I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. 妈妈是我的羽毛球启蒙教练。规则是这样的，先用剪刀。石头布的方法分出由谁先来发球，并在运动前要充分热身的，运动开始时由妈妈先发球，妈妈一边发球一边说：“小心点，我可放马过来了。!”我也说：“别小看我，我来了。”一个跳高的动作，“砰”把球打到老远的地方。妈妈走过去把球拣了回来，第一局由我的胜利而告终，等爸爸讲完我高兴的一下子跳了起来。紧接着第二局开始了，这回妈妈不说话了，拼命地打，这一局由于我的骄傲，让妈妈给赢了，这时使我知道只有谦虚才能赢我从打羽毛球中懂得了，多运动才能身体棒，赢了不要骄傲，只有谦虚才能胜利。
到现在只要有时间我就会缠着妈妈去和我对练，这也成了我学习累了放松的方式之一，也为我有一个良好的身体素质，做个健康人打下基础吧!。
