiful city. The streets are clean and the buildings are huge. The traffic of Zhuhai is good. There is almost no traffic jams here,because the transportation system is good. Macau is on the opposite of Zhuhai. We can even see the cars running in the streets of Macau. the longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. i cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. the events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential.

One day in this summer vacation, my mother solemnly said to me, "child,

a training class for you. Lets go and experience it! " I cant help shivering

when I hear the word "swimming". Thought: no! Im a "dry duck", in case I fall

With everything ready, I walked slowly to the pool in my swimsuit. Looking

around carefully, the environment in the pool was very clean. There were many

adults and children playing in the pool, with laughter. The water in front of me

I unknowingly came to the entrance of the pool, holding the railing tightly

Later, I calmly passed the "suffocation" of this pass, but also got the

When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

我这个暑假都在非常不同的方式。我对每天用于运行在以前的暑假,但是这个暑假我只是不能这么做。我很快就会在去年高中教育和毕业后将面对高考。虽然这些考试仍一年了,我不得不开始早让自己准备好通过检查所有这些东西我在学校所学到的,这个暑假对我来说是最理想的时间。起初的想法让我很沮丧,但后来我认为这是更好的这种方式,因为今年夏天通过努力工作我能指望无尽的快乐夏天的到来。这一点我然后开始工作就像任何东西,只是偶尔出去吃或做了一些物理变化。我没有厌烦这种生活,因为我持续的希望。

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I have made a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong to visit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shopping paradise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me. I will also eat the delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comes first. 2014年7月14日

刚刚到家，明天我的假期生活就开始了。路过南站的一家花店，说了半天老板都不肯收我做工。原来找份工作真的不容易，不过我坚持问了几家，最后有一家店终于答应我了。明天就是第一天上班了，很期待，加油!

2014年7月15日

第一天上班，早早就起来了，兴奋的心情是无法言喻的，准时地到了花店，老板让我帮忙把花摆到外面去。早上9点22分的时候，我迎来了工作以来的第一位客人，他要一个大花束，朋友过生日。花束是老板扎的，看得我手痒痒了。晚上6点下班了，虽然有一点累，但是非常开心和充实，回家要多吃饭，明天继续努力!

2014年7月28日

将近半个月了，每一天都过得很充实，早晨上班的时候看到高中同学了，班里要聚会了，只可惜没办法参加，有一点失落。最近天气很热，客人还比较多。有一点想放弃了，但是我知道，我必须坚持!上班迟到了五分钟，按规定扣了我20块钱，伤心啊!

2014年8月8日

今天特别累，早上有订开业花篮的，总共80个，中午还有订9份学子宴的，店里今天特忙，我动手扎了几个大花束，老板也很满意。看着客人高兴的从我手中接过他们的花束，心里暖暖的，所有的疲劳也都消散了。

2014年7月10日

早上太阳就火辣辣的，今天特别热，大清早就热得心烦!下午老板冲我发脾气，说了我一顿之后又扣了我30块钱。我很委屈又很抱怨，但是我没顶嘴。

其实我并不认为自己做得不对，中午老板出去吃饭，我自己顾店，来了一位老奶奶给孙子晚上的升学宴订花束，我就和老奶奶多聊了几句，看着老人眼睛里流露出的真情，我就私自做主便宜老奶奶5块钱，还多给了几枝花。结果老板就生气了，其实，心里有种说不出来的滋味……

At the age of 8, one day, I went to an amusement park with my parents. There were many interesting and exciting things. I played happily. When I wanted to play another one, my mother took me home. So I dreamt to open up a park and let many children play in it while day.

3.How time flies! Today was the forth day since I came here. Everyday was different. Today Mr. Brodie let us Wtch a movie. It’s called “pride and prejudice”. The heroine was very beautiful and clever. The environment was beautiful too. The movie was interesting but I thought our teacher was more lovely than it.

Miss Zhang taught us grammer. It was difficult but important. So we must learn it. It was important for us to learn English. It helped us to talk with foreigners.

In the night, we will have an exam about vocabulary. Our teacher said it was easy so I am sure I can do it well.

4.A good day begins from the morning. In the whole morning, we watched “pride and predudice”. One is lovely and the other is lyrical. They enlarged my idea. I liked them very much. The afternoon was wonderful, too. We read an article about hurricane. There were many new words in it. But we guessed their meaning from the context. I learned a new way to know new words.

Today is great.
