俗话说的好：生命在于运动。的确，适当的运动可以使我们身心健康。虽然我个子长的不高大，但是我很喜欢运动。 运动不仅可以强身健体，更是我的爱好，羽毛球、足球、跳绳甚至网球等运动项目都是我的“拿手好戏”!做完功课的时候，我经常会叫上爸爸妈妈一起去打羽毛球，打个3局2胜，时常把妈妈打球打的累趴下了，那时“常胜将军”的我可得意啦!放暑假的时候，约上三五个好伙伴在草地上踢上个小型“世界杯”，英勇冲锋，扑救补位，总能玩得不亦乐乎。当然在运动玩耍的同时，我也很注意安全的哦，一直会记得妈妈的那句警示语“安全第一，运动第二”!

运动还能开拓我的思维呢! 最近一直跟爸爸在学下棋，起初我一点也不会，但不久在爸爸的耐心教导下我学会了下象棋和五子棋。知道了下棋的规则，更懂得了“走一步，想三步”的道理。虽然我现在的棋技还不精湛，但是我已经学会开动脑子去下棋，偶尔也会给爸爸来个“下马威”哦。

我喜欢运动还有另外的一个重要原因，因为运动还可以为国争光呢!每当看到飞人刘翔、巨人姚明、巾帼李娜等这些赫赫有名的运动健将赢得比赛为国争光的时候，我都会羡慕不已，心里更会暗暗在想，我现在一定要更好的运动锻炼，将来也要向运动健儿一样，让我们的五星红旗高高地飘扬在比赛的最高空。

运动的好处有什么多，你心动了吗?心动不如快行动，还等什么?现在就开始运动吧!

记得我第一天上小学的时候，非常兴奋，因为我来到了一个新的学习环境，还能认识到很多新同学，结交到很多新朋友。

我很爱学习，也非常喜欢运动，所以家人给我报了排球兴趣班，经过半学期的努力，我终于当上了正式的排球队员。

我在排球队已经三年了，几乎每天都刻苦训练，总算当上了队长，虽然我个人技术非常好，但是排球是一项集体运动，除了要求每个人技术都好之外，还要求我们队员之间有足够的默契，才可能打好每一场比赛。

有一次，刘老师要求我们打一场练习赛，三局两胜制。第一局开始，首先由我发球，我打出了一个完美的弧线，球疾速地飞过了球网，让对手措手不及，球应声落地，旗开得胜，拿下一分!令对手大减士气!比赛打得非常快，我们很快以25比12拿下了首局。第二局开始后，对方似乎找到了比赛的节奏，打得更加得积极主动，注意力更加集中了，最终扳回了一局。进入决胜局之后，大多数队员都已筋疲力尽，但依然都坚持比赛，在这个关键时刻，我发挥出了自己体能方面的优势，无论是发球、接球、传球，还是扣球，都比较到位，加上队员的积极配合，我们赢得了最终的胜利!

虽然这是一场练习赛，但是大家都非常认真!也让我真正明白了什么是团队精神!无论什么样的比赛，我们都要全力以赴、勇往直前!

又是周一啦，每个周一的早晨我们都会有班会课，班会课讲了什么呢?陈老师说可以讲班级的事情也可以讲国家大事。今天我们班会的主题是【班级里的行为规范】，我有时行为规范有点不好，但是请老师相信我我一定会慢慢努力做个行为规范好的学生。

今天英语课的9月悦读故事我非常喜欢，回家妈妈帮我下载之后我听了很多遍，真的很好听哦!

意外的惊喜：妈妈下班回家送了一盆我期待已久的含羞草给我，我会好好养护它的，每天帮它浇水，仔细观察它的生长情况，我还可以用显微镜来观察它的叶子哦。

It is believed that summer is hot, very hot. But the summer sun is nothing to me, because I dont usually go out.

What I like to do best during the long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read, but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading. Endless assignments press down on me like a mountain. I feel confined and imprisoned. Once the summer vacation comes, however, I have all the time in the world to read and read . I read everything I want to read. For instance, I read my favorite author Dickens works.

Although my room maybe small, and the sun maybe hot, Im free and happy, how I love summer!
