终于有一天，我找到了比较适合我的，还比较适合我的体质的体育运动：打羽毛球。因为我觉得打羽毛球很好玩啊！而且，接球和发球都需要很好的臂力。接球时，虽然需要跑来跑去，但是就当作练习跑步了。发球时，虽然需要找准位置，不过就当作是练习眼力了。
