下水前一定要把道具带好，不然会呛水的。下水后也要聚精会神的游泳，才能保证不会呛水。下水后还要注意不要撞到人，撞到人也会有危险。
蛙泳时要像青蛙一样，我是说腿要和青蛙一样，动来动去才可以。自由泳时双手一定要一直往前打，腿一定要上下动才能保证不会沉下去……
