暑假时，我和朋友们去了游乐场玩，那是一个球池，我们在玩抓人游戏。在跑的过程中，因为在球池中，跑步不方便，眼看后面的人就要追上我了，我就跨大步使劲跑，也不怕跌倒了，最后，我胜利了。接下来，我又玩了一个游戏。以前，有个小女孩跟我玩一个游戏，叫做跨大步，比谁先跨到指定的地方，原来我老输，那个女孩教会了我跨大步的方法后，我们总是不相上下。于是，我快要到地点的时候，就跨大步，数一下需要几步。

开学了，第一节体育课开始上了，刚开始，老师让我们齐跑，我们跑不齐，于是，老师让我们赛跑，大家都很不情愿。开始跑了，我豁出去了，使劲地跨大步，刚开始，我以为还是最后一名，于是悠着跑，没想到我超过了一个人，我立刻有了信心，就加快速度，还真巧，就到最后快到的时候，我一个一个超过，后面有五个人呢！虽然对跑快的人来讲，这不算什么，但对我来讲，这是至高无上的荣誉，是让我喜欢上跑步的关键！这一次小小的成就，让我对跑步产生热爱，产生了信心。在接下来的每一次跑步中，我得到了不错的成就，直到有一次……

刚开始跑时，我还想用老办法，但一看，大家全超过我了，于是我急了，先开始快跑了，结果到最后，只有两个人在我后面。

跑步，不仅让我锻炼身体，也让我懂得道理。我喜欢跑步。

我最喜欢的运动员是一名英国四百米田径赛纪录保持者雷德蒙。他是一名黑人运动员。

１９９２年，在巴塞罗那奥运会，雷德蒙在两次预赛中均获小组赛第一名，为备战巴塞罗那奥运会，他做了四次手术，１９９２年奥运会，这是他最后一次出征奥运会赛场。

比赛开始了，雷德蒙跑到了中间，可突然因为旧伤复发，右大腿肌肉严重撕裂，疼痛难忍，不得不蹲下来休息的片刻。

此时，他距离终点线还有一百七十五米，他苦等了八年的奥运金牌梦，就此提前宣告终结，而别的选手已经跑到了赛道的终点，可是雷德蒙没有放弃比赛，他痛苦的站起身来，忍着钻心的疼痛，凭着自己顽强的意志，坚持跑完了全程的比赛，虽然他是赛场上最后一名选手，但是赛场的观众全部起立了，为他鼓起了雷鸣般的掌声。

雷德蒙在比赛结束后哭了，虽然他没有实现金牌，梦，但是他用自己顽强的意志维护了一个运动员的尊严和骄傲。这就是我最佩服他的地方，因为我们不论做任何事情，都不能轻易的放弃自己的目标和理想，比赛虽然很重要，但是运动精神更值得我们每个小朋友学习，我们要坚持完成比赛，战胜困难，战胜自己。

这就是我最喜欢的英国运动员雷德蒙。

I like candy very much. On my birthday, my grandma gives me a bag of candy. Fruit candy is my favorite. They are colourful. The banana candy is yellow, the strawberry candy is red, and the apple candy is green. My mother doesn’t want me to eat too many candies, it is bad for tooth.

我非常喜欢糖果。在我生日那天，我奶奶给了我一袋糖果。水果糖果是我的最爱。它们五颜六色。香蕉糖果是黄色的，草莓糖果是红色的，苹果糖果是绿色的。我妈妈不想让我吃太多的糖果，它对牙齿不好。

我最喜欢的一项体育运动就是踢毽子，毽子的外形很奇特，上面有许多像头发一样的毛，每一根毛就像一个小精灵，只要你踢它一下，它们就会欢快得跳起舞来，而且颜色繁多，可好看了！

踢毽子不仅可以锻炼身体，增强耐力，而且它还可以给我们许多欢乐和健康。

以前看见同学们踢毽子能踢好多个，真是羡慕不已。于是我也开始学、练踢毽子，只要一有空，我就会把毽子拿出来练，真是功夫不负有心人，我也能一口气踢好多个了。好开心呀！

终于有幸参加了学校组织的踢毽子比赛，当时的情景真是太精彩了。比赛的名称叫做欠债还债，这次比赛共分成了两组：男生一组，女生一组。比赛开始了，我们女生先踢，俗话说：女士优先，男士站旁边嘛！本来我们女生就爱踢毽子，所以我们一口气踢了65个，男生们却只踢了45个，后来我们越踢越多，把男生们打了个落花流水，最后垂头丧气的走了。而我们女生则是高兴得又是跳又是蹦的，可开心了！比赛开始时我们女生还很紧张，生怕踢不过男生，但是我们还是鼓起了勇气，继续作战。因为我们知道，坚持就是胜利。最后终于把男生打败了。
