到了初中，我代表学校参加了比赛，最后还得到了冠军，这是我们意想不到的。当我踢进最后的一球，听到比赛结束的哨声，大家心情都激动不已，全部涌上球场，抱在一起。那种心情，是足球带给我的，让我永远都忘不了。

现在我不再像小时那样不敢说话、不敢和别人交朋友了，足球让我知道了交朋友并不难。

那时我才6岁，那年的暑假一开始，老妈就给我报了一个“暑假游泳培训班”。我非常高兴，心想：马上就可以学游泳了!可是刚到游泳馆，看到那深深的水池，我却害怕得双腿发抖。虽然老妈和教练一直在鼓励我，可是我还是不敢下水，而且还差点哭了!在同学们怀疑的目光中，老妈只好对我说：“胡泰源，你不是说你很喜欢游泳的吗，怎么?难道还没下水就要放弃了?”我只好无奈地跳下泳池。没想到的是，我一下水，就抢了好几口水。呛水的滋味可真难受啊——鼻子发酸、喉咙堵得发慌。我痛苦的只想打退堂鼓了!但是我看到的却是老妈严厉的目光。老妈又说：“做什么事情都不能半途而废!这道理你已经清楚了!”于是我只好忍受着呛水的痛苦，跟着大家一次又一次地将头埋入水中，和教练苦练游泳的基本功······

第一节课终于结束了。由于我表现突出，老师让我当了小班班长，我心里乐开了花。

在接下来的十五天里，经过我的努力刻苦的学习，我成了班上游泳最好的一个。老师和同学都夸奖我。我开心极了。

春天一棵棵嫩草争相萌芽。夏天一树树知了争相欢叫。秋天一片片红叶争相挥洒。冬天一片片雪花争相飘落。但在记忆的深处，我最喜欢的，还是秋。记得秋天的风，凉爽而惬意，为落叶送去温馨的问候;记得秋天的叶，华丽而轻盈，为天空添上绚丽的色彩;记得秋天的天，湛蓝而宁静，为世界带来了纯净的风景。

漫步在林荫小道，一片片泛黄的落叶在空中飞舞着，遮住了我的视线，伸手，一片凋零的落叶落在了手心，鲜绿的颜色稍稍褪去，微微泛黄，金色与绿色交织着，那一根根神秘的脉络，那黄中带绿，绿中带黄的色彩描述了无与伦比的美丽。秋天的枫叶也极为迷人，火红的枫叶布满了枫树，显得格外妖艳。一阵微风拂过，枫叶仿佛变成了耀眼的燃烧着的火焰，散发出血红的光芒，似乎要照亮整个天际，一片片妖娆的“红蝴蝶”飘扬着，飞舞着。让人感觉整个世界只剩下了红色，一片片枫叶好像一只只大手抚摸着，抚摸着整个世界，它是秋天最美的花，鲜艳中透出高洁的气质，热烈中透出温婉的练达，最终，它们化归尘土，静静地睡去，它们用自己的生命来点缀，让秋天多出一抹鲜艳的红。

秋天的天也蓝的迷人，蔚蓝色的天空。在深秋晴朗的时节，一尘不染，晶莹透明。湛蓝的天像一望无际的平静的碧海，强烈的白光在空中跳动着，宛如海面泛起的微波润红的娇阳为晴天添加了一抹色彩。偶尔，会下一阵秋雨，秋雨不是春的细雨绵绵，也不是夏的瓢泼大雨，秋雨飘飘洒洒，像一片幕布，无边无际，朦朦胧胧，晶莹的雨水洗净了大地。雨后，瓦蓝的天空被擦拭得更加明亮，宝蓝的天空，朵朵霞云在澄清的天上飘舞，天是那么蓝,像被过滤了一切杂色,瑰丽地熠熠发光，蓝得宁静，蓝得纯洁，明净而深邃。

有很多体育活动我都喜欢，因为我认为，我在体育中，也能寻找到我的幸福与快乐，有一股甜甜的滋味涌上心头。在这么多的体育项目中，我最喜欢的还是跑步。

我在跑步时，都会试着用脚尖跑，因为用脚尖跑，会跑得快些。每当要跑步时，我都会事先做一些准备运动。这次，我参加运动会，在为运动会做训练时，我专训练跑步。预备姿势，摆臂，步伐都加强训练。“各就位，预备，咆!”同学喊，让我训练反应能力。我以着运动员永不摧毁的精神与执着，反复地练习，一次又一次……累得汗流浃背。

老师开始测试我们短跑的，老师用那洪亮的声音：“各就位……”哎呀!虽然不是正式比赛，但我的心直砰砰跳，两手不停地颤抖着……“咆!”哇!一阵风吹来，整个人像飞似的，在无限地狂奔着，血液循环加剧，激情斗志在脑中不停跳动，凉风吹过，仿佛浮在半空中，风“呼呼”地在耳边吼叫，人们激动得在我耳边呐喊……也许，是满腔热情让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是挑战的动力让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是那轻盈的脚步让我喜欢上跑步。在我的脑海里，有千千万万个也许，总言之，就是跑步的精神与动力吸引了我。

跑步让人烦恼像汗水一样流去，激动与斗志让风轻轻吹入脑中。让我们一起去努力，让我们一起去奋斗!

往事如风，曾经上过的课的记忆大多都随着时间慢慢流走，但是，英语兴趣班的一堂课，却一直萦绕在我的脑海里，每每想起都让我回味无穷。

那是一个春光明媚的下午，我照例来到英语学校上课。“Hello，Catherine！”一进门，就听见老师热情地对我打招呼，离上课还有十几分钟，老师正在做着课前准备，只见她一会儿低头在卡纸上写着单词，一会儿在黑板画一些迷宫似的格子和一些奇怪的图形，忙得像个团团转的陀螺。“这难道是新改版的飞行棋游戏？还是要玩迷宫？老师今天又准备了什么秘密武器？”此刻，我心里打了无数个问号。

过了一会儿，Summer老师抬起手腕，匆匆瞟了一眼手表说：“上课了。”老师指着黑板上刚画的那些古怪的图形，告诉我们这是她新设计“大富翁”的游戏，她把我们分成两个组进行比赛，哪组回答的问题多，读出的单词多，分就越多，“钱”也越多。第一个要学习的单词是“Italy”(意大利)，老师教我们读时，我就想：“待会老师一定会考我们背单词”，所以我边读边努力地背着，果不其然，读了几遍后，Summer老师就给了我们一个抢背单词的机会，我毫不犹豫地高高举起了手，站起来流利地背出了单词，旗开得胜挣了3分，我们组的同学都露出了胜利的微笑，对方组故意装出不在乎的“面无表情”。我们的比赛很激烈，当我们恰好前进到“监狱”而被暂停一回合时，对方会开怀大笑，像捡了个宝似的；当对方经过我们的地盘而必须留下“买路钱”时，就轮到他们“黯然神伤”了，像打败了的兵似的……

Summer老师上课有时也会“开火车”。当我们前进到“America”(美国)的地盘上时，我们发现美国的版图不像中国是一大块集中在一起，而是有许多小块分布在各个地方，“这到底是怎么回事呢？”“为什么美国的版图上会东一块西一块的呢？”“这真是太奇怪了！”我们在下面窃窃私语，老师为了解答我们的疑惑，开始扯起了美国的地理，然后又扯起了美国的历史、文化，直到她下意识地看了看墙上的时钟，才发现“火车”开得太远了，可她还好像讲得意犹未尽，我们也听得意犹未尽。就这样，在玩玩闹闹中，我们就学会了很多的单词，收获了一些有趣的小知识，最重要的是我们始终努力着并快乐着。

这样的课，我喜欢！要是我们学校的语文数学课也能上得这样活泼有趣该多好呀！
