金黄的落叶，是她来临的预告。最爱在五六点时去晨跑，清新的空气中夹杂一缕缕雨的气息。在小街上奔跑，前方是金色的薄毯，时不时飞落几片“金蝴蝶”，在毯上走着，脚下嘎吱嘎吱地响，这是大自然演奏的音乐。淅淅沥沥下雨了，那些蝴蝶的翅膀会不会被打湿?

明亮的圆月，是她带来的珍宝。最爱凝视皎洁的月，看她散发柔和的光芒，夜，是月的舞台，它尽情四射光芒，星星不敢与之争辉，都躲起来。“月是故乡明”中秋的月亦是如此，家家户户吃月饼，赏明月。个儿顶个儿的兴奋，个儿顶个儿的高兴!我在想月亮上的嫦娥也在抱看玉兔吃看月饼喜滋滋地望着大地。

丰收的硕果，是秋给予的礼物。农作物是农民勤劳的结晶。春种秋收，看着几满箩筐的收获，喜悦纯朴的笑挂在脸上。水果也丰收了，香甜的味道飘到十里之外，闻着就想去一探究竟，是什么如此香甜?站在土陂上，遥望远处收割稻谷的人们，镰刀此起彼伏，好一幅美妙的水彩画!五彩的果园、金黄的稻田，真似“稻花香里说丰年，听取蛙声一片”。

典雅幽香的桂花，是秋薰衣的香水。“八月桂花遍地开”，谁家要是栽了一棵桂花，那么客人进来第一句话说的就是“哇，这桂花好香!”最爱深吸一口桂花香，最爱欣赏桂花形。我观察过桂花，一片片花瓣像一个个小豆子，留着小尾巴，不灿不艳的黄，小小的，却能散发郁郁深远的香。

我爱秋天，她沉静美好，她带来硕果累累!我相信，还有很多人像我一样爱秋天。我言秋日胜春朝!

我的课余生活真是丰富多彩。我喜欢踢足球、看书，还有跑步。我最喜欢的是跑步运动。跑步不仅能强健体魄，还能磨练我的意志，也能给我带来快乐。

每天清晨我都要出去跑步，我享受那种微风拂面的清凉，享受那种速度与力量的激情，享受那种大汗淋漓的快感。跑步不仅让我身心愉悦，还让我学会了坚持。记得刚开始跑步时，100米就已经让我气喘吁吁，为了让我的跑步速度提高，妈妈每天坚持陪我跑步，在我每次想放弃的时候妈妈总是对我说忍耐和坚持是痛苦的，但它会逐渐给你好处，带领你走向成功。因此，每当我要体力耗尽，想要放弃的时候，都会在心中告诉自己：再坚持一秒，就一秒，我一定会进步。就这样，在妈妈的指导下，我经过一段时间的不懈努力，我的跑步速度逐渐加快，成绩也随之提高了不少！现在我跑800米都不成问题了。

我想对所有人大声的说：生命在于运动，请你也爱上跑步吧，它会带给你快乐，让你心情舒畅；爱上跑步吧，它能锻炼你的身体，让你健康成长；爱上跑步吧，它可以激发你的潜能，坚强你的意志。从现在开始，让我们一起跑起来吧！

那是一个阳光明媚的中午，我背着书包正准备过一条斑马路，我见红灯在闪闪发亮就停住了脚步。只见对面有一位盲人老爷爷，他穿着一身有些破烂的衣服和一双又脏又烂的鞋，拄着一根歪歪扭扭的拐杖。对于我们来说过马路是一件非常简单的事，但对于这位盲人老爷爷来说是一个具有挑战性的“生死战”绿灯亮了。那位老爷爷一瘸一拐地走向马路。其它人见了装做一副弱无其事的样子。而我见绿灯亮了，但又放心不下那位盲人老爷爷，爱心驱使着我。最后，我还是帮助老爷爷过了马路并且把他送回了家。在回家途中我感到非常快乐、踏实。

通过这件事情，让我懂得了你帮助别人，别人得到了快乐，自己也得到了快乐。生活中的残疾人他们的世界与众不同，但只要我们用爱去感染、去帮助就会有奇迹发生。

虽然他们眼中的世界并不清晰，脚下的路并不平坦，但我相信我们用爱去帮助有困难的人就会有奇迹。来吧!伸出你热情的双手，献出你火热的心来帮助这些有困难的人。做一个生活中的爱心人士，因为爱能拯救世界，只要我们心中有爱世界才会美好起来。只要人人献出一点爱，世界将会更美好、更灿烂!
