在迷人的春季我们学校举行了一场运动会，操场上挤满了观众，首先举行的是开幕式典礼。运动员们井然有序的在操场上排着队列， 开幕词发表之后运动员退出，团体操表演随之进行。

在比赛中田径比赛是令人兴奋的，百米赛跑运动员都奋力奔向终点，冠军仅以一秒只差领先。运动员中的一个扔标枪的小男孩，标枪划破天空远超越始前记录。在长跑比赛中，一个女孩绊了另一个运动员的脚摔倒了，她站起身咬咬牙继续比赛。最吸引人的接力赛跑让全场观众欢呼雀跃。

运动会结束了，运动员们不仅获得了好成绩，更锻炼了自己的神态和意志。

有人喜欢跳高，有人喜欢跳远，有人喜欢打羽毛球，有人喜欢踢毽子，而我却独爱跳绳。

跳绳是一项非常好的运动。既能增强免疫力，丰富课余生活，又能锻炼身体，所以我非常喜欢跳绳。跳绳有很多种跳法，比如：可以正跳，可以反跳，可以跳花绳，跳正花绳，反花绳……各式各样，能让人看得眼花缭乱。

每当下课铃一响，我就会像野马一样跑出教室，虽然老师说了几次不让在校园里疾跑，可是我还是改不了，因为玩的兴趣太高了。同学们向我投来赞许的目光，掌声马上响起来了。我很高兴，但我一点也没人骄傲，还教给其它同学如何跳得多。从此以后，我就跟同学们上课一块学习，下课一块跳绳。

[英语作文 我最喜欢的运动

我是一个非常非常喜欢好动，活泼开朗的男孩，只要学校里组织什么的运动项目活动，嘿嘿其中一定有一个我。因我喜欢运动，我热爱运动。

先说打羽毛球吧，我坚持打羽毛球已经一年多了，不管是炎热、寒冷、刮风、下雨我都去球馆练习羽毛球。教练还经常表扬我打羽毛球有进步。以前我和爸爸打不了几个回合，现在我可以和爸爸打二十几个回合!

游泳我也很喜欢，因为游泳是一项求生技能。我是自学成才的呢!七岁时我就可以游五十米远。有一次我和爸爸到神农大酒店游泳，爸爸说：“你和我一起游五十米吧。”我自信地说：“五十米，小菜一碟!”我跟着爸爸游啊游，不知游了好久。爸爸高兴地说：“你真棒!游了三百米远!”

最后就是我的运动强项，滑板是我最喜欢的运动，我买滑板没几天就会滑了，而且还滑得很好，还有几位向我请教的徒弟。运动不仅能锻炼身体，还能锻炼意志。

如果你也喜欢运动，那将是一件很值得开心的事情，运动能使我们身体健康，快乐成长，所以我喜欢运动!

每个人都有自己喜欢的运动，但是不一定都一样，而我喜欢的运动包罗万象，例如：游泳、跑步、打篮球、躲避球、骑脚踏车等等。其中就属“游泳”是我最喜欢的运动。

刚开始学游泳的我糗态百出，一开始只会乱打乱拍，两只脚更是不听使唤的乱踢，溅的水花四处飞，加上又不会换气，所以始终是在原地踏步，也渐渐的开始对游泳有点心灰意冷，若不是家人给我鼓励和信心，我早已对自己放弃了。

为了让我能再次对游泳重拾信心，家人让我去参加游泳训练课，也不时的鼓舞我给予我极大的勇气帮助我重新振作起来，现在的我已经不是昔日吴下阿蒙的我，不管是各式的泳式我都如鱼得水，也因我的认真学习夺得教练的赞赏，赋予我一个小小老师的头衔让我从旁协助。让我喜不自胜迫不及待的想快点告诉家人一起分享这份喜 悦。

如今我不再惧怕游泳了，反而比以前更热爱这个运动，不但我的肺活量增大，游泳技术也进步不少，如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持，给了我极大的勇气，让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的，也让我得到了一个启示“一分努力、一分收获”。因此希望大家可以多运动，一方面享受其中的乐趣，另一方面又可以健身喔!

sports keep us fit land fresh. everybody likes to do one kind or another. but not all people know how to do them correctly and sometimes the advice we got may be wrong.

im lucky， for since my first day at school i have always had a good teacher of physical education. i have always been very strong.

i go swimming almost every day all the year round， of course i like many other sports too. i am thinking of taking part in a few items at the school sports meeting this autumn.
